I took my Versa in for the Basic 10,000 miles service (oil change, tire rotation, etc.)early morning. I left the car there & I would pick it up later after the Sox game. They suggested a transmission fluid exchange so I approved it. You can just click & sign it on the phone so it was easy to do. After the Sox beat Cleveland, I went over there & they accepted the coupon but then they add the 3% charge for using a credit card! It ate into the coupon's "savings". That was the only part I didn't like about my experience. The car was clean, washed, & ready. The customer service rep was professional & quick so I didn't have to wait too long.

I purchased 2026 rogue from Djamal Oucif . He was very nice and very helpful. He showed me all the buttons and what the car does. He did not push anything extra on us. It was a pleasure working with someone who’s not pushy. We did laugh and we did enjoy our time getting to know him.

Napleton Palatine HyundaiReviews
Napleton Palatine Hyundai review
To Hyundai of Palatine : it’s our first time owning a Hyundai an we had such a good experience, especially with our knowledgeable sales representatives name Daniel Merritt. He really made the experience so much better. He explained all the features of the ioniq 9 car that we liked and ended up leasing. He guided us thru the whole process and was very hands on. He is an excellent salesman for Hyundai. He especially worked hard to meet our budget and the car we liked. It was a great pleasure to have Daniel as our salesman.

Berman Nissan of Chicago review
I would rate this dealership a 10 out of 10 they have great staff and their service is excellent. Dayanara Guyton is a jewel and always does a great job at keeping me informed of the entire process with my car. Thank you! I travel about 45min for this service because they don't miss. If there are any concerns it is rectified immediately.

Zeigler Nissan of Orland Park review
The entire process was exceptional. I worked with Djamal Oucif and he made my car buying process seamless. I knew what I wanted and Djamal listened and executed without being pushy or gimmicky. The finance folks were also a pleasure to work with.

Jidd Motors MitsubishiReviews
Jidd Motors Mitsubishi review
We just purchased our 4th car from Jidd Motors yesterday, and once again the experience was exceptional from start to finish. Every time we’ve worked with this dealership, we’ve been treated with professionalism, honesty, and genuine care, which is why we continue to come back. This time around they had exactly what we were looking for, and the entire process was incredibly smooth and efficient. We were in and out in no time, with no pressure and no unnecessary hassle. Jesse Wright was outstanding—knowledgeable, friendly, responsive, and truly committed to making sure we found the right vehicle. He made the entire experience seamless and stress-free. Steve Cole in finance was equally fantastic to work with. He took the time to thoroughly explain all of our options, answered every question clearly, and made the financing process easy to understand. We never felt rushed and appreciated how transparent everything was. What really sets Jidd Motors apart is their customer service. Everyone we encountered was welcoming, respectful, and focused on making the car-buying experience enjoyable. It’s refreshing to work with a dealership that consistently delivers such a high level of service and makes customers feel valued. We highly recommend Jidd Motors, Jesse Wright, and Steve Cole to anyone looking for a vehicle. After four great experiences, they’ve earned our trust and loyalty. When it’s time for car number five, we’ll absolutely be coming back!

Unfortunately I didn't purchase a car yet, but I was very please with the sales person named Nicole. She made me feel very welcomed, and any issues or doubts that I may have had, I felt assured that I will be in good hands. I hope that I will be able to find the right car at Dial, because her service was great.

We first sent a message through cars.com and within 15 minutes got a response via text message, then phone call from Aaron Olson. Listened to the voicemail and we was very pleasant in his message and if we were interested to call and let him know. He reached out the next morning, we set up a time and test drive and talked. What an HONEST down to earth man, we figured the numbers and walked out with a new vehicle for my son. EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE! Kudos Aaron and thank you for your time and patience with us!
