Certainly not the level of service you'd expect from any 'typical' dealership, but prices are decent if you're informed and very diligent. I used Arian after dismissing another agent who was abysmal, and Arian himself was great. If the they were in the 21st century (digital age) and provided some basic customer service and car preparation, the experience could easily have been 5 stars, but it was not. All cars are sold "as-is" with zero reconditioning or pointing out any defects (it's entirely up to you to inspect thoroughly and get a mechanic to inspect). Since I buy lots of cars and had confidence I could spot any issues and keep any typical "used car salesman" tactics at bay, I was fine buying through them for the slightly better price. If you don't have such familiarity or confidence in the process, then this is not the type of place for you.
ALM has gave great service and showed me fantasic deals. Especially this one employee named Mohamed. He was the first one who came to me with a smile on her face. He also recommended me which car i should get with the best deal. I really recommend this car dealership and have a great day.

I have a very good experience with the dealership and the Salesperson GaithBekie. He was polite, helpful and attentive to what I was looking for in a vehicle and within my budget. I presented what I wanted to pay for the vehicle out the door. And it was meet. I bought the vehicle and I am very satisfied. I was overcharged by $223.00. Also had a great experience with the General Manager Eric Brinkman. I was overcharged $223.00 and I bought the matter to Mr. Eric Brinkman and he stated that he would investigate the matter of the $223.00 and he would get back to me. Within a few days, he responded to my issue and he said that he would personally would take care of it. Even if he had to replace the money from his personal monies. Which he laid some personal money out of his own pocket. This man has integrity, honesty, character and he values his word as a person. I like that in a man. To have value of his word. From the time we negotiated the price for the vehicle he was honest with me. We shook hands as two gentlemen as I keep my part of the deal as he did also. I am very impressed with him. I would recommend the dealership, the Salesperson Gaith and of course the General Manager Eric Brinkman.
We met Gene nearly 1 year ago when looking at a different vehicle. Even though we didn't purchase a Porsche from him then, his professionalism brought us back for a Certified Macan S. Gene went above and beyond every step of the way to help us make the right decision, and to help us with any questions after the purchase was made. Every step was straight forward and as low pressure as it can be. We look forward to making our next Purchase with Gene in the future!

Very professional and knowledgeable sales team. Did not waste time for negotiation, direct to the point and possible proposal. Could have saved time by scheduling time for paperwork but it was smooth and quick.
Started as online inquiry, Gene was quick to respond and provide information I needed to make a decision. Adjusted his work hours to meet early in the day. Sara Ali did a good job of processing the closing documents in less than 45 min to meet a tight time frame. Hennessy certainly has the bench strength and focus to support the sales process.
Knowledgeable personnel assisting me with patience and care. The car was meticulously prepared and presents great in the delivery garage of the dealership. I love Porsches which I why I own three and I love the entire Hennessy network of dealers which is why I have purchased four cars from Hennessy dealers in the last five years.
I have to give my highest recommendation for Gene McClure at Hennessy Porsche in Atlanta! He definitely made me feel comfortable in every way, and he was an absolute wealth of knowledge. The entire experience was enjoyable, easy, and overall the best I have ever had in buying a car. I truly appreciate his help and would definitely recommend Gene and the whole team to anyone. Both the sales man (Paul Sangeudolce) and the finance person (Magdalena Babiarz) were very tentative & helped our mother who is 74 years old get herself a new car. They both spend time with her and explained everything instead of just getting her to buy a car then get her out the door. I would recommend this dealership to everyone!
Did my deal long distance after seeing the vehicle at a different dealership that did not want to share numbers so we could start a deal process. So, working with the dealership I. atlanta, we settled on a car and a lease deal. Went to pickup, signed all paperwork, and then found car was missing an item we really wanted. Miscommunication in the long distance deal. They worked hard, found the perfect car, and delivered it to us a little over a week later. Great job in overcoming the challenges of correct vehicle and long distance deal.
This car was my dream car, perfect color so happy!

I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
Mr Jaffer was very responsive and professional. However, there was a substantial scratch on the car below the passenger side door which was not divulged, and for which Drive A Dream refused to assume responsibility after delivery from GA to FL by car carrier. Initially they tried to blame the car carrier for the scratch. However, after critical, frame by frame review of the video of the car that they sent initially, the scratch can be seen, proving that it was present from the outset. It subsequently cost $300 to repair, which I feel should have been reimbursed by Drive A Dream. However they refused, leaving a bad taste in my mouth about the whole transaction.
