Acura of Peoria review
Victor Ou was very straight forward about what could be done. The process was very quick compared to other new vehicle purchases at other dealerships. The GM Jin Lee went above and beyond to get me in the 2022 TLX Type S Performance. Alina in finance was also very quick and efficient with the documents.
2021 RAM 1500 review
I bought a 2021 classic 1500 4x2 quad cab with 5.7 Gas engine. There were 2 rear differential axle gear ratio options, mine has the “hiway gear” but the truck pulls with plenty of power, I think most had that gear for fuel economy. I don’t like the idea that if I open the drivers door while in motion , a transmission brake applies and abruptly stops the vehicle. I was parking in a very tight spot and cracked. The door open and to my surprise, , the truck jerked to a sudden stop. I personally do not care for the dash knob to select the gear, it’s another electronic component that can fail, which in fact has failed . in other trucks. The 5.7 Liter engine was designed with the oil filter to be very difficult to reach , almost as if designed ‘outside ‘ the chassis without realizing once ‘in’ the chassis, the oil filter became extremely difficult to reach to replace .

AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram North Phoenix review
Ask for Broden! He’s not afraid to ask the tough questions when it comes to working with sales and finance. He’ll always make sure to follow up ensuring you’re happy with your purchase. He took the time to find a truck that worked with my situation and even adjusted on the fly to find something a little better. 10/10 stars. Buying process was extremely quick.
2022 RAM 1500 review
Bought my 2022 RAM Limited in November of 2021. It currently has 15,450K miles so far. Had it into the shop 3 times for the back window leaking and open-close window not operating. U-connect issues is every time it updates OTA, some of the profile functions reset (like keeping the radio on after key-off). Nothing else were issues, and my mentality is every mechanical machine has quirks and if RAM only has this after 3 years, I can accept that better than having transmission/engine issues in this timeline. The ride is comfortable and having a good set of tires on it makes the ride so much better. I think any of the big three truck companies makes a great product, as I have had all of them plus a few imports. Keep up on the maintenance and it will be reliable for as long as you need it.

Audi North ScottsdaleReviews
Audi North Scottsdale review
We purchased a new 2021 Q7 from Audi North Scottsdale and were residing in New Mexico at the time. New Mexico is notoriously slow at governmental things (titling vehicles for example) and after almost a year and a subsequent move from Santa Fe to The Boulders in North Scottsdale we had a nightmare on our hands trying to get a title transfer. Chris Powell, GM, and his team stepped in and got the issue solved for us. We will always buy our cars from Chris!
2022 RAM 1500 review
Purchased a 2022 Laramie, RWD, Hemi 5.7L, Crew Cab with 21,000 miles. Other than no nav system, the truck is pristine. I am the 3rd owner; the other two maintained it beautifully. This V8 gets better city/hwy mileage than my for V6, 4x4, Crew Cab Nissan Frontier. I am most please with this vehicle!

AutoNation Chevrolet Arrowhead review
came in for an oil change and tire rotation, was greeted immediately by Douglas. He was very polite and eager to assist me with my service appointment. He gave a welcoming experience and made sure I was comfortable waiting in the lobby and also offered to get me a ride home. He updated me throughout the process of the service and even gave my truck a car wash. He was very honest with recommended services I needed for my vehicle and didn't try to up sale me. I had an amazing experience and will be back to get more services soon.

to: Campmeat from Arizona Someone told me my lifters were going bad because when I first started my truck I heard ticking noise until the engine got warm. I took my truck to a honest very hard to find mechanic and he told me I had a hole in my exhaust manifold. I paid $800 and 195,000 miles later still no ticking.

2022 RAM 1500 review
Bought this truck brand new, got the Big Horn with the 5.7L Hemi (which is now extinct) and I cannot say enough on how much this vehicle wowed me. The pickup and power are great, the 4wd auto is very responsive and has been very useful in wet, and off road conditions. We stay in cabins in the mountains and the truck has no issues getting up hard to climb hills and racks terrain. I drive it daily to work and although I have had a few issues with the uconnect, nothing that has required dealership trips. I've had the truck 2 years now and 20000 miles with no problems. The interior is comfortable although I wish I would have sprung for the leather. The large screen is great and the interior design is the best of the big 3 American brands in comparable models. Also the price while too high, was still better than Chevy and most Fords. I'm a Ram guy now. Hopefully it stays this reliable for the price I paid.

