My wife and I recently purchased an Audi at North Bay Imports and would highly recommend this dealer. We are from central CT and looked at similar vehicles at dealers along the shoreline and in the Hartford area and found the quality of the vehicles to be above and prices to be below all others. Everything was done contactless from the initial viewing to the final transaction making it an extremely smooth process during trying times.

I love this car if you drive a long distance I get a whopping 44 miles to a gallon of diesel. Walk away from a major impact action with my first one with only a few scratches. I’m a BMW man forever.

PHENOMENAL!! To say I was impressed with North Bay is an understatement! Let's start from the beginning. I have been looking for a cabriolet 2018 Audi S5 Cabriolet for at least a month, either they were sold by the time the dealer got to me or the price wasn't right. I saw that North Bay had a few on their lot(which is unheard of) and I contacted them about a particular S5 Premium Plus. It was after hours and they got back to me next day, and we began the process. From the pictures, the car looked immaculate, low miles, off lease and a fantastic price. As I work and live in NY and they are in CT, I was looking to do the deal online. I contacted many dealerships outside of my area that would only talk to me if I drove to their dealer, some as far as Virginia. Being out of state was no problem from the team at North Bay. Put in a credit app online and they went to work to make the deal work. My credit has some dings and this was going to be third vehicle that we financed. A lot of banks wanted us to trade in one of the vehicles but we were looking to have three, as my son needed a car and we were going to be gifting him one of the cars. I don't know what or how they did it, but they were able to not only find a bank willing to accept the terms but the rate was very agreeable. Gave me a call and email on a Saturday to tell me the deal was done. Again, like no dealer I have ever dealt with, they asked for no deposit and started to prep the car for pick up! They put the car through their shop, full check up, and even put on a set of BRAND NEW, HIGH END tires! We drove up to CT from Long Island, NY to pick up the car on a Saturday am. Since we purchased the car sight on seen, it was the first time being at the dealer and seeing the car. Timmy and the team immediately welcomed us, had the detailed car bought around with temp plates for us to drive before taking care of the paperwork! The car was beautifully detailed and in absolute phenomenal shape, it looked like it just came of the factory line. Timmy took us through the pay work, and it was seamless! No high pressure add on nonsense, just a small dealer fee(which wouldn't even cover the cost of new tires on this particular car) and we added GAP insurance. Less than 40 minutes, in and out with a beautiful S5 cabriolet! This place is what a car buying experience should be, especially with cars at this price point! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a late model luxury vehicle that is perfect condition, low miles, great price with ZERO HASSELE OR dealer BS! Timmy is a great dude and the rest of the guys in the office were also great! It's the happiest I've ever seen people watching me take the car home, it was awesome! GET HERE TO GET THE PERFECT CAR! The ‘21 A4 Premium Plus S Line is my third consecutive Audi ... love it! Quiet, powerful, safe and fast! This conveyance offers a great deal of wonderful, useful tech, too. It’s two tone interior is gorgeous. Love it!

As an out-of-state buyer on a high-end car, to me, trust in the dealer was as or more important than the car itself. After reading the reviews, I was immediately comfortable making the call about the Porsche I was looking nationwide for. From my initial discussion with Jackson in sales to the post-sale with Chris in service, communication and execution were flawless. I flew into Hartford and was on the road back to Cleveland in an hour. Amazing. I discovered an issue with the top sticking in the ¾ position and Chris told me to take it to my local Porsche dealer when I got back home and he would make payment arrangements. Super fast. Very comfortable interior. Simply a pleasure to drive. A couple of annoying caveats about the interior design, specifically the door lock switch being in the center of the dashboard, and the window seals around the driver side and passenger side front windows can leak a little air at high speeds. Those are superficial.

I just picked up my 2019 A6 from Northbay Imports today. The process with getting fianced through the dealership was awesome and they got me an amazing rate that i wasn't expecting. I must say buying from Northbay was 100x easier then buying from a major dealer. The process was more personable and hassel free. When I picked up the car it was detailed filled and ready for me to hit the road. I must say I didn't expect much from a mom and pop shop but they blew me away with this experience. I recommmend this dealership to anyone who was a hassel free amazing experience

Excellent performance and comfort. Rides well, quick and responsive. Hate the run flat tires, but other than that it is wonderful. I would suggest the industry not use run flat tires. Seems to have a shorter life and is a major pain if a flat occurs in a rural area.

I loved this car but move into a convertible. Never had an issue with it. Garaged all winter. The car was maintained only by BMW and driven only in the spring and summer.

Ally in service is great to deal with. Sal and Kyle always fix the problem and take great care of my trucks.

