Nissan City of Port ChesterReviews
Nissan City of Port Chester review
I cannot say enough positive things about my experience at Nissan City in Port Chester, NY. In all my years of purchasing and leasing vehicles, I have never had an experience at a dealership quite like this one. From the moment I started working with Cris, I felt that I was in good hands. He was incredibly patient, respectful, honest, and professional. He took the time to walk me through all of my options, answer my questions, and make sure I fully understood everything. Most importantly, I never felt pressured to make a decision. I also want to recognize Yancarlos, the General Sales Manager, and his team. They went above and beyond to put all of my concerns at ease and, throughout the process, made me feel that my needs came first—not simply making a sale. That level of customer care is rare and made a tremendous difference in my experience. The entire process was handled with professionalism, transparency, and genuine respect. What could have been a stressful experience was actually a very positive one. If you are looking to buy or lease your next vehicle, this is where you want to go. And definitely ask for Cris! He is exceptional, and Nissan City is fortunate to have him on their team. Thank you, Cris, Yancarlos, and the entire Nissan City team, for an outstanding experience.
2025 Nissan Pathfinder review
New 2025 pathfinder SL premium and the remote start doesn’t work in the cold weather this winter had to always go outside and start car. Ridiculous, Went to dealer they did something said it was fine now . Next morning and mornings after that nothing. I am 71 years old owned many cars with remote starters never in my life had an issue with a remote starter until this pathfinder. I see many other people are also having problems with this. WHY IS NISSAN DOING NOTHING TO CORRECT THIS ISSUE ????

Ingersoll Auto of Pawling review
Extremely nice staff, very professional team players from service desk to the shop. A very clean and safely run facility. Waiting area was comfortable. Service was done in a reasonable time. Service prices appear to be fair. Will definitely continue with my service here, also would consider a purchase from them in the future.

D'Addario Cadillac Buick GMC Nissan review
We went to D'addario's about a used Volkswagen SUV. I worked with Ed and he was phenomenal! Never made us feel pressured and the dealership worked with us on getting into the car at the price we wanted. Would highly recommend.
2023 Nissan Pathfinder review
I went from a Corvette to a 2023 Pathfinder Platinum, so I can't rate it highly on performance - I know what scary good performance feels like. That being said, I love this SUV. It's the nicest vehicle I have ever owned, and it is so quiet and comfortable, which is why I'm still giving it 5 stars instead of 4. I was in need of 4WD because of a family member's health problems, so I need to get places in snowy weather quickly. I was able to afford the platinum because the 2024s had just arrived and the 2023s were marked way down. If you're looking for an SUV, I highly recommend the Pathfinder, especially if you can afford the platinum addition (the Vette was old and used, which is how I could afford it). I love all the tech and it feels like I'm driving a super comfy armchair. It's a beautiful, capable SUV, and I have zero buyer's remorse.

Paul Miller NissanReviews
Paul Miller Nissan review
I went to Paul Miller Nissan in Fairfield to get regular maintenance done on my car. I normally hate car dealerships, but I LOVE going to Miller Nissan! The service department is always so friendly and caters to my every need. My car always comes back to me clean and in pristine condition; my car and I are definitely ready for the upcoming winter months. There is great working wifi in the building and complimentary food and drink are available to me should I choose to want something while I am waiting. The spacious building allows for good social distancing and has a very welcoming atmosphere. They adhere to all protocols/standards and are always willing to answer any questions about my vehicle if they arise. I don't feel taken advantage of here! So glad I found this dealership, I will be sure to recommend this dealership to all of my friends and family!

Thruway NissanReviews
Thruway Nissan review
I recently purchased my second vehicle from Thruway Nissan, and once again, it was an excellent experience from start to finish. My salesperson, Dionis, was professional, knowledgeable, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I felt confident in my decision. Indira, the finance manager, was equally amazing. She explained everything clearly, made the paperwork process easy to understand, and ensured I was comfortable with every step. Her professionalism and efficiency made a big difference. I also want to mention Erik, who I worked with two years ago when I purchased my first vehicle here. It?s great to see him now as a sales manager. His continued presence speaks to the quality and consistency of the team at Thruway Nissan. This dealership truly values their customers and provides a positive, welcoming environment. That?s exactly why I came back for my second vehicle. I highly recommend Thruway Nissan to anyone looking for a great car-buying experience.

Nissan of White PlainsReviews
Nissan of White Plains review
Let me first start by saying that this review was completely unsolicited and was not asked of me. I simply felt the need to share my experience. Nissan of White Plains is a smaller Nissan showroom dealership, but they are extremely efficient, professional, and welcoming. Their pricing is very competitive, and the entire team made the buying process smooth quick and most importantly transparent. Nelson and his team, especially my salesman Pedro Tavares, were excellent. They addressed all of my concerns regarding pricing and the value of my trade-in and made sure I understood everything throughout the process. There were no surprises, no unnecessary pressure, and no runaround. I would highly recommend Nissan of White Plains to anyone looking for a Nissan, whether you’re purchasing a new or used vehicle. If you’re in the market for a Nissan, definitely give them an opportunity—you won’t be disappointed with the experience.

