I found a vehicle online that I was interested in and I was able to make the entire deal including my trade in sight unseen.
I arrived to finish the deal and no shocks or surprises. They were honest about all the fees and I was honest about the condition of my trade it and that helped seal a great deal for my family and helped sell another vehicle.
I had been per-approved to buy but they actually found a better deal with a financing option they offered. I was surprised because that has never happened before with my bank. And again this was over email and phone calls.
The staff was friendly, the facility much nicer than any of dealers in Indy I had visited and I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
Mathis at the used car dealership was great to work with! I was pleasantly surprised how upfront and honest he was about what was possible in purchasing the car I wanted. There was no back and forth on the price. I told him where I needed to be with my trade- in and purchase of the new car and he said he would check with the lender to see if we could get it done and we did. We had a TERRIBLE time at other dealerships on the only weekend my wife was able to go with me to purchase a new vehicle. One dealership that was 1hr + away from our home said they had the vehicle we wanted, "on hold" for us. Come to find out, only AFTER we arrived at the dealer, the car had been moved to another dealer the evening before. No call, no letting us know... so we drove that far for nothing. After keeping us there for 5 hours telling us they'e be able to get us a nicer vehicle, down to what we wanted to spend per month, we finally left (they couldn't come close to our preferred monthly payment event though they kept saying they'd be able to). Fast forward; I called Brant at Lebanon Ford and he was awesome. We got there an hour before close on a Friday - and within an hour, he had done as much work for us as the other dealership had done in five hours. Brant worked to get the car we had found and wanted, transported to Lebanon Ford (closer to us), and by Saturday afternoon we were happy "new" car owners! Brant and the rest of the team we dealt with, worked quickly and worked very hard to get us in and out in an amazingly short amount of time, while also making sure we were well taken care of! I can't say enough good things about Brant and his team. They were very busy the weekend we went, yet we didn't wait long and we felt comfortable and assured the whole time that we were being well taken care of. Thanks guys!
Alan Besco Car & Truck Superstore is an excellent dealership to buy late model cars or truck in great shape. I would like to note that Blake Bundschuh did a GREAT deal for my mother-in-law. He truly was impressive with his knowledge and expertise on all models that we looked at. He was NOT one of those arrogant salesman that you see at other dealerships. He made my 65 year old mother-in-law and I feel comfortable with the sale process. Blake is the young man to see to have a GREAT auto purchase experience! Thank you again, Blake!

I bought a used 2013 Chevy Volt from Wilmington Auto Center about a month ago and so far everything has been great. The salespeople were polite, not pushy and wiling to negotiate a little on price. They also gave me a decent offer for my trade in.
My experience was only over the phone. I contacted the dealer about a used car in which I was interested. Eric called me right away with specifics about the car. He was courteous & professional. He kept his word, also by calling me the next day as promised, with the bad news that the car had been sold the previous evening. I will turn to them again, as I am still looking! Thanks Eric!
