From the time we met Jon he was patient and willing to let us take our time. I kept expecting him to apply the pressure, but he never did. Even to the time when we made our decision we felt no pressure.He seemed to be on our side and only wanted us to buy the car if we really wanted to.
Robert was very friendly, take care of any problem that I found. Never see at any auto dealer before, he pulled cash out of his wallet and pay for parts what were missing. I was really a customer for them to take care of. Recommend this place to anyone.

Performance Ford had the vehicle with the options I wanted at a very fair price. Gage was great to work with and was willing to take care of most everything via text which was super convenient. Ghassan in the finance office was super top-notch as well. Overall a good experience, especially for a large dealer.

I have had the best experience ever from the beginning to the end. Landon Puffer was so nice, informative and just a friendly person who won my confidence and trust when making my decision in buying my Forester. I felt like I was talking to a family member about a car and not a salesperson in it for their own benefit. The entire staff was very helpful and welcomed me, my son-in-law and daughter and their service dog Levi.
I'm a picky car buyer and research everything. I made several trips to the dealership over the course of the past six months. I ended working with Dakota D, and he was just great. Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and not pushy at all. He helped me to get a good deal, and I absolutely love my new TourX. I very highly recommend this dealer and Dakota, my salesman.
I???ve bought three cars from Bountiful Mazda, and I???ve had all of them serviced there as well. I feel well cared for in all of my transactions and appreciate the conscientious culture of this dealership. They understand customer service.
Even a simple tire repair on their warranty program was worth the drive down. Our appointment time was honored, and in less than 90 minutes total, the tire was repaired, their general checkup service was completed and the truck had been washed. Some advice was given on a couple small things to take note on for the future and the work order of completion was signed. No money was asked for, and I was able to leave. I had even been offered a ride to work to my studio, but had set time aside to stay in their comfortable environment. Thank you!