Imperial Toyota review
I’ve had a consistently positive experience with Imperial Toyota in Milford. Their service team is always accessible, responsive and helpful whenever I have questions about my vehicle. I especially appreciate that they take the time to explain recommended maintenance, what should be addressed now, and what can reasonably wait, rather than just handing over a list of services without context. Would recommend!
2026 Nissan Pathfinder review
Tried to like other SUV's with smaller engines but I could not get past the lack of power. Hybrids are out of the question for me. It would be great if you could disable the the engine governor instead of pushing the button to turn it off every time we start the car. For the price and the size it is perfect for our needs. Lay the seats down and haul stuff or fill up the car with children. Very versatile. Price was reasonable compared to other third row SUV's. I can see us taking trips in this one.

2020 Nissan Pathfinder review
I love this Nissan SUV. Is more than I was hoping for. The only negative comment I have after 2 1/2 weeks of owning it is that it is too easy for someone to tamper with your gasoline because there is no lock on it. Just push the door and it pops open. NOT SAFE!

2022 Nissan Pathfinder review
I got a great deal on a used 2022 SL in green. Selling price just under 25k because it was a rental turn in at just about 50k miles. Certified and with special warranty, I have another 4 years and 50k miles of full bumper to bumper. I wasn't concerned about the mileage as I work at home so mainly wanted a comfortable SUV to run around town and take on road trips. Everything works for me on this as I am not too savvy with the newer cars with all the touch screens and menus as they seem to fail. The 3.6 L engine has plenty get up and go and gas mileage is fantastic. Can't understand all the negatives on here. Maybe being closer to 55 and liking buttons over touch screens is the key.

I assisted my mother in law purchase a vehicle here, and the experience was no less than exceptional. We worked with Benny, and he is a true professional, so friendly and positive and knowledgeable. I felt very confident that it was a good deal and that he would be there for us after the sale if we ever needed anything. I would highly recommend Benny and the entire staff at Route 17 Nissan.

My check engine light came on and they had the part in stock so I was able to have the issue rectified immediately. Also had an oil change & tire rotation done while I was there. The technician kept my car nice and clean, and Courtney was great explaining everything to me. Great service!

2020 Nissan Pathfinder review
We upgraded our 2015 Quest to a 2020 Nissan Pathfinder. We absolutely love it! The car has a great ride, great features, and does great on gas considering it being a big SUV. We have had the pathfinder for almost a year now and we have never had a single mechanical issue with the car except maintenance. If you want a car that lasts forever I recommend buying one!

2019 Nissan Pathfinder review
I bought my Pathfinder Nov. 2019, I've had no problem with the way the truck runs, smooth ride, the only problem I've is my backup camera doesn't always work, it's just a black screen, so I just judge my back my the sensor beeps. That's my only problem so it get a thumbs up from me.

2026 Nissan Pathfinder review
Too new to call it reliable. But comparing to the Honda, with its normally aspirated V6, we went with the Nissan. Honda is still putting VCM (Variable Cylinder Management) on their NA engines and I didn't want all that stuff with its history of issues. The Nissan is very, VERY comfortable. Stylish to our taste and very functional use of space. Great deals are available. We wanted dual power seats and surround view, so the only way to go was the Platinum edition. It makes decent power as a front-wheel drive system first. It's not winning any races, but it definitely gets out of its own way. We didn't buy it for future resale value because we intend to keep it. I hope Nissan keeps selling these NA V6's and avoids the hybrid only or turbo trap that everyone else seems to get hung up on. It loses a little for not having foglamps on their top trim and having to go to the top trim for a second power seat. You would do well to keep this one on your list if you NEED 3 row or just want a well sized and priced two row SUV with options. There's enough tech to keep you happy and reliable engine platform. The transmission is a ZF based design and we expect that with maintenance it is going to go for a long time. The only "bad thing" about this experience was that we had to leave our state to get a reasonable deal. At least we got a good road trip out of the purchase.

I am so glad that you guys, have a great Nissan Sale Representative, the young man,Daniel Alvarez. I had planned to look at another Dealer for my next car however, and luckily i received a call from Daniel Alvarez invinting me to stop by the Dealer and show me the latest new cars they had. Honestly, his call was so professional and he was so polite and that was principal reazon in wich one I decided to return to Nissan; and thanks to his interest and using all his strategies for helping me and convince me, was as a result that I letf the Dealer very happy with my new car.I give Daniel Alvarez a 100 points!
2023 Nissan Pathfinder review
I bought a 2023 Rock Creek Pathfinder and absolutely love it. It is a comfortable highway cruiser and I routinely get 24-26 mpg even combined. I am the most impressed with its off road capability-yes I wish it had skid plates rather than “underbody cladding” and more ground clearance but the 4x4i is very capable and the camera system is great. I have climbed up some very rough trails in Conrad Weiser State Forest (PA) with no issue-the brake based torque vectoring is extremely effective and combined with the tires this vehicles will go places most crossovers won’t. The roof rack is also great and to the contrary of some other reviews I have seen, I have had zero issue with finding racks that fit (Thule Canyon fits great, as do Kuat Kayak Racks). I also enjoy the towing capacity of 6k lbs. My only complaints are the steering assist is a little intrusive and the base stereo is adequate at best; it could also use a heated steering wheel. Minors complaints and overall this is a fantastic SUV for those of us who haul the family around but legitimately like to drive some light trails and get to the fishing hole or trailhead. It looks great too. Bravo Nissan!