Love this Subaru! This is my 6th Subaru and first WRX. The car absolutely flies, not sure what happens at 3500 miles but the Turbo comes into a life of its own. So much power in 3 and 4th gear it is incredible. If you are in the market for a sports sedan test drive the WRX!

Yes ok talk is cheap ...bla blah ...Mercedes is Awesome...but whomever buys this vehicle I suggest you put aside 5k for the 50k mile ...maintenance requirement ...the dealer will not tell you that ...

Talk about reliability. Some drunken idiot totaled the back of my car going 46 mph while I was stationary and you know how the car handled? Like a tank. The rear right door was completely deformed, but other than that, nothing at all. I also find it remarkable that it can seat six people. The steering wheel seems futuristic, and the engine sounds great. Considering it came from the early 1990s, 23 mpg on the highway is amazing. I can only recommend that I give it a 6.8 V10 to sound even tougher than it already is.

I bought the car one year ago, I did not face any problems. Fuel consumption is great, very comfortable and luxurious compared to its competitors like Sonata, Accord, or Camry. Exterior design gave a car some prestige and took it the car to the next level.

I've had my 2023 Elantra HEV for 1200miles so far. Averaging 50 mpg with mix of hwy/city driving. All the tech works well, and there is a lot of tech! It is a smooth and comfortable ride for a non-luxury compact car. I sold my Lincoln Continental to buy this simply because I plan on driving it cross country a lot over the next few years and it will be under warranty for 100k/ 10 years and for the MPG. So far, i am very happy with the purchase, and my wife always wants to drive it, instead of my Subaru Outback or my Mercedes E320.

So I test drove the 2019 Infiniti Q 70 with the intention of purchasing the car. It’s a beautiful car however it does not offer Apple CarPlay with that aside very roomy and luxurious interior. The dealbreaker was the car feels when you’re driving as if it’s too heavy for the engine even when you put it into sport mode. Overall beautiful car just wanted everything to be a little more balanced if that makes sense. I ended up buying a two door 2020 Q 60

I recently purchased my newest car from these guys. My experience was non typical for a used car dealer to say the least. I have had many bad experiences in the past at used dealerships and I had even started purchasing new cars in years past when the economy and my finances were in better shape. To say the least I was reluctant. Mike and his crew at Supreme Automotive were very professional and treated me and my family with the respect and dignity we deserved. I love my car and am happy with my whole overall experience. In an era were every normal American is struggling, these guys make the struggle just a little bit easier.

I bought this car for my son who just turned seventeen. I needed something reliable and sporty (and inexpensive 😁). This car is so good that I'm considering trying to find one for myself! After this experience, I think I'm done leasing new vehicles.

Let me start with this: I did not go into this VW before it was overtaken by the Gengras brand, so I cannot compare it to what it once was. However, what I can say is I walked in one day, thinking about buying a new vehicle, and the next week I had the Atlas of my dreams, all thanks to Tom, the GM, and Dom, the sales person. My girlfriend and I went in to get a bigger car as our family had grown, and the Atlas - with its safety ratings, gas mileage, size, and style - was 1 of 2 choices for us (the 2nd being a Telluride, but the service at our local Hyundai was TERRIBLE, and it turned out to be too small). We walked in on a Saturday hoping to test drive one and size it out for our dogs (when I said family, did you think I meant kids?). They were very short staffed - only 2 salespersons were on that day, when they usually have 4 or 5, but due to the recent buyout some of the people had left to other Crowley locations. We were assigned Dom, who was helping another customer, and we said it was fine and would wait. Tom, the GM, said no way and had us sit down and he went over everything about the Atlas - ratings, size, reviews, pricing, and options/packages. When Dom was ready for us, the Atlas we were to test drive was ready to be taken out on the road for both of us to drive around town and on the highway. It was love at first handle and honestly, thanks to our experience at this VW, we are never driving a different brand and will be buying my girlfriend her own VW next winter. I can agree that there are several pictures of the new owners around the building - but you know what? That's called branding, and if they are happy with how their smiles look, posters of themselves do not hurt customers and they show that they put their image on any action that occurs in the store, which is honestly comforting if you are worried about customer service. When you do go in - which you should - talk to the people helping you out just as much as they do with you. We learned that Tom and his wife are avid wild mushroom hunters (really cool stories!) and Dom is hilarious with "dad jokes" and puns for everything. As someone who has purchased a vehicle from this locations, I have not received one email in the last month from them so I do not know of any spam emails. But I also have gmail - and it sorts out spam for me - so maybe it's in there and I just use technology to the best of its abilities.

It is sleek, has the best safety features in it's class that we found, has front and back heated seats in it's cold weather package. Looks great is comfortable and has a very roomy large trunk.
