Motor Werks Honda review
My sales person Daniel Alfaro is an outstanding, professional and honest salesman that spent the time to show me four different vehicles and listen and answered all my questions. I couldn’t take the vehicle home since I had no means and it was near closing time but Daniel dropped the vehicle off at my home the next day. I would definitely buy again from Daniel Alfaro at Motor Werks.

Zeigler Subaru of Kenosha review
Wife had 3 Subaru's maintained at Ziegler since 2014. We also bought a used car for daughter in 2021. All good!! Service Writer Lauren Gaines is Exceptional! Wife's car blew out a rear wheel brake cylinder in 2023. We limped in & explained the problem to Lauren, she checked the puddle of brake fluid around the rear wheel & immediately put a hand written sign, NO BRAKES, on the dash before finishing the repair order. Adults can't be taught common sense or personal responsibility ...

Dmitriy was so great! ! He made the whole process of getting my new ford so easy and stress free. He was super nice, patient, and made me feel comfortable the entire time. I never felt pressured or rushed into anything. He answered all my questions and made sure I understood everything before moving forward. You can really tell he cares about his customers and actually wants you to be happy walking out of here. I’m so happy with my new Ford and really glad I had Dmitriy to help me through the whole process! Definitely recommend him if you’re looking for a car!!

2026 Nissan Pathfinder review
Too new to call it reliable. But comparing to the Honda, with its normally aspirated V6, we went with the Nissan. Honda is still putting VCM (Variable Cylinder Management) on their NA engines and I didn't want all that stuff with its history of issues. The Nissan is very, VERY comfortable. Stylish to our taste and very functional use of space. Great deals are available. We wanted dual power seats and surround view, so the only way to go was the Platinum edition. It makes decent power as a front-wheel drive system first. It's not winning any races, but it definitely gets out of its own way. We didn't buy it for future resale value because we intend to keep it. I hope Nissan keeps selling these NA V6's and avoids the hybrid only or turbo trap that everyone else seems to get hung up on. It loses a little for not having foglamps on their top trim and having to go to the top trim for a second power seat. You would do well to keep this one on your list if you NEED 3 row or just want a well sized and priced two row SUV with options. There's enough tech to keep you happy and reliable engine platform. The transmission is a ZF based design and we expect that with maintenance it is going to go for a long time. The only "bad thing" about this experience was that we had to leave our state to get a reasonable deal. At least we got a good road trip out of the purchase.

2023 Nissan Pathfinder review
I bought a 2023 Rock Creek Pathfinder and absolutely love it. It is a comfortable highway cruiser and I routinely get 24-26 mpg even combined. I am the most impressed with its off road capability-yes I wish it had skid plates rather than “underbody cladding” and more ground clearance but the 4x4i is very capable and the camera system is great. I have climbed up some very rough trails in Conrad Weiser State Forest (PA) with no issue-the brake based torque vectoring is extremely effective and combined with the tires this vehicles will go places most crossovers won’t. The roof rack is also great and to the contrary of some other reviews I have seen, I have had zero issue with finding racks that fit (Thule Canyon fits great, as do Kuat Kayak Racks). I also enjoy the towing capacity of 6k lbs. My only complaints are the steering assist is a little intrusive and the base stereo is adequate at best; it could also use a heated steering wheel. Minors complaints and overall this is a fantastic SUV for those of us who haul the family around but legitimately like to drive some light trails and get to the fishing hole or trailhead. It looks great too. Bravo Nissan!

2020 Nissan Pathfinder review
We upgraded our 2015 Quest to a 2020 Nissan Pathfinder. We absolutely love it! The car has a great ride, great features, and does great on gas considering it being a big SUV. We have had the pathfinder for almost a year now and we have never had a single mechanical issue with the car except maintenance. If you want a car that lasts forever I recommend buying one!

2025 Nissan Pathfinder review
New 2025 pathfinder SL premium and the remote start doesn’t work in the cold weather this winter had to always go outside and start car. Ridiculous, Went to dealer they did something said it was fine now . Next morning and mornings after that nothing. I am 71 years old owned many cars with remote starters never in my life had an issue with a remote starter until this pathfinder. I see many other people are also having problems with this. WHY IS NISSAN DOING NOTHING TO CORRECT THIS ISSUE ????

Honda of LisleReviews
Honda of Lisle review
We purchased our new vehicle with ease at the comfort of our home! Honda of Lisle is the best! Definitely not a bait and switch dealership which we appreciate so much. We searched online and made a request for a quote and out the door price for a specific vehicle we wanted to over 12 dealership and so far Honda of Lisle is the only one who responded with out the door/ on the road price. That’s the right way to do it. We communicated and negotiated thru email with Mary Murphy and they gave us a great deal! Honda of Lisle is 670 miles from us so they sent the paperworks thru UPS Express, we received it and signed it and returned it back to them. They assisted us through the entire process. The staff especially Mary, Andrea and Bob are TRUSTWORTHY, reliable, and kind. Excellent service! Side note: Since they don’t have a delivery service, we hired Mercury Auto Transport to get the vehicle at the Honda of Lisle dealership and deliver it to our house.

