I own a late model Toyota Tacoma and was in need of an oil change and some other minor services. An appointment was made at The Toyota dealership for three weeks away. After calling the Performance Dealership in Butler,NJ, an appointment was made and the Toyota appointment was cancelled. The service at Nissan for a non Nissan vehicle was nothing less than professional. Service Manager Tim Kelly and his staff were tremendous, including Ms. Popper.What a relief to know that friendly service is right around the corner. Thank you Tim and staff.
Came into Performance Nissan in Butler NJ where Muhammad Khan took excellent care of my buying needs. It was a pleasure being serve by a great salesman and I would highly recommend him to my friends and familly. I got a 2018 Altima for a lease, and got a great deal on it from Mr.Muhammad and Mr.Eddie. deffinately looking forward to come back to this place. I would highly reccomend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a new car!!!
This was my second time visiting Nissan of Hawthorne. The first experience was subpar- but this second visit is what prompted me to write this review.
Many months ago I expressed my interest in purchasing a new car. The reasoning was because I had a bad taste of my previous car-buying experience and wanted to start fresh. I didn't know why I was paying the amount I was paying and I just felt uncomfortable the whole time. I was referred back to the sales department to Bader.
Not only was Bader welcoming and knowledgeable, but he made me feel like I wasn't just another sale. I was a person with an experience he wanted to improve. I gave him my background of my car-buying experience and he ensured me he would do everything he could to get me the best deal.
He was very transparent about the price of the vehicle I was interested in purchasing. He gave me the breakdown of everything. He didn't do anything without me giving him the OK first. This was a huge aspect for me. Before, I felt like I didn't matter. But this time, I was in total control.
Working with Bader was Ahmed. He told me all the specs about the car, answered any and all of my questions, and was super personable from the moment I walked through the door. He listened to all of my awkward rants with a smile on his face. He personalized my experience so much that I felt like I left with a new friend! I could have not asked for a better sales experience with these two individuals. Please-- asked for Ahmed and Bader when you walk through the door. You will NOT regret it!
After that process, I was sent to see the finance guy. Previously, I felt like I was signing my name for hours on end. This time, Enrique made the process SIMPLE and TRANSPARENT. I was in there no longer than 5 minutes.
Overall--the new management at Nissan of Hawthorne blew me away with its kindness, patience, and knowledge. I am so pleased with my purchase that I will continue to go to this dealership for life!
xperience at Nissan of Hawthorne was top of the line from start to finish. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door and was assisted my Gary. He was able to get me a phenomonal deal on an Altima that i couldnt refuse. i terminated my lease early with chevy and it was a great choice. The management staff was extremely professional Eddie Steve and Gary handled everyrhing with chevy for me which took a huge headache off my back. I would highly recommnend visiting the staff down at nissan of hawthorne when looking to purchase to your next vehicle.
This is the third Rogue we have leased from Nissan of Hawthorne. They have consistently served our auto needs each time our lease expired. Due to some family health issues, it was difficult to get to the dealership office so we worked out all the details with Christina Anello and our salesman, Gary Thompson via e-mail and phone. Because of their knowledge and expertise, we were in our new Rogue within a week! If you are looking for a new vehicle, I highly recommend Gary Thompson and Christina Anello of Nissan of Hawthorne. It was a pleasure to deal with them both!

Enjoyed a very pleasant experience leasing my new car. Wilmary the sales person treated my very wife and I extremely well. She went over the video with us and answered all our questions very professionally. The gentleman who was manager by the name of Mark Brennan and the finance persons whose names was Jose and Scott were more then helpful in dealing with the finances of the lease. It should be noted that this is the four vehicle leased at this dealership by us.
My experience at Central Avenue Nissan has always been excellent. The staff has always been courteous and professional. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new car to buy or lease.

I've owned many cars and have dealt with many dealerships. For example I own a JEEP and deal with Bayside Dodge... they are the worst of the worst... yet with Scarsdale Ford I am welcomed, feel like I am treated properly, know the mechanics are of strong quality and they are HONEST.
