I took my XC60 Recharge in for it annual maintenance and explained I was having trouble with the heater in the pure drive mode. Just said he knew what the problem was and would take a look. the 2022 car was still under warranty and they were able to replace the parts and fix the problem as well as do the annual maintenance. This is the third time I've had the car into their service shop and I've always been quite satisfied. They have a very nice waiting room, so bring you phone and/or computer. Geoff Durango Colorado

I had the pleasure and great fortune to work with Michael Tierney at Banks Chevrolet-Cadillac in Concord, NH to purchase my new Buick Envision on Saturday. Mike is by far the best car salesman I ever worked with! Mike was extremely patient and allowed me to test drive (3) different makes of SUV's so I could make the best-informed decision on which SUV to choose. The entire time Mike answered all my questions, suggested all the possible options for each type of vehicle and did NOT put any pressure on me on my decision of which SUV I purchased. I cannot say enough about what an amazing experience I had with Mike. Not only was Mike phenomenal; every dealership staff member I had the pleasure of meeting and working with were extremely helpful, polite, attentive and added to this being such an amazingly positive experience! The receptionist that greeted us was wonderful and offered us water and checked in on us throughout our visit to ensure we didn't need anything. Jeremy, the Sales Manager, also came to introduce himself and I had the opportunity to share what a fantastic salesman Mike is! I had the opportunity to complete my financing working with Beau who was also extremely helpful and was able to get me a great loan! I have purchased many cars in my lifetime, and I will never go to any other dealership for anything related to the care, maintenance and purchasing of any other vehicles!! On February 21st.,2023, we took our 2022 Santa Fe to Earnhardt Hyundai of Scottsdale for routine maintenance & factory recall. After driving home, approx. 45 miles, the car set in our garage undriven until Feb. 23rd. On that date I found a considerable amount of oil under the car. In further investigation and checking under the hood, I found the engine compartment saturated with motor oil. I immediately called Earnhardt Hyundai of Scottsdale who contacted Valley Towing to pick up my car and deliver it to their Service Dept. The service mgr. contacted me by phone within two hours to tell me they located the problem which turned out to be the dip stick had failed to be fully replaced. He also assured me that they would clean up the engine compartment and return my car the following day. On Feb. 24th., Howard (Store Greeter), called to tell me they had completed replacing the engine oil, washed the car, detailed the engine compartment and would deliver the car to our home with one hour. As promised, Howard arrived at our home with the car and it was as clean as the day we made the new car purchase. Howard also filled the the gas tank and offered to clean up our garage floor. We're all human and capable of making mistakes as did the mechanic, but the follow up by each Earnhardt Hyundai Store Employee involved in this matter was professional, courteous and understanding (including the store phone operator). Even though we have a Hyundai Dealer closer to our home, we're certain to use only the Scottsdale Earnhardt Hyundai Dealer for our future service needs and vehicle replacement when due.

I have owned over 10 different midsize SUVs from the Mazda, Blazer, Highlander, land cruiser, and others. I have found that the palisade is by far the best I have ever. Now, if I could just figure out all of the electronics available, I would be very very happy.

Great mileage and very nice interior. Lotsa stuff but sadly only drivers window is auto. Wheels are terrible. They look great but very hard to clean. Good trunk space and nice seats. Having problems with backup camera it looks very foggy. Had it back to dealer twice, no luck. No CD player.. big downgrade.

It is very comfortable to ride in. Has a a lot of luxury features. Lane change alert. The cruise control withe with the adaptive feature is great.

I had inquired on a few cars... It's all about timing and I found two cars I liked. I worked with the salesperson prior to coming into the dealership so we had a pretty clear understanding. I also prequalified. Then, I came by and Tony treated me respectfully and answered my numerous questions. In the end, I like my purchase and would probably return to this dealership if a different car was needed OR when I need service.

Darlene was wonderful! She really went above and beyond to make the car buying experience positive for my mom. My mom had a limited budget and Darlene helped her find a car she could afford. She even gave her a rental until the purchased car was ready. Then she delivered the car when it was ready. I would recommend Cardinale Way Mazda as a dealrship!

