A great service experience

I had a morning appointment for service on my Ram 1500. The service advisor Phil came out and greeted me early, and was able to get my truck in right away. Phil explained what I should expect during the service, and answered all my questions in detail, and he did not need to go ask someone else for answers to my questions. This is a sign that Phil is a professional and takes his job seriously as well as the concerns of his customers. This dealership has done a great job in training their employees, which is demonstrated by the manner in which they handle their customers, politely, professionally and quickly. I would recommend this dealership and their service department to anyone that wants a great experience getting their car serviced, and to be treated with courtesy and respect.
