Nissan Lake Country (Boucher) review
I had an outstanding experience working with Ty on my recent vehicle purchase. He was consistently responsive, knowledgeable, and never pushy throughout the process. We don’t purchase new vehicles often, but when the time comes again, I will certainly return to Ty. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a straightforward and positive buying experience.

Wesley Chapel NissanReviews
Wesley Chapel Nissan review
We want to thank Randy our car salesman and Chase the sales advisor for being willing to give us an OTD price for a 2022 Kia Sportage. We were one of the people who had a total loss of a vehicle after someone ran a red light and hit our 2019 Chevy Silverado 3500 HD diesel. We had to admit we never had liked going to dealerships and buying vehicles. But the entire team at Wesley Chapel Nissan kept their word, gave us no pressure when we got our own financing, washed our purchase SUV twice, put on our own license plate and filled our gas tank. We can’t say enough about the people who work there. They have addressed any and every concern and used no pressure on people who have suffered from strong arm tactics in the past. We so appreciate working with Wesley Chapel Nissan and can’t recommend them enough! If you have a need to buy a car new or used then do not hesitate to reach out to Randy and Chase. They are the kind of salespeople who won’t give you any grief or regret about dealing with buying a new or used vehicle. Thank you, thank you and thank you! From the Boones!

I was in desperate need of a vehicle. I was recommended to try Keffer by my family. As soon as we pulled in the parking lot, we were immediately greeted by Rudy, our car salesman. He worked diligently to find the car I’ve always dreamed of. Thanks to Rudy, his manager Min, and the team, I was approved for my 2025 Kia K5!! I love my car and I will always do business with Keffer Kia.

Twin City Nissan review
Being that I am a very inexperienced car buyer, I was extremely nervous about the overall process of purchasing a dependable car. A few days before my experience at Twin City Nissan, I had a rather terrible experience with another used car dealership in Knoxville. The salesman at the other dealership was pushy, unorganized, and was not in any kind of hurry to get me in a car. At Twin City Nissan my experience was the total opposite. The salesman, Mike Jones, was enthusiastic and personable throughout the entire process. He listened to what I wanted and worked with me until he found the perfect car for my family. While the Business Manager, Bill Keeton, drafted the paperwork, Mr. Jones took the time to sit and talk with my fiance and I, and he provided a carfax without me having to ask for it. Bill Keeton was also great to work with. My credit is not that great, but he helped me to finance a car without judgement or negativity. I'm thankful that both employees at Twin City made this experience a great one, and I will definitely recommend this dealership to family and friends!

I just bought a 2023 GMC Terrain from Nissan North, and Caden Pendleton was my dealer. My buying experience there was excellent and Caden was the best. He was very helpful and answered all my questions. I definitely would buy from him again, Thanks Caden.

Mitch Smith ChevroletReviews
Mitch Smith Chevrolet review
I went to Mitch Smith Chevrolet for a new vehicle because that is where my daddy found a hood used vehicle for me. Samuel Tucker is the salesman who helped me throughout the process. And he was awesome. See I had never purchased a vehicle without my daddy in my 50 years. He passed away in 2022 and I was scared to do this alone. But I wasn’t alone. Samuel was right there with me holding my hand. The vehicle I found online was actually in transit and not on the lot the day I went to buy. So 6 or so weeks later it came in. I went to test drive it and almost had a heart attack. Samuel ended up driving me as I was so nervous doing this without my precious daddy by my side. He walked me through the process once I said yes and ta da! It was done. Worst part is having to pay for it. But that is with everything you buy. I found a new friend that hot day in 2022 who has turned into a life long friend. I send everyone to him if they are looking for a vehicle. I tell him all the time that 2022 Silver sage metallic Traverse is the prettiest vehicle he’s ever sold. (But the 2023 Tahoe in that color is really nice too.). Samuel is a God fearing man and will do you right.

Lorenzo Nissan Ft Lauderdale review
My Nissan Rouge had warning light to check engine. It happened just after I purchased a few months earlier from another dealership who said everything checked out. When I realized the reviews of this model did not match what I was driving, I thought to go to this authorized dealer. The staff was thorough in their diagnosis: seems there was a recall (which I did not receive from my dealer). Went to this location and they diagnosed a serious issue. Had to remove engine to complete. Repairs were covered under warranty and now I’m driving a car that was no where close to when I complained at dealership I purchased from when brought to their attention.

Came in for service, had been looking around for a couple weeks when Briley came out to talk to me. She put up with too many questions and found something that we could work a deal out on. Highly recommend these guys for service and their sales team is top-notch!