2022 Nissan Pathfinder review
I got a great deal on a used 2022 SL in green. Selling price just under 25k because it was a rental turn in at just about 50k miles. Certified and with special warranty, I have another 4 years and 50k miles of full bumper to bumper. I wasn't concerned about the mileage as I work at home so mainly wanted a comfortable SUV to run around town and take on road trips. Everything works for me on this as I am not too savvy with the newer cars with all the touch screens and menus as they seem to fail. The 3.6 L engine has plenty get up and go and gas mileage is fantastic. Can't understand all the negatives on here. Maybe being closer to 55 and liking buttons over touch screens is the key.

2022 Nissan Pathfinder review
We’ve only had the car 1 month. But the v6 engine although lacking in take off power is a reliable workhorse. We love the way it rides. Seats are comfortable and interior is very spacious. The technology in this vehicle is superb and has so many safety and driver convenience that it’s almost mind blowing. Now the interior does seem to me to be somewhat cheapish. In some areas that is. And the passenger side seat sits way to low with no adjustment to heighten it (for now at least. Overall so far we love the car. This is our second Nissan vehicle and we are very pleased with the brand.

Jidd Motors MitsubishiReviews
Jidd Motors Mitsubishi review
We just purchased our 4th car from Jidd Motors yesterday, and once again the experience was exceptional from start to finish. Every time we’ve worked with this dealership, we’ve been treated with professionalism, honesty, and genuine care, which is why we continue to come back. This time around they had exactly what we were looking for, and the entire process was incredibly smooth and efficient. We were in and out in no time, with no pressure and no unnecessary hassle. Jesse Wright was outstanding—knowledgeable, friendly, responsive, and truly committed to making sure we found the right vehicle. He made the entire experience seamless and stress-free. Steve Cole in finance was equally fantastic to work with. He took the time to thoroughly explain all of our options, answered every question clearly, and made the financing process easy to understand. We never felt rushed and appreciated how transparent everything was. What really sets Jidd Motors apart is their customer service. Everyone we encountered was welcoming, respectful, and focused on making the car-buying experience enjoyable. It’s refreshing to work with a dealership that consistently delivers such a high level of service and makes customers feel valued. We highly recommend Jidd Motors, Jesse Wright, and Steve Cole to anyone looking for a vehicle. After four great experiences, they’ve earned our trust and loyalty. When it’s time for car number five, we’ll absolutely be coming back!

To Hyundai of Palatine : it’s our first time owning a Hyundai an we had such a good experience, especially with our knowledgeable sales representatives name Daniel Merritt. He really made the experience so much better. He explained all the features of the ioniq 9 car that we liked and ended up leasing. He guided us thru the whole process and was very hands on. He is an excellent salesman for Hyundai. He especially worked hard to meet our budget and the car we liked. It was a great pleasure to have Daniel as our salesman.

McGrath Chrysler Jeep Dodge RamReviews
McGrath Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram review
When I dealt with McGrath the first time it was one of the worst experiences I have ever had buying a vehicle. This time I was reluctant to come back. I met Braden and he asked if he could try to redeem McGrath from the experience I had before. I was skeptical but decided to give Braden a chance. Braden didn't disappoint and since I live 2 1/2 hours away from dealer he got to work found the pickup of my dreams. This man worked diligently that day and had a answer for me by the end of the day. When I showed up for the test drive he was courteous, honest, and answered everyone of my questions. He truly showed me that not all car buying experiences are bad. I've been to alot of dealers in my life and Braden outshines all the other salesmen I have dealt with in the past. They should all take lessons from this young man. So if and when I decide to get another vehicle I hope Braden is still there and I your looking as for him he will not disappoint you along with the finance team. Very good experience.

Shottenkirk Fort MadisonReviews
Shottenkirk Fort Madison review
Positives: 1. They offered me a fair value for my trade in. 2. They were willing to match the best deal I had found on a similarly equipped vehicle in the area. 3. Everyone at the dealership is very nice. Negatives: 1. One caution I'll share has to do with the finance/business manager experience. He's very charismatic, very charming, a good salesman some might say. He will attempt to sell you on the usual extra services and coverage. Then he'll go through a presentation on the manufacturers warranty compared to a 3rd party warranty. That little presentation includes some inaccuracies. He either hasn't read the contract or lacks proper understanding of how it works. He will then reassure you, that you can get a full refund within 30 days after you've had time to read the contract and lookup reviews. However, this is only partially true. In the state of Iowa extended warranties are taxable contracts. When they show you the price, it doesn't include the sales tax. That will only be shown once you've agreed to the price and go through the signing process. (red flag #1) Please Note: you will not have internet service inside his office and their public wifi does not work. If you attempt to cancel the contract that they sell as fully refundable within the first 30 days, prorated after that, you will find out that they will refuse to refund the tax they collected (even if it's just 1 business day after your purchase) and claim once it's sent to the state they don't get it back and won't be able to refund it to you. This is what some might call a lie by omission. (red flag #2). By the way, they don't sell the GM Extended warranty (likely because they don't make as much money on it), but if you're interested in it, it's significantly cheaper and you can get it for 12 months longer and 10k mile more coverage than the 3rd party warranty they offer. (red flag #3) All in all, I'm happy with my purchasing experience and would buy from them again. I'll just be on guard a little more when it comes to meeting with the business/finance manager. I know they have to make their money to, I just don't like being lied to. Even if it was just an error I think they should have made it right which they did not do. I hope this review helps someone be a little better prepared than I was.
