I bought an 04 Honda CRV EX in 2014 from Ful line Auto. When I arrived to look at the car I was given the key and told to take it out for a ride. Dave let me look over the car without him being over my shoulder (like most dealers!) and I was sold immediately on how well these guys prep there cars for sale before I even drove the car. Clean,clean, clean! Also the car had new tires, brake pads, rotors, and did I mention clean? I took the car for a drive and it drove as good as it looked. When I returned I told them I wanted the car and Dave asked me if I wanted to take it to my mechanic to have it checked out before I buy. I told him thanks but I don't feel I have to. Any dealer willing to do that is confident in the vehicles they are selling. So now the update... I bought it with 137k on it and it now has 174k. The car has been great and I have had ZERO issues with it. I originally bought the car just to use as a winter driver but I've been using it as a daily driver to work during the summer too and keeping the miles down on my Mustang. If you see a car you like at this dealer ship....go see them, you will not be disappointed. Great people, outstanding cars , a super easy and pleasant buying experience.

I am tall and it has good leg room. Mpg avg 22 town, 24 hwy. Curious how some report 39mpg. How??? I put 15,000 mi/yr on it. Minor front end alignment issues. Armrests would be nice. Has been a faithful car since purchased 5 years ago. Air bag recall 2018. Would purchase again.

It was such a relief going here to shop for cars after endless dealerships and a handful of bad experiences I went to Hertz and had such a great experience with their salesman Antonio. Super friendly and very laid back he showed me exactly what I wanted to see and didn't try to push me on a vehicle out of my price range. He was supportive but not by any means pushy and I felt really comfortable with purchasing a vehicle from them. Everyone was super clear and helpful, what you saw was what you got and depending on the car most of them are still under their factory warranty and if not than Hertz offers plenty of affordable options for extended warranties and has a Hertz 12 month 12,000 warranty which is another reason why they are a great place to purchase from! All of their cars are more than reasonably priced, and are really well maintained and most of their used cars are in shoe room condition and look like they just rolled out of a factory. Would definitely purchase a car from this dealership again.

My wife, Susan, and I finalized the lease of our 2016 Honda Pilot on April 8, 2016. We turned in our 2013 lease 6 months early. When Susan went to the dealership in late March of this year, she had only planned on "checking out" the 2016 models. When she met with our Sales and Leasing Consultant, Alan Katz, Alan told her that she could turn in the 2013 lease in favor of the 2016 lease. He said that Hoffman would take the 2013 lease 'as is" and that they would make the remaining payments on that lease for us. Susan was very impressed with the 2016 model and Alan did a nice job of explaining everything to my wife. I didn't even get involved until the day we decided to trade leases and I put a down payment (deposit) down on the vehicle. We "closed' on the vehicle about a week later. Time was needed to install a trailer hitch which we needed. Throughout the process, Alan Katz was very professional, helpful, knowledgeable and thorough. I even knew before April 8th exactly how much it would cost to purchase a new trailer arm or ball should what I had from the 2013 lease not worked. Alan took us to the car and explained all of the important features to us in great detail. We noticed that one of the tires was under inflated and Alan took us right to the Honda Service area in order to top of the air in the under inflated tire. Throughout the entire leasing process, I was impressed by Alan's focus on detail and thoughtfulness. It was a pleasure to do business with him.. When it came to close on the 2016 lease, Alan put us in touch with the Business Manager, David Ezedine. David was also very professional, knowledgeable and thorough. All bases were covered in great detail. I ended up knowing exactly what I was getting when it came to the in and out Simonize treatment we had previously bought as well as coverage for a series of optional services we also accepted that day relative to paintless "dings" and "scratches" repair, replacement of lost key bobs, tire and wheel damage due to road hazard, 24 hour Roadside Assistance and windshield "chip" repair. I was initially reluctant to pay the extra money, but, David did a very good job of convincing me of the value of the optional plan even if only in terms of the peace of mind we gained from accepting it. I/we also thoroughly enjoyed doing business with David. Finally,, as part of the process, we even had an exit interview of sorts by one of the managers whose name escapes me. Apparently, Honda wanted to make absolutely certain that we were entirely pleased with the leasing process and that the final outcome of that process was in line with our expectations. My wife and I both thought that this was a nice "added touch". All in all we had a great experience with Hoffman Honda and we look forward to at least three years with our 2016 Honda Pilot..

