I was in a bad accident and wast boned I had broken arm an fingers my 2500 turbo diesel was hit rightfront side then I was thrown into oncoming traffic and hit again after all that just body damage thank goodness frame was not affected this truck and god saved my life and the fact that god protected me the Olive said if I wasn’t in a wellbuilt truck like I was I would have been killed, thank you Dodge Ram for building these so strong I love my Ram 2500 Turbo Diesel Ivan only speak highly of it it’s a 2014 with 17,000 on the mileage and damage cost ins 22,000 to fix!! AutoNation CDJR North Richland Hills performed an oil change and tire rotation and state inspection on my 2023 Ram 1500, July 25, 2025. The service reps all seem very professional. They offered me their shuttle service and had my truck done in about 2 1/2 hours. They did a great job! However, I noted that the tire rotation was not performed as per the manufacturer. All they did was move the fronts to the rear and the rears to the front. In accordance with the 2023 Ram 1500 owners manual the rear tires should have been crossed when bringing them to the front. The other noted issue I thought was huge safety issue, especially driving at night, was that for some reason the mechanic had turned my headlight switch to the off position. Turning that switch to the off position cancels every automatic function for your dash lights and center cluster (infotainment). By selecting the off position, ALL the dash and center infotainment lights go to FULL bright making it almost impossible to see anything outside the truck, especially with the 12 inch screen. It also prevents your steering wheel lights from coming on and prevents the high beams from functioning. I didn't know they had done this as I headed to work at 5 in the morning last Monday. I had pulled off the road twice on the way to work to try to troubleshoot the issue. It was useless because I couldn't see with the lights glaring in my eyes. I'm not sure why they had to mess with the headlight switch, but the least they could do is put the switch back where they found it. Would I recommend them to a friend, yes, BUT I'd warn them to verify their settings before needing them. And probably take it someplace else who knows how to rotate tires.

Power, beauty, and utility! Haul all week and drive to a cotillion on the weekend! I have received more compliments on this vehicle than any other I have owned, including a customized red and black striped ‘73 Mustang convertible and an ‘02 Z06. It can get up off the line or take me safely into work in a snow storm, all while looking great doing it. Only things it’s missing is a blower, a sun roof, and stereo amp. But then, if it had them, I’d never get out of it.

I bought this truck from Herritage DJC in Brigham City a year ago and it is without a doubt the best truck I have ever owned. It is a beautiful black color and has everything you could ever ask for in a truck. And speaking of that big 6.4 Hemi engine, it’s without a doubt a real neck snapper. I have had other trucks “gas” and BMW’s ! With gas prices soaring and extremely expensive I traded in the gas for the New Turbo Diesel Cummins 6.7 ! On the highway this motor gets 20-21 miles per gallon with a range of 400-450 miles per fill up! Verified with my own eyes! This Ram 2500 gets better gas mileage than any vehicle I have ever owned ! A bit more expensive, but you’re going to make up for it in fuel! Extremely happy with this Truck! Feels powerful , sounds great, comfortable with a lot of options, cameras all around it so you can see everything surrounding you! I haven’t towed anything yet but what I have heard it even gets better with more weight behind it

This has been the most wonderful truck. On the frwy when it shifted to the lower cylinder usage, it was so quiet and gas efficient. Johns Trim Shop topped off with a $2500 package. I hate to say goodbye but am retiring.
