Courtesy Volvo Cars of Scottsdale review
I was looking to purchase a new vehicle. I live in the area so I stopped by Courtesy Volvo. I worked with an excellent young man named Mario. He took time to ask questions and find out what I was looking for in a vehicle and ultimately helped me land on a Volvo S60. Mario was patient, understanding and knowledgeable about the cars. It was a great car-buying experience, and I am going to refer him to all of my family and friends for their needs for new vehicles in the future. Great job Mario!

DARCARS Volvo Cars review
Manny R responded almost immediately confirming vehicle availability and went the extra mile to do a 'virtual' showing and test drive since I live >100 miles away. Was able to HOLD the vehicle for 2 days with a small down payment and once I did the actual test drive, the deal was done. Peter Huang in Financing was professional and efficient...in & out in less than 3 hours.

AutoNation Volvo Cars San Jose review
Being in sales myself I don’t compliment others in the same, unless warranted. My recent experience with Volvo Autonation Santa Clara was truly amazing. I felt heard and taken care of throughout the sales discussion and process by all team members. This positive experience resulted in a purchase of a new vehicle. The entire team worked well together and all understood the meaning of customer first!. From the quality of the car, to the Volvo team both continue to exceed my expectations. Regards, a happy customer!

I originally bought my car from here 9 years ago and I drive the extra distance from home to get my car services from here because it is always excellent! (Better than other Volvo dealerships in SoCal) Helpful service reps. Clean and useful customer lounge so I got work done while waiting for services to be completed. Food services are an easy walk across the street. I highly recommend this place.

Culver City Volvo Cars review
This was my first purchase at Culver City Volvo, 3rd Volvo S60 overall. All aspects of the shopping experience were positive - Arlene's responsiveness and direct no-nonsense price quote, Julio's painless and direct financing meeting to getting the car ready [and correcting a scratch before I even saw the car]. My experience with Culver City Volvo was in stark contrast to that w/ too many other Volvo dealers in the area. This is my 3rd Volvo S60 and I couldn't be happier.

2026 Volvo XC60 review
We just leased our third XC60 having previously leased a 2021 and a 2024. We find the 2026 similar with some improvements in the interior material and I believe a bit better performance than our 2024. Being a mild hybrid the mileage is acceptable as is acceleration. Volvo has the most comfortable seats for sure.

Volvo Cars West County review
Working with Tom Calkins is a dream. He is so knowledgeable and yet low key as a salesman. This is our seventh Volvo, five of which were all though working with Tom. He prepares to work with you and ready to close the deal before you meet for your appointment with him. He is very likable and personable.

Good Customer Service; Good Buying Process. I trade in my old Volvo XC90 and buy a new Volvo EX30. They tried their best to make it happen.

The guys in the service dept are professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. We have always had a great service experience with our older Volvo. The problem is always taken care of in a timely manner!
2026 Volvo XC60 review
We had a wonderful experience purchasing our new Volvo XC60 at Ferman Volvo in Tarpon Springs. Our sales representative, Josh McCain, greeted us warmly and even offered us coffee as soon as we arrived. The entire process was smooth and stress-free, and the whole team was professional and welcoming throughout. We would definitely recommend Ferman Volvo to friends and family looking for a new vehicle. Thank you for making our buying experience such a pleasure!

Got my car in the shop in a pinch. Excellent communication. Made sure it was safe to drive before I picked it up.

Volvo Cars Bend review
I had a lovely time at my Bend Volvo dealership. I was there getting a recall problem address on my new/used CX 40. Their waiting room is very nice and comes stocked with some yummy goodies. A nice knowable young man walk me around the lot as I asked him questions about new Volvo models. And the repair team was kind and very quick with the new software updates to my backup camera. Alas, I also had to buy a new key fob for my car, these are really too expensive! However, I know this price is set by their corporate overlords and not their fault. I like the team and will bring Dove (my lovely grey Volvo) back for her next service! Thanks Team Volvo!

Very knowledgeable service staff. They have always been fair with me and the long service I got out of my previous vehicle attests to the great care they took of my car. I've been going to this dealership for over 20 years and am now on my fourth Volvo from them. Highly recommended. I have most often had Chris as my service advisor and he is great.

Wanted to get service for my Volvo . Last service was Sept 2019 Dan Curmi told me to wait until this Sept for service. Thought it was too long between service intervals
