Great experience yet again at Nissan of McKinney. Tim Olvera was great to work with and financing department was great as well. Tim is a man of his word. We work 98% of the deal via text and when I went in to the dealership i was in and out in less than 2 hours. They didn’t try to changes things up when i got there, it was seamless. This is my second vehicle through them and their team continues to wow there customers.

Purchased a Pathfinder from Jose and from start to end he provided excellent customer service. The finance manager Lily was very helpful as well and answered all of my questions. The following day I received a call from the Customer Relations Manager Liz, she wanted to make sure I was happy with my overall experience. Everyone I encountered was great, with positive attitudes. Love my new Pathfinder and highly recommend to anyone shopping for a new or used car.

I live 1000 miles away, but their price is so competitive that I may make the trip there yet. Shottenkirk Nissan KatyReviews
Shottenkirk Nissan Katy review
As with many auto dealership experiences, my interactions with Shottenkirk Nissan had its ups and downs. However, I am giving 5 stars because there were two people that made the experience that good; our salesperson, Sommer, and the GM, Harmon. These two went above and beyond to answer questions and make us feel like our business was important to them. I highly recommend visiting the dealership to purchase from Sommer. She never pressured us or made me question whether she would just say whatever I wanted to hear to buy a car. She was honest, polite, and helpful. That is something that most salespeople lack greatly. Harmon assisted in the finalizing of the deal by being genuinely helpful during trade in process and answering all of our questions accurately about fees and taxes that appear on the buyers order. He eliminated the tricks and nonsense that many dealers do to grab a few extra bucks during the buying process. Thank you, Sommer and Harmon.

Gray-Daniels Nissan Brandon review
I left with a 2024 Murano thanks to Mrs. Andrea❤️ I went to look on a Friday. She didn't pressure me into buying. She gave me her card. Told me whatever I wanted to let her know. I did just that. We communicated via text throughout the day. I chose 2 different vehicles. Saturday morning, she called and told me I got you a deal! I didn't stay at the dealership all day either😁She is very patient, kind, and treats you like family. She loves and cares about what her customer wants and its more than a sell or a number to her! She is adamant about making sure her customers have what they want and need. She gave me the sweetest happy! It smells so good! Tell her I sent you! Thank again Andrea💕

Every appointment is always done correctly and expertly. I have always been treated respectfully. I think the cost is appropriate for the work done. Thankfully I never plan to go anywhere else!
