Pedder Chrysler Dodge Ram + JeepReviews
Pedder Chrysler Dodge Ram + Jeep review
I got my truck last year from them and it was seamless, I expressed I would encourage my sister to purchase from here when the time came. That time came last week, after a few test drives at other dealerships, I kept insisting, let’s just get out there and see how awesome they will be with you as they were with me. Nothing changed, they let her test drive the vehicles of interest and went thru steps to get the deal she wanted. Pedder Group works for their customers. Niko, was her sakes rep and served us with southern hospitality we missed. I’ll recommend them to everyone I know looking for their dream bucle that both my sister and I now have. Thank you Pedder Group!!!

AutoNation Chevrolet North Richland HillsReviews
AutoNation Chevrolet North Richland Hills review
We had our mind made up and knew exactly what we wanted. I spoke to Jimmy on the phone; he assured me the SUV was on the lot. He had to leave quickly and turned us over to Tamara. What a great choice! She was so patient, answered all questions and explained all gadgets in the SUV. When Jimmy returned, he introduced himself and was very kind as well. This purchase was so easy going. I'm use to being in dealerships half the day when purchasing. Not at AutoNation. Quick financial check, got the percentage rate that satisfied us and out!! I highly recommend this dealership

Covert Buick GMC AustinReviews
Covert Buick GMC Austin review
Adam De Leon in the service department is the reason for this review. My 2021 GMC Canyon Denali was towed in dead and I had already been without it for months with no answers. Adam had it diagnosed the day it arrived, found the failed battery immediately, and kept working until he had the actual cause — a blown fuse block and a loose ground behind the intake manifold. Truck was fully repaired and running right in twelve days. What set him apart was the communication. He texted me updates every couple of days without me ever having to chase him, including one message just to tell me he hadn't forgotten about me while his tech was still tracing the fault. He also caught other issues I didn't know about and made sure they were covered under my extended warranty instead of leaving me with the bill. I live over 200 miles away and I will still bring my truck here. If you need service done right and explained honestly, ask for Adam. Five stars without hesitation.

Oxmoor ChryslerReviews
Oxmoor Chrysler review
Carolyn was responsive to my initial inquiry. She was understanding of my current position in car shopping and offered her service when or if it would be needed. I appreciated the no pressure attitude. I ended up not coming for a test drive because I was able to find something closer to where I lived. Oxmoor was a bit farther away. Had my first choice not worked out, I would have driven to Oxmoor.

We purchased a 2022 Chevrolet Malibu in February 2025. Our sales rep was Izzo Ramos. He took great care of us right from the start! He asked what we were looking for and showed us some cars that fit our preferences. He listened to what we were looking for and we felt comfortable with him. Izzo made car shopping a nice experience at Empire Hyundai in Swansea Mass! We thank Izzo and Empire Hyundai, for our wonderful car!

Seems to be a decent dealer. Sales people are respectful. I'm trying to negotiate on a new 2023 Ford F-350 4X4 with 7.3 gas V8 and they seem to be a bit reluctant to bite on what I consider to be a fair OTD offer, especially since the vehicle may be subject to some lot rot due to the length of time there on the lot and not sold as of yet.

I give them a 5 star rating for being upfront and honest on their pricing . There online prices include many rebates I don’t qualify for and rather than have me drive an hour just to find out we weren’t in my targeted price range and waste my time they were honest. They were also quick to respond to my inquiries.

Zimbrick European review
I had a great experience at this dealership. Troy was very nice and very patient with me. And Blake the sales manger was very accommodating working with me on a price. No high pressure sales tactics here. I highly recommend these guys.

Devon Harris is a good salesman and easy to work with. The finance person and the GM were friendly and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone needing to buy a car or truck.

Golling Chelsea Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAMReviews
Golling Chelsea Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM review
I cannot say enough praise for Golling in Chelsea, Michigan. I have dealt with dealerships in the past who tried to sell you everything under the sun. They did not and were great listeners to my needs and wants no pressure From The general manager Chris Brough who personally took excellent care of me to get me all my discounts plus more . Their staff was top notch with customer service getting me coffee while I was waiting on my new 2026 Dodge Ram 2500 Midnight Express Blacked out edition. Love this Truck. Their sales consultant Trevor Tolles . I was very impressed with his people skills being a fresh young man and knowing his knowledg of their vehicles options and packages ! Shaun McCallum is their finance director and worked his magic to get me the best financing ! I give them 5 stars for overall and I drove 42 miles one way . The dealers close to me did not give me a great feeling like they even cared . Glad I went to them last . They say save the best for last but I put them first in my professional book !!
