I have bought a lot of vehicles in my life time but this was by far the easiest and most pleasurable car buying experience I have ever had. I sent an email to the dealership around 1:45pm to inquire about a car, drove to the dealership at 5:00pm and drove home at 7:30pm that same day. Ricky in sales was amazing, easy to deal with, I told him what I needed and he took care of it without a bat of an eye!! I will refer anyone to this dealership and specifically to Ricky Pim. One of the best buying experience I’ve had in a long while. Jeffrey was great. Had everything prepared for our appointment. The truck was cleaned up and ready for the test drive. Once we got back we worked on the numbers. They were close, but working with the sales manager we agreed on a very fair deal. And that’s what I appreciated the most let’s be fair with each other. The next day working with Preston in finance was also very pleasant, he worked his magic and got us a great rate with the bank. Overall experience was excellent! This has been the most wonderful truck. On the frwy when it shifted to the lower cylinder usage, it was so quiet and gas efficient. Johns Trim Shop topped off with a $2500 package. I hate to say goodbye but am retiring.

Had the truck, a Tradesman, 3-years and not a single problem with it, besides what the previous owner did. They put leveling blocks on it and big tires that made it ride like a dump truck. Plenty of power with the 6.4l. Very reliable.

Its a diesel powered truck so its used to haul which it does with ease, but its comfortable, roomy, handles well and overall a great truck

Sold my car to Autonation. It was an extra, so we weren't replacing it. Of course, a dealer paid wasn't great. But Chris Corringan was great to work with. In 2020 of July I purchased a 2016 Ram 2500 Longhorn 4X4 Cummings 6.7. This was my 3rd Dodge 2500 I've owned. The increase in power was impressive. It’s has a smother ride than previous trucks I’ve owned. Suspension improvements make for a very comfortable ride. Safety upgrades helped reduce insurance costs. The negatives are factory’s mpg projections are higher than real life by a couple of mpg. Engine oil filter is a royal pain to change. There is a lag in response when accelerating from a dead start. I do like how this truck responds pulling my 6000 pound boat up hill at the same speed as if it’s on a level road.

Helpful and kind, answered all my questions. Next time I'm shopping for a car, I will come to Luis. It's important for me to have someone I feel listens to what I need.

Best bang for the buck. Styling and looks very nice. Strong puller, great carrying abilities. Awesome off-road capabilities. Would recommend this truck to be the one to decide on.

My only problem with the truck is when towing my 5th wheel trailer the trailer light goes on and off when the light is I don’t have brakes

The guys at Unlimited had just the car I was looking for! As my wife and I approached the car we had our eyes on, we were delighted to see that a dealer had unlocked the car from the remote so we could check it out. Once we were in the car we fell in love with it. As I took it on a test drive I noticed a vibration in the steering and after mentioning it to the team they pulled it into their shop and fixed it on the spot.
