I drove all the way from Northern California to Peoria to buy a used vehicle, and this dealership is, quite simply, amazing. They made my trip completely worthwhile. Matt, Ricky, Kevin, Martin, and Nick are truly committed to their customers. Matt, my salesperson, had everything arranged ahead of time, so I was in and out quickly. The entire purchase and trade-in process was seamless, efficient, and enjoyable. It was absolutely worth the 10-hour drive!

Peoria NissanReviews
Peoria Nissan review
I will start off that they were helpfull and wanted make my daughters purchase experience a good one. They were not overly pushy and asked my daughter questions to be assured she was getting a vehicle to suit her needs. Now for the purchase process. They were helpfull on negotiating a fair price and trade value. We told them before going to finance that we did NOT want extended warranties or a bunch of add ons. However, when we got to that part. The overall cost increased substantually, they added on extras!!! We had to be there much longer then nessasary to fix what we told them not to do from the start. We were able to negotiate a fair deal. Now to the aggravating part. While trying to discuss things with my daughter, extremely loud music started playing over the intercom, interupting our conversation. I had to yell out loud to the salesman that I'm trying to buy a car and I can't hear or discuss this with my daughter. He replied that they are celebrating a sale. So they think its ok to irritate all of the other people in the building to celebrate one sale. I think that serving customers should be celebration enough. They also offer the new buyer to ring a large dong after a purchase. I can understand that. But the extremely loud music was just over the top. I was told that a couple walked in while the noise was blasting and turned and left. So to celebrate one sale, they lost another. I was about to walk out myself. I tried to convence my daughter to go somewhere else and look at other vehicles at others dealers. However, she was impressed with the vehicle she test drove and wanted to stay. I hope they take the time to review the annoying music idea and find a better way to celebrate or just realize providing good service is celebration in its self.

This was the most relaxed and efficient purchase my wife and I have ever made. We were in and out with a RAV4 in less than two hours, including a test drive. The salesman, Joshua, was fantastic. There was zero pressure to buy but lots of information and help in making our decision.
2024 Nissan Altima review
Great mileage and very nice interior. Lotsa stuff but sadly only drivers window is auto. Wheels are terrible. They look great but very hard to clean. Good trunk space and nice seats. Having problems with backup camera it looks very foggy. Had it back to dealer twice, no luck. No CD player.. big downgrade.

My wife and I traded in our 2015 Honda Accord for a GMC Sierra and it was one of the best experiences that I've had in a long time. Our Salesperson Kenny Melville was exceptional. No pressure. Listen to our needs and addressed them during the purchase process. The Paul, the Sales Manager ensured that our needs were being taken care of and was just a great person. David Fields in Finance was fantastic. We received honest information and never felt PRESSURED> This was a great purchasing experience. We were in and out in just under 2 hours. The paperwork most of the time, but we understand the process

AutoSavvy Gilbert review
My experience purchasing a 2021 Ford Ranger from AutoSavvy in Gilbert was outstanding! Jonathan's friendly and knowledgeable guidance made everything smooth and stress-free. He took time to answer all my questions. I felt completely satisfied with the entire experience. The financing part of my experience was also stress-free. The price was right. I got a great deal on my trade-in. I highly recommend visiting AutoSavvy if you're in search of a car and excellent customer service!
2024 Nissan Altima review
Very sporty inside and out. Great gas mileage. I like that it has just the right amount of buttons and dials, not too much. The seats are very comfortable.

I had a great experience at the Courtesy Nissan of Mesa. Dennis Becker was especially helpful. He was friendly and professional. He also got back to me in a timely manner. He had my car serviced and finished at the time that he promised that it would be finished. He was very helpful and informative about the work that was done on my car. I wish every experience was this good. I would give him 5 stars.

Zachary and Sam were absolutely awesome from start to finish! They helped us get into our brand-new 2026 Kia K4 and somehow managed to make the whole car-buying process actually enjoyable, which I’m pretty sure deserves an award by itself. Zachary was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and never made us feel pressured or rushed. He answered every question we threw at him, kept everything straightforward, and made sure we were comfortable with the entire deal before we drove off. Buying a car can sometimes feel like you’re preparing for battle, but with Zachary it felt more like hanging out with someone who just happened to know everything about cars and paperwork. 😂 We absolutely love our new K4, and Sam and Zachary played a huge part in making the experience such a good one. If you’re looking for a new vehicle, ask for them. Give these guys a raise before another dealership steals them! 10/10 experience. Would absolutely buy from here again!

We looked at several trucks at the Mesa Main street location and I believe James was honest with us. He was never pushy and seemed to just want to make us happy. We did not end up buying a truck from them but I would shop there again.

Colton is absolutely the best salesman. Very knowledgeable and took care of our needs. It's hard for senior citizens to find trusting people. He was able to get me in a low mileage affordable car. Steve the store manager also made sure we had all the information I needed . Financing was smooth. I appreciate the care and thoughtfulness given

Courtesy Nissan of Mesa... they are the best!! Great customer service, Isaac Henry was awesome. His manager Dennis and the guy from the Financial services help me very well. Since the first time I arrived to the dealer they were very helpful. And let's not forget Dillan, who was the one who showed me the truck.