Great car buying experience with Mr. Scott Bailey at Certified Beemer and Benz! Appreciate the easy process!
2023 RAM 1500 review
Bought a 2020 Ram 1500 Limited new and owned for 4 years. The starter went out twice under !00,000 miles so replaced 2 starters, had spark plug miss fire that had to get fixed, had exhaust manifold crack making the clicking sound upon startup, gas mileage got bad around 80,000 miles. I loved my truck but was stuck 2 where truck wouldn't start because the starter Ram uses is too small and not enough power for the start/stop and this size of engine. Also, heated seats are not hot at all. Coming from a F150 where the heated seats were incredibly hot which felt great, Ram not so much.

i recently bought a car from her but my tires were flat and i came to get help. hours spent at the dealership can be awful but out of all the hours i’ve spend there this past month getting my new car this was my best experience yet. Josh Ballard helped me out with getting new tires he was timely on everything and made sure to get the best answers before contacting me. he was so attentive in every detail. this is my first time dealing w a car alone since i’m in az for college. he was unable to get the car delivered to my school and he knew i need to ask for a ride to get to the dealer before i could even respond he had already sent me a lyft pass so i can ride to the dealer! he made sure i didn’t make any unnecessary expenses and he made sure i had my car back to me asap!

The best truck I’ve ever owned! I’ve been a proud owner of five Ram 1500s over the years — a 1998, a 2005, a 2009, and two 2019s. It has always been a pleasure owning a Ram truck. They’ve been reliable, powerful, and just an overall great truck. I’ll always be a Ram fan!

We've been buying vehicles from James for over 6 years, and we honestly wouldn't go to anyone else. He's always incredibly responsive, helpful, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. He genuinely takes the time to make sure we're taken care of and never makes us feel pressured. What really sets him apart is that his customer service doesn't end when you drive off the lot. Anytime we've had a question or needed help after purchasing a vehicle, he's been there to assist us quickly and make sure everything is taken care of. If you're looking for someone who's honest, knowledgeable, and truly cares about his customers, we can't recommend James enough. I will start off that they were helpfull and wanted make my daughters purchase experience a good one. They were not overly pushy and asked my daughter questions to be assured she was getting a vehicle to suit her needs. Now for the purchase process. They were helpfull on negotiating a fair price and trade value. We told them before going to finance that we did NOT want extended warranties or a bunch of add ons. However, when we got to that part. The overall cost increased substantually, they added on extras!!! We had to be there much longer then nessasary to fix what we told them not to do from the start. We were able to negotiate a fair deal. Now to the aggravating part. While trying to discuss things with my daughter, extremely loud music started playing over the intercom, interupting our conversation. I had to yell out loud to the salesman that I'm trying to buy a car and I can't hear or discuss this with my daughter. He replied that they are celebrating a sale. So they think its ok to irritate all of the other people in the building to celebrate one sale. I think that serving customers should be celebration enough. They also offer the new buyer to ring a large dong after a purchase. I can understand that. But the extremely loud music was just over the top. I was told that a couple walked in while the noise was blasting and turned and left. So to celebrate one sale, they lost another. I was about to walk out myself. I tried to convence my daughter to go somewhere else and look at other vehicles at others dealers. However, she was impressed with the vehicle she test drove and wanted to stay. I hope they take the time to review the annoying music idea and find a better way to celebrate or just realize providing good service is celebration in its self.
2022 RAM 1500 review
I bought mine used. It had about 40k miles on it. I got a steal of a deal price wise. That being said. It drives smooth. Has all the power i need to haul and tow for work and life. Also plenty of room for hauling around family. I have had no complaints. It’s everything i was looking for in a vehicle. Ironically it is not the color I normally would buy. But even my particular wife loves the color and looks combination. She drives it as much as I do. I can’t say the same about her car. But, i am not a huge car person. One final thing. I am thoroughly impressed with the fuel consumption. Would recommend this vehicle (the big horn edition) to anyone.

2026 Limited with Hemi. When you accelerate it sounds and feels like a warm buzz in your belly. It isn't a street racer, but it still goes like xxxx. They are getting rid of the eTorque in 2027, but who cares: it is fully covered until 2036. The 5.7 is the most reliable engine they ever made, and 19 mpg overall is pretty good milage. The Limited ride is so smooth it feels like it floats. The 1/4-3/4 rear bed-door and ram boxes add convenience for all sorts of things. It wasn't cheap, but you get what you pay for. It is a luxury ride.

Beautiful, reliable, one of the best looking trucks on the road today. 5 years of ownership. Had no mechanical or any other issues, just your regular oil changes. RAM had a couple of recalls, but those always have bee taken care of by RAM. I do recommend this truck.

