Brought my car into Napleton Subaru Service for a follow-up check of my transmission, plus a check of excess noise upon warm up. Took the car in as I was hearing a slight thumping sound that I felt should not be happening. In no time I was told that I should have had the tires rotated that I had over-looked. Derik notified me of the problem, the solution and there was no charge
