Morrie's 394 Hyundai review
We worked with Brandon D while looking for a car for our daughter. He was very helpful. He stayed late and was willing to come in on his day off to fit our schedule. He wasn’t pushy at all and gave us lots of options we had not considered before. He was polite and honest with questions we had. Working with him was the best cars experience we have ever had. If you’re looking for a Hyundai I cannot recommend working with Brandon enough!

Serra Ford Rochester HillsReviews
Serra Ford Rochester Hills review
I recently purchased a Bronco Sport from Serra Ford Rochester Hills. Overall, I had a very good experience with our salesperson, Ryan. He was helpful, responsive, and easy to work with throughout the process, and I would definitely give him a high rating. Unfortunately, I was much less satisfied with the financing experience. I had asked about the financing rate earlier in the process and was told that the finance department would go over it with us. When we got to financing, however, I felt that the process was rushed, and the interest rate was never clearly discussed with us. I ultimately realized what rate I had received only after I got home and reviewed the paperwork, and it was higher than I had expected. I was also disappointed that one financing option apparently wasn't checked because the finance manager said my Experian credit file was locked. I had unlocked it, but rather than waiting for that to take effect and checking again, he simply moved forward. I would have appreciated more effort to make sure we were getting the best available financing rate. A significant amount of our time in the finance office was also spent discussing an extended warranty and other coverage. In retrospect, I wish more of that time had been spent clearly reviewing the loan terms, particularly the interest rate, before we signed. I want to emphasize that Ryan was excellent and that my concerns are specifically about the financing portion of the transaction. I’m happy with the Bronco Sport and appreciated Ryan’s help, but I think the dealership could improve the buying experience by making financing options and loan terms much more transparent and giving customers adequate time to understand them before completing the paperwork.

Town & Country FordReviews
Town & Country Ford review
My fiancé and I had one of the most pleasant car shopping experiences we have ever had. When we first arrived on the lot, no one raced to get to us, which gave us ample opportunity to look around (neither of us do well under high sales pressure). Once we were set on looking at a particular vehicle Edoardo met us outside and we all hit it off immediately. We test drove a 2025 Ford Explorer platinum and through the negotiations and dealings with the team and Eduardo we were able to take the beautiful SUV home. Eduardo and the whole team at town and country Ford of Charlotte went above and beyond and for that, we are happy Ford customers!

It was very easy to deal with all the Key folks… Irina was very efficient and keep me in constant real time communication.. I did my purchase from a different state and it involved a trade-in… it was a rather complicated deal that went seamlessly! Also, interacted with Nick on a few occasions and he too was very efficient and to the point.. In general it was a pleasant and efficient interaction… way better than the typical car experience where you have to spend hours n hours dealing with this person and then another person to get a deal done !! Recommend this dealership highly !!

Our sales rep Barry has consistently gone above and beyond, earning our trust and loyalty through his professionalism, integrity, and genuine commitment to his customers. He makes what can often be an overwhelming process feel effortless, comfortable, and even enjoyable. It?s rare to find someone who makes you feel like a valued relationship rather than just another sale, but Barry has mastered that distinction. This was our first experience working with Dragan in finance, and he was nothing short of exceptional! His professionalism, knowledge, transparency, and attention to detail made the entire process seamless. He took the time to ensure we felt informed, comfortable, and confident every step of the way. Dragan brings a level of excellence to his role that truly deserves recognition. Great customer service earns a positive review. Exceptional people earn lasting loyalty. Barry and Dragan are shining examples of the latter. We couldn?t be more appreciative of the experience. Both gentlemen are tremendous assets to this dealership, and their dedication to providing an outstanding customer experience certainly doesn?t go unnoticed. We look forward to continuing our relationship for years to come!

Lithia Volkswagen of Des MoinesReviews
Lithia Volkswagen of Des Moines review
Excellent service. I go to this location for servicing my VW vehicles and yesterday purchased a nearly new Taos. The Sales man (Jeff) worked to find out what would be most suitable for my requirements (long commutes and night driving) and what would fit into my limited budget. The whole team (service, sales and finance) worked seamlessly together to get an optimal solution to my predicament. Jeff and the Finance/Lone gentleman stayed well past closing time to get the paperwork completed and get me on the road with a nearly new vehicle. I would strongly recommend the Merle Hay Lithia to anyone wishing to have a stress free purchase without any heavy sales pitch performance. I might also add that the service group is also very helpful and polite.

Planet HondaReviews
Planet Honda review
Had a great experience with the service advisor, Eric on 8-27-25. Had a some questions for an app't the following day. Arrived at 5:00 and not only did Eric, the service advisor, save me a couple of hundred dollars, but was able to get the recommended service completed in a half hour without having an app't. I have not always had great experiences but this made up for the lack of attentiveness in the past. Have been a customer since 1990 and will continue to have Planet Honda in Golden to service my 2018 CRV Honda.
