3.6 motor experience cold wether limp mode Several times. Dealer claims no update for carburetor freeze up. Stranded on extreme cold days. Very concerned and disappointing

Purchased a 2022 Laramie, RWD, Hemi 5.7L, Crew Cab with 21,000 miles. Other than no nav system, the truck is pristine. I am the 3rd owner; the other two maintained it beautifully. This V8 gets better city/hwy mileage than my for V6, 4x4, Crew Cab Nissan Frontier. I am most please with this vehicle!

I bought a 2021 classic 1500 4x2 quad cab with 5.7 Gas engine. There were 2 rear differential axle gear ratio options, mine has the “hiway gear” but the truck pulls with plenty of power, I think most had that gear for fuel economy. I don’t like the idea that if I open the drivers door while in motion , a transmission brake applies and abruptly stops the vehicle. I was parking in a very tight spot and cracked. The door open and to my surprise, , the truck jerked to a sudden stop. I personally do not care for the dash knob to select the gear, it’s another electronic component that can fail, which in fact has failed . in other trucks. The 5.7 Liter engine was designed with the oil filter to be very difficult to reach , almost as if designed ‘outside ‘ the chassis without realizing once ‘in’ the chassis, the oil filter became extremely difficult to reach to replace .

Great guys. Easy to work with. Drove multiple trucks. Finally found that fit me the best. Paperwork was really quick. Even went back the next day and they replaced a battery in the key fab.

I bought mine used. It had about 40k miles on it. I got a steal of a deal price wise. That being said. It drives smooth. Has all the power i need to haul and tow for work and life. Also plenty of room for hauling around family. I have had no complaints. It’s everything i was looking for in a vehicle. Ironically it is not the color I normally would buy. But even my particular wife loves the color and looks combination. She drives it as much as I do. I can’t say the same about her car. But, i am not a huge car person. One final thing. I am thoroughly impressed with the fuel consumption. Would recommend this vehicle (the big horn edition) to anyone.

This is the second Ram I have owned. My first was a limited 19 model. My second one is a Laramie. I used to be a GM. man till I bought my first Ram. Will never own nothing else. Comfort and quality.

Beautiful, reliable, one of the best looking trucks on the road today. 5 years of ownership. Had no mechanical or any other issues, just your regular oil changes. RAM had a couple of recalls, but those always have bee taken care of by RAM. I do recommend this truck.

I have to be honest with you guys. I had the most over top amazing experience. My sales person was Monique and she took the time and listened to everything that I was interested in. The last Hemi powered Rams. I have owned a lot of trucks and my last 3 were all Ram 1500 Hemi powered. I liked the new Hurricane I6 turbo motor coming soon but also want my truck to sound like a truck. I am glad I got my 24 at the end of 2023 before I moved across the country to Texas. I have the Laramie trim level 4x4 and etorque engine. The start stop is so much smoother with the etorque system while I also enjoy that it is turned off when in tow mode. We have a Tritoon we pull behind that weights about 7,500lbs. Tows it just fine. A little more squat than I would like if I put extra supplies in the bed. However I am planning on getting airbags to assist. This is my first ram with the ram box and I love it! The dry storage is great for basic items and we use when grocery shopping every weekend. The entertainment system is good not great. Every now and then it messes us and I have to reset it. Gotta love technology but by pressing the volume and tune knob in at same time for 15 seconds it resets easily. Wireless CarPlay is great! The Harmon Kardon sound system is nice. I have a speaker rattle that the dealer is ordering a new speaker for replacement. I have had 2 recalls so far and 1 warranty visit at a local dealer. (Not the best experience) but new ownership of a large corporate owned store they just don’t seem to care. The locally owned store is now assisting me and while parts still take time it’s nice when they call you occasionally for an update vs never calling you back. My only gripe is the 23&24 ram Laramie trucks stoped. Coming with the painted fender flairs so it feels a bit naked and I got a door ding at a shopping center without that protection. (My older ram truck had it) anyway great power. Good highway fuel (20mpg not towing) I average 17mpg driving in this crazy dfw traffic. Towing it goes way down to 10-12 mpg. I averaged 11.5 driving from Ohio to Texas. Lots of tech and big interior. Looking for many years of enjoyment.

Bought my 2022 RAM Limited in November of 2021. It currently has 15,450K miles so far. Had it into the shop 3 times for the back window leaking and open-close window not operating. U-connect issues is every time it updates OTA, some of the profile functions reset (like keeping the radio on after key-off). Nothing else were issues, and my mentality is every mechanical machine has quirks and if RAM only has this after 3 years, I can accept that better than having transmission/engine issues in this timeline. The ride is comfortable and having a good set of tires on it makes the ride so much better. I think any of the big three truck companies makes a great product, as I have had all of them plus a few imports. Keep up on the maintenance and it will be reliable for as long as you need it.