2025 RAM 1500 review
I have the 2025 Ram 3.6 Crew Cab. I paid $45,000 for it in 2024 August. I traded my 2018 Tundra in that I only had a for a year. Major difference in power is noticable right off the bat. This Ram takes off very strange at times. Sometimes it feels like it has the power other times it doesnt want to move. I have the e-torque 3.6. The 5.7 Tundra had the power but I got rid of it because no dealer would fix it because the Tundra was spewing gas out the tank. The Tundra would only hold 12 gallons at most with a 38 gallon tank but I later found out the ECM was replaced and if I had known that I wouldnt of purchased the Tundra. You are now getring much less for you money with any vehicle. Any half ton with a v8 will cost you around $65,000 at the lowest price. This was 1 ton vehicle pricing pre-covid. These Ram crew cabs with a v6 should not cost any more than $40,000 at most. Its a very slow truck and doesnt feel like 305 HP but 280 HP realistically. The truck is too heavy for a 3.6 so that means more engine strain. The longevity of the engine will be questionable. The Ram definitely gets decent gas mileage but going uphill in this Ram you can feel the engine having to hit high rpm just to up an incline. The ride is smooth no doubt about it but these crew cabs need at least a 4.0 or 4.3 v6 to really get the job done.

2022 RAM 1500 review
Purchased in 2023, new. Had to go back one year to find one without e-torque. Test drove & didn't like it. Right now I have 30,000 trouble free miles on it. I just hope my luck with that last. I have been a GM owner all my life, with two Fords threw in which didn't impress mr at all. I was dissatisfied with my 2010 GMC so I decided to try Ram. I bought a 2017 Bighorn with the 3.6 V6 & was totally happy. 70,000 trouble free miles. I planned on keeping that truck much longer, but, at my age, decided to give it one more shot, so i bought the 2022 with the 5.7 V8. Didn't need the xtra power but decided I'd go for broke. I'm 82, so I'm planning this to be my last truck. I have owned pickups only since 1967, never had any use for a car.

2026 RAM 1500 review
I use trucks plow , haul and tow... I've owned Ford's and GM trucks as well. While the Ford were good, I've experienced that the longer durability wasn't equal to MOPAR.. I was a GM person for many years and they definitely are not an option for me any longer. The GM's I've owned seemed lighter duty, failed more often than Ford and MOPAR. This is my third MOPAR truck. The past 2 have been very reliable, 300K 259k both still on the road . My new 26 Ram only has 2500 miles on this new truck so I'm reluctant to give it an overall rate of 5 , things Ive experienced thus far.. Performance: The std in line 6 has plenty of punch to it. Milage : Around town I'm getting 21.5 recently took it on a 380 trip ,26.9 MPG although RAM still has issue with its on board MPG calculator it stated 27.9 an error of ~ 4.7% which some may think is picky , I say come on fix it! GM and Ford have it dialed in . Fix it MOPAR. Interiors is well thought out super quiet , seats are very comfortable so traveling long distances is a great experience. I still dislike that one cant order a 8 foot box on a 1500. We will see how this $78K holds up in terms of durability.. Value wise I'm totally unhappy with all brands 78K is just out of line. But then again , lots of folks buy trucks and use them for cars so when demand goes up so do prices. Value wise they out of sync with the customer

I am an old man and I did buy a few cars in my life. Arrowhead Lexus are high above the rest as far as customer service and sales are concerned. I delt with Mr Ali Zaidi. He is an absolute gentleman, offering a way to sell and guide you as we should expect to receive with any dealer. He drove me through the usual process of car sales, but with a high level of respect, communication and making sure we were always in the same understanding. This is what customer service is all about, unfortunately, not found very often. Thank you Sir for being so professional and so gentleman. The experience was a pleasure, where trust was shared.

In 2008, my folks bought a new Chrysler Pacifica Limited. The car sales man was great. He knew all about the car and showed us everything about it. The dealership it's self is beautiful and super clean. They also have AWESOME cars inside in which you can sit and mess around in. The overall rating is a 4 BECAUSE, it is so hard to get a hold of these guys to take the car in. We've called 4 or 5 times to only leave messages that have never been responded to, so we are planning on just going there whether they want us to or not!

Recently I had to get a newer car and believe me I was stressed because of the situation but when I went to CarMax which this is my second car from them it was once again amazing to work with them! I had the pleasure of working with 2 amazing sales associates. Helen Mayo who was my main sales associate and Cheyeene Toliver who helped out my wife and myself when Helen was off! They both were very kind and helpful and made the process an ease! I was thinking of other options but since they were amazing I went with them instead if your looking for a car I highly recommend you ask for either of these two women they are a great help!