7/1/18 When we first walked into the Bertera showroom every staff member was busy with a client. However Dan Leary immediately made time for us. Dan brought my wife and I to the Forester we found on Bertera's website. Dan knew most of the history of the car even though it had been in the lot for a few months. Dan then introduced us to Rich Santoni who knew even more about the particular Forester we asked about. Rich answered our questions and he immediately set up a comparison test drive for us in both a 2015 Forester and a 2015 Outback. Rich left mid week on a well deserved vacation and introduced us to Joe Bucko over the phone to help with any further inquiries. Both Rich and Joe from the Sales team answered every question we asked with no hesitation. If they did not have the answer at hand, they found out within minutes. Ashley from the Finance Team helped us make the best choices based upon our needs as we described them to her. Ashley utilized her extensive history in her role to explain the pros and cons of each option we considered. This was the most relaxing experience I have ever had spending a large sum of money in less than 2 hours. (My relaxed demeanor was commented upon by one of the staff members.) My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

This car is nice but beware your power steering may turn on and off while driving. This happens at any speed. I really liked my Versa until the power steering started acting up. I took the car back to the dealership. They wanted five grand to repair the car. They said they would have to replace the whole steering column. I ended up giving the car back to the bank.

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. This is a review of my SELLING experience to Carvana. I listed my car on Craigslist and was approached by an outsider buyer named Jan. She introduced me to Carvana, which I never heard of before, and it's process. She was very helpful and walked me through the process. The first deciding factor for selling to them was that they offered me the best price (vs. CarMax, Auto Nation, Trur Car). Then I realized the process was super streamlined. All I had to do was upload my documents and, after approval, schedule an appointment for the pickup of my car. Carvana sent a truck to COME TO ME to pick up the car. The driver (Lauren?) was very courteous and pleasant to work with, too. The pickup process, which included a one-mile test drive, took no longer than 20-30 minutes. Immediately after loading my car to their truck, I was handed the check, which I immediately deposited without any issues. My selling experience from being contacted by buyer to getting the check took just 10 days! (Would've been even faster if I was more timely with uploading my docs.) I'd highly recommend Carvana for selling your cars!

Have had nothing but issues with this car.... Granted, I drive the xxxx out of the car as I'm a delivery driver However, already had to replace brakes,battery, reprogram computer once then replace computer, and clutch went out. Now I have 60k miles on this car in mess than a year but still those issues shouldn't be resulting already...NEXT...... NEVER BUT A CAR FROM IPAC NISSAN... Since changing management after I purchased the vehicle this dealership had been nothing but rude and very unhelpful with the issues I have had with this piece of junk I've purchased.

I bought a certified pre-owned 2014 Jeep Compass about a month ago from Wallingford Auto Park. I purchased it from Tiffany in sales. Tiffany was so great throughout the whole experience. She was not pushy, she was honest and so sweet. Buying a car can be scary and really unejoyable but not here. Wallingford Auto Park made the experience painless and enjoyable. Although this vehicle is almost a good value, it is reliable, gets great fuel mileage, performance not bad, but could be better. However I consider this vehicle very unsafe and would not recommend it for children whether passengers or considering this their first vehicle. Speeds above 50mph car is blown all over the road because it’s to light, especially on windy days or around big rigs, you can’t stay behind them any length of time. Fuel tank is too small. Can only travel about 280-300 miles. Body is flimsily made, dents & scratches very easily. Paid $18,000 for this, can’t even play music through Bluetooth. Would have been better priced at 10,000.