Had a great experience from start to finish with CPO Department at Huffines. Clear and timely communication leading up the sale and a short, direct purchase process. I have the 2025 Ram 3.6 Crew Cab. I paid $45,000 for it in 2024 August. I traded my 2018 Tundra in that I only had a for a year. Major difference in power is noticable right off the bat. This Ram takes off very strange at times. Sometimes it feels like it has the power other times it doesnt want to move. I have the e-torque 3.6. The 5.7 Tundra had the power but I got rid of it because no dealer would fix it because the Tundra was spewing gas out the tank. The Tundra would only hold 12 gallons at most with a 38 gallon tank but I later found out the ECM was replaced and if I had known that I wouldnt of purchased the Tundra. You are now getring much less for you money with any vehicle. Any half ton with a v8 will cost you around $65,000 at the lowest price. This was 1 ton vehicle pricing pre-covid. These Ram crew cabs with a v6 should not cost any more than $40,000 at most. Its a very slow truck and doesnt feel like 305 HP but 280 HP realistically. The truck is too heavy for a 3.6 so that means more engine strain. The longevity of the engine will be questionable. The Ram definitely gets decent gas mileage but going uphill in this Ram you can feel the engine having to hit high rpm just to up an incline. The ride is smooth no doubt about it but these crew cabs need at least a 4.0 or 4.3 v6 to really get the job done.

After 8 Chevy Truck3 I got a Ram Bighorn 6 Cylinder at the beginning of the Pandemic a week before the Incentives ran out at Wally Armour in Alliance Ohio . I got a second one from the Spitzer Ram Dealer in Ontario Ohio 3 years later (2024) . I'm hoping for a new Truck again next year at the end of 26 beginning of 27 Model Year and Ram appears the obvious choice . Cheers Geiger

I'm original owner sence 2018 when I purchased tge 2019 rebel, crew cab, 4wd 5.7 hemi. I now have 35k miles and have to say this truck has been the best truck I've ever owned. I've owned several in 45 years but this is my retirement best truck. The ride is phenomenal on road and off road. Plenty of HP, pulls well and most reliable. The stock tires duratrac by goodyear make a good ride but not as good in wet roads. Leather interior, heated auto seats, large GPS screen are a good touch by dodge. I've been tough on the factory coated bed liner and no ware showing. It's a tough fun to drive truck.

Bought a 2020 Ram 1500 Limited new and owned for 4 years. The starter went out twice under !00,000 miles so replaced 2 starters, had spark plug miss fire that had to get fixed, had exhaust manifold crack making the clicking sound upon startup, gas mileage got bad around 80,000 miles. I loved my truck but was stuck 2 where truck wouldn't start because the starter Ram uses is too small and not enough power for the start/stop and this size of engine. Also, heated seats are not hot at all. Coming from a F150 where the heated seats were incredibly hot which felt great, Ram not so much.

I was online and scheduled a test drive for the next morning. When I arrived, Xavier Perez met me and had the vehicle ready for me. I've now had 3 2015 or newer Ram 1500's. I tend to out between 30k to 35k per year on my trucks, and I have had almost no issues with any of my Ram 1500 pickups. The first one and the one I am currently driving both had 5.7 liter Hemis, and the middle one had the 3liter turbo Eco Diesel. The last 2 have been Laramie editions with the first being a Big Horn edition. I have nothing but high marks to give these trucks across the board. Power-great Exterior styling- great Interior (especially the Laramies) - Stellar Reliability - great I think they are easily the best value and best looking trucks on the market.

We bought the Laramie with the sports package and just love it! Also got the etorque, did not think we would like but love it too! The gas mileage has averaged around 20. Love the comfort, the amenities, everything about it, has been a pleasure.

Oh my Goodness.. I just trade in my last Prius 2021 with 183000 miles for a 2023 Prius with 7500 miles. My Sales Consultante was John Vakili. He was a nice guy and I had all my questions responded. I high recommend.

Amazing truck gas goes down fast but it's still fast, sounds nice, and might get it tuned. But overall it's amazing and like one of my hellcats

Love the truck But, why in the world does Ram not offer the advanced safety group (adaptive cruise, in lane guidance) and the 4 corner air suspension in after sale install kits? At this time: there are 4 - 2023 ecodiesel Rams equipped with advanced safety tech group in the ENTIRE country. There are 3 equipped with air ride. Why isn’t this more widely available?

the 1500 ram with the diesel engine has tons of power and gets as good as 33 mpg on the highway, and 25 in town milage, the air ride is great also, love this truck
