This is my second purchase from Ideal. Found a 2010 Ford Explorer on their website. It was still in the process of title being passed to them. Waited and checked back with them 2 weeks later. I was able to get a chance to drive it and took it on the freeway. This time I requested financing which they carried out quickly and provided me with a very low finance rate. Yes, they did add for putting the auto in "ready" condition. My auto had just come out of auction which required cleaning and checking to make sure it was servisable. The staff handled all the paperwork and licensing which saved me time. Thanks to everyone at Ideal for a very good Explorer.
2017 Nissan Altima review

I helped my mom (76) buy a new Hyundai Kona from LHM Hyundai in Peoria, AZ and was very impressed with the buying experience. I've been helping family and friends buy cars for 30 years, and this is the nicest, most helpful, lowest-pressure experience ever! Our sales rep, Theresa Yont, was more informed about the car's specs and features than any sales rep I've worked with before (dozens), and she was not pushy, patronizing, or condescending at all. She was very easy-going, got us everything we needed, and was very accommodating for my mom (who was very nervous about getting a new-fangled high-tech modern vehicle). She even helped us unfreeze my mom's credit reporting. The price they gave us was actually LOWER than what was advertised without the need to haggle, and there were NO dealer add-ons! That is mind-blowing in new-car sales. Our paperwork guy, Mauricio Sanchez was also very nice and offered, but didn't push extended warranties or service contracts and pointed out that LHM doesn't pay on commission which explains why they are so friendly and helpful rather than sleazy, aggressive, or sneaky like some dealership personnel. I would definitely recommend LHM over any other dealership (Anywhere! I've worked with many), and ask for Theresa Yont.

This was my first experience with carmax, and it was amazing. First off, let me say that if you go to carmax at centennial, Las Vegas, ask for Muhammad. This man goes beyond and above for his customers to ensure they get the perfect car for them. He has the patience of a saint. Carmax should definitely look into promoting this guy. The company would really benefit from having someone like him in management. Secondly, the selection of vehicles rivaled other competitors, and their reserve system was a stress relief for us as we felt like we were scrambling to find a car before someone else purchased it. You will have peace of mind knowing that the car you want to see will be there waiting for you, no matter what your work schedule is like. They stay open late which is very helpful. They have a TV set up for kids and a nice woman came and handed us coloring packets and foam car toys for the kids. So i went in already knowing what i wanted. Had my appointment already made and he was there waiting for me no issues. It was kind of strange to me how he didn’t know where the vehicles were so we had to go look for it. We walked for a bit then got into another vehicle to search for the vehicle. I think the lot and vehicle locations should be better situated. The buying process was easy and smooth. When the car was purchased i was waiting for a final cleaning and check of the car. This took forever. When i finally got the car. The inside of the windows were still dirty you can see the finger prints and the rear emblem had some chemical in it that oxidized the emblem. It took them a long time to seem like nothing had been done properly. I did appreciate the person helloing me to keep checking on me and letting me know the status instead of leaving me. The clean process and check process of the car needs to be better managed. It shouldn’t take that long for a half xxx job.

2017 Nissan Altima review
I love everything about this car! Except the CVT system. It's giving me problems now. Go back to old transmission!! Love these cars though! The CVT tends to break down alot faster than the older normal geared transmissions.

2017 Nissan Altima review
Just got the car about 3 weeks ago (2017 SR model) and enjoy the car so far. This care was replacing a 2015 Mazda 6 (std. transmission) that had 230,000 miles on it when I traded it in. So to have a "new" car is fantastic. So far gas mileage has been at about 33 MPG, although I think the acceleration vs. my old car is somewhat lacking (manual vs. auto), but can't complain. The sound system is OK, but will be replacing the stock system with upgraded aftermarket speakers and deck. I just hope it lasts as long as my 2015 Mazda!
