When I went looking for a Subaru Crosstrek in a hurry because my ailing husband could no longer get into his Audi, I filled out a Consumer Reports form to start my search. Out of the six responses I got within 15 hours, April Zanotti???s stood out because it was friendly, straightforward, and offered a choice of cars at a good price. Everything went smoothly: the right car, in the right color, at the right price, and on the right day. April was always smiling, cheerful and to the point. The trade in went smoothly. All April???s colleagues were equally friendly ??? even to our dog when he came with me! ??? and I cannot recommend this dealership highly enough for making the purchase of a car a pleasant and efficient experience from start to finish. Oh, and we are very pleased with the car too.
Two years ago, when we were ready to move to Conn from Ohio, we asked our Subaru customer rep in Columbus to recommend a Subaru dealership that we could depend on. He gave us Garavel's specific contact info and that was very helpful when we needed some minor adjustments to one of our leased cars after we moved to Conn. More recently, in October 2018, we had a real catastrophe when both of our Ohio Subaru Foresters were totaled in a flash flood so we got in a rental car and went back to Garavel. We met Gary Bauman who understood our dilemma. We knew that we wanted two Foresters and Gary knew everything about the great new features and he explained and demonstrated them to us. When we said goodbye to Gary the first time, Joe drove home in a 2019 Forester that was available in the lot - it had his name on it. Jeanne was happy to wait a little longer for her beautiful red 2019 Forester that is the envy of everyone, and when we said goodbye to Gary the second time, we were completely satisfied. Since then, we have recommended Gary and Garavel to others whose cars were destroyed in that flood. We are certainly satisfied customers. Thank you, Gary and Garavel! The process from start to finish was quick and simple. I received all the information I needed in one day to make a decision on my purchase. I’m glad I went to premier Subaru in Watertown. The staff is friendly and they let me bring my dog inside. Which was awesome. They provided me with answers to every question I had. I highly recommend them.
I recently purchased a vehicle at Dan Perkins, and I can't say enough great things about my experience. I greatly dislike going to dealerships. If only I had known better-I would have come here first! Not only, was Adam Arsenault super helpful in explaining all my options, he showed me all the AWESOME details about the car, and he never pressured me to buy or try to sell me some gimmick. I recently bought a used car at Dan Perkins Subaru, and my salesperson was Adam Arsenault. I usually absolutely hate dealing with car salespeople, and never look forward to having to buy a new (used) car. Adam was easygoing, very knowledgeable, and not for one second did I feel pressured to buy or feel talked into paying more than I wanted. :When I picked up the car a few days later, Adam went through every single aspect of the car with me (I've NEVER had a salesperson do that). The whole experience was the easiest and most pleasant car buying time I've ever had, and I will definitely buy here again next time.
Mounir was kind, respectful, and efficient. Dan Perkins Subaru has a high moral standard. I say this because they made a mistake in my final bill which ended up being more than my quote. They brought it down to what they had quoted me. I really appreciate the honesty that I sensed behind my business dealings with Dan Perkins Subaru. Keep up the good work!
Robert, my salesman, was pleasant and knowledgeable. He also went the extra mile (no pun intended) to makes sure I could take a good test drive of the car I ended up buying. They registered the car for me in New York, where I live, and Robert even put the plates on for me. They were attentive to my e-mailed questions, and follow up was good. I only gave 4 stars for “Facilities” because it’s a small showroom. I would highly recommend them as a place to buy a new Subaru.

We have owned a Suburu since 1999 and also purchased a used GMC pick up from this dealer. We recently purchased a 2019 Forrester and discovered the VIN etching was not completed. We requested a refund as the service was not done and we no longer wished to have the etching. After multiple requests over the past week we still have not received a call back or any other confirmation the refund will be sent. Unfortunately or next action will be to contact the State to receive our refund. It is very unfortunate to be treated this way. We were generally content with the service they provided, Carlos demonstrating the vehicle was excellent, but are now left considering other options for servicing the vehicle.