Only have it six months, bought it spur of the moment! my wife thought i was crazy! I owned Many cars and have a few now this is a good SUV 30 Thousand less than the Audi Q 7 but made the same , only inside and outside different.

Bought a 2020 Ram 1500 Limited new and owned for 4 years. The starter went out twice under !00,000 miles so replaced 2 starters, had spark plug miss fire that had to get fixed, had exhaust manifold crack making the clicking sound upon startup, gas mileage got bad around 80,000 miles. I loved my truck but was stuck 2 where truck wouldn't start because the starter Ram uses is too small and not enough power for the start/stop and this size of engine. Also, heated seats are not hot at all. Coming from a F150 where the heated seats were incredibly hot which felt great, Ram not so much.

30mpg avg with the longest and widest roof rail base for outdoor gear at a price that made sense. 2nd row middle seat folds down individually for skis and paddles. Remote start on the vw app is great for cooling the interior down on a 100 degree day from a distance. Rear seat door opening and leg room is huge great for elders to enter easily and for parents loading car seats.

Had annual service done on my xc60. Service was thorough and prompt. Very easy process and Jud was attentive as usual.

Love our SEL. Perfect for long road trips with the family, and we've had a few of those. Gear shifter takes a trip or two to get used to, but otherwise, everything else is intuitive. Couldn't be happier with our family mobile.

I got interested in this car when I rented it for a couple of days while conducting business out of town. I discovered that it suited my auto needs 100 percent, and at such a reasonable price. I am of a certain age and I find it more of a challenge to get in and out of cars. I don't like climbing up into and sliding down out of trucks and SUV. I don't like bending the slipping into sedans and having to pull myself out of them. The Tiguan comes closest to walking into the driver's sit and walking out. As for stowage, the stowage in the rear also is at perfect mid-thigh level, minimizing bending and lifting. So comfort was of highest priority. But economy comes in a close second, and so far the MPG is great. So is the pickup; it's plenty peppy.

Service was done fast and efficient. I was told 45-60 minutes and done in 30 minutes. Service man was polite and knowledgeable. I was able to get on with my day quickly!

I have be driving Chrysler products since 1968. This is my second Chrysler 300 and I love it. It is big enough, comfortable, and gets good mileage. Couldn’t ask for more.

This is my 2nd BMW after keeping my previous 528 for over a dozen years ! Still going strong but had to change. After test driving a few, came back to BMW... Its like Apple, once you get an iPhone, it is hard to switch ! Bought a CPO, which gives us more time. Nice car. Good power. Have to constantly check the speedometer to ensure we stay within limits ! So silent and smooth... Love it !

Some things like back seat stock up right can't put it down, no floor mats, gas little door loose. Things that were not fix before I got it.

Negative: somuch cabin noise with all windows closed sounds like window open (75-85 decibels). Can feel and hear every little bump especially on rough road. Noise rear of car found out recall for shock bracket problem ended replacing both shocks and all shock brackets and told this will have to be done again when Hyundai comes out with new recall. Positive: very big and comfortable cooled ventilated seats. Nice instrument panel easy to use and see. Nice ride other than mentioned above. A/C real cool works great in 100 plus degrees outside. Excellent camera parking featured front and rear plus 360 degree view. Excellent sound system. Electric third row up/down feature helpful. Second row captain seats heated, cooled and separate AC controls.

Lisa was very personable, accommodating, and just nice. The paperwork, however, was a chore as I want to purchase the vehicle out right, but was unable to.

Power, beauty, and utility! Haul all week and drive to a cotillion on the weekend! I have received more compliments on this vehicle than any other I have owned, including a customized red and black striped ‘73 Mustang convertible and an ‘02 Z06. It can get up off the line or take me safely into work in a snow storm, all while looking great doing it. Only things it’s missing is a blower, a sun roof, and stereo amp. But then, if it had them, I’d never get out of it.
