I purchased a 2026 Subaru Solterra from the Subaru Port Richey location. The employees at this location have done nothing but go above and beyond for John and I . Since this is a new electric car there has been some hurdles with SubaruConnect. Frank and Nasser has exceeded our expectations by helping us get in touch with the correct people at SubaruConnect to get this system resolved . The service department is also now assisting allowing me to leave the car there to assist and figure it out for us. I’ve worked for the insurance industry for 27 years and deal with shops all the time. I definitely will recommend Subaru of Port Richey for any future car buying.

Each person's knowledge, professionalism, courtesy, and willingness to go above and beyond were exemplary. It is obvious that the pre-eminent concern of this dealership is to place the customer's satisfaction as first priority. Brought my car in for 60,000 mile service. Told the service advisor about a couple of additional things I wanted checked. Service advisor told me the price to repair each area I asked about and also said that the AC was leaking. I was quite surprised since I had service done on the AC within the last year. The advisor checked and confirmed that work was done on the AC last year and thought perhaps the fluid on the AC was old and dried up from the last service on the unit. The mechanic confirmed this was probably the case. This leads me to be concerned when the service advisor is recommending services on my vehicle. A needed repair should never have been discussed with me until it was confirmed that the repair was actually needed.
