After having mediocre and disappointing experiences with upwards of five other dealerships, Matt, Luke, Glen, and team at Doug’s were a serious breath of fresh air! I knew what car I wanted and I just wanted to make sure I got the best deal possible and the team at Doug’s were the most fair in my opinion, and the easiest to talk to. This is my first time buying a new car and it was nerve-racking but they made it go so smoothly and I was able to drive there after work and just pick up my car after filling out paperwork since I was able to text with Matt throughout the day. The team at Doug’s are professional, no pressure, friendly, and entertaining! Another dealership sold a car out from underneath me that I was willing to put a deposit on, and with no deposit, I showed up to the car parked out front with a sign with my name on it! Special touch! I was greeted with cold water bottles and they stayed late to help me finish the deal since I had to come late after work! Thanks guys!

I truly felt like royalty, the treatment was so top-tier I don?t think I will ever step inside of another companies dealerships again to purchase any vehicle. My salesmen, Christian (Royal Moore Mazda), was the kindest, goofiest and most enjoyable person I could ever have to help me with my journey of purchasing a car. He was so knowledgeable and created such a huge impact on me while creating a bond of friendship and trust as well. I could tell that he wanted what was best for ME whether that meant purchasing a car from him or anywhere else, the support he gave towards my decisions did not go unnoticed and I appreciate him wholeheartedly for that! With his help and a miracle I was able to climb my way out of a fraudulent bad deal with another dealership. I admit it, I've never liked car shopping. The research, hours at the dealer and the usual endless negotiations have never made for a fun experience. When I went to 495 Mazda to test drive a CX-5, I was expecting more of the same. The first surprise was the dealership itself... there wasn't one! They're in the process of having one built so the building in place right now is more like one of those trailers you see at construction sites. Instead of a showy inside, it was just round tables, a TV and a very comfortable vibe. And the cutest French bulldog named Whitney greeted me on arrival and slept in my lap during lease negotiations! My salesperson, Ben, took a great test drive with me covering both highway and back streets so I could get an in-depth feel for both surfaces. He also covered every feature in detail and helped me set up everything from the radio to how soon my doors will lock when I get out of the car. Mike, the Finance Manager made the paperwork a breeze. Everyone was really nice and made the experience a positive one. Best of all, I LOVE my car!
