He personally followed up the same day I voiced my concerns, sent a mobile tech to my house to handle the software update, and later arranged for a porter to deliver a loaner and pick up my truck for a roof recall and additional service. They performed every repair as promised—on time—including the roof fix, oil change, tire rotation, and a minor interior issue. Brian kept great communication throughout, even with our busy schedules, and treated my time and situation with real respect. 2018 Nissan Titan review
This truck has plenty of room in the crew cab cabin. The safety features in the SV model are good. The interior design is a little dated but functional. With the standard 5 yr 100,000 mile drive train warranty from the manufacturer (Chevy, Ford & Dodge only offer a 3 year 36,000 mile factory drive train warranty) and competitive pricing it's a great deal.
