Very dependable and reliable vehicle regardless of the terrain traveled. The perfect vehicle for older folks or those with knee problems. Seat height is perfect, you can slide in and out of the seat with ease. Smooth ride and overall great vehicle.

My daughter, her fiancé and I purchased a 2024 Crosstrek for me in December 2023. Eddie was our sales person and his couldn't have been better. He was friendly and helpful, finding out information that he didn't know, getting back to us promptly and just generally pleasant to work with. He even came in on his day off for us. Just bought a 2024 Forester premium, and I love it! I especially love the excellent visibility and seating position. Very smooth ride and handling. Very nice looking car, inside and out, and very comfortable with lots of legroom. It’s got heated seats, moonroof, automatic headlights and just about every feature I could imagine wanting. I highly recommend it!

We had visited three other dealerships but ended coming back to Mike Shaw and working with Keith who we had visited before and had provided us with great customer service and straight up approach about the deal we could get on a 2024 Subaru Ascent. He was willing to work with us and negotiate a win/win for all parties. This was not the case for Centennial Subaru on Arapahoe Rd and Fort Collins Subaru in Colorado, which lost out on the deal, our business and who were not flexible in their approach to working out a purchase from my wife and I. Big kudos to Sales Consultant Keith Traczynski's strait forward approach and ability to negotiate a win/win for all parties. We liked also liked, what he stands for, his values and upfront approach, honesty with customer and most importantly love for God, Country and unbashful patriotism. These are type of people we and many other customers like to deal with, not sales consultants that are so focused on DEI that they forget what they're in business for, which is too sale cars. I bought the Sport model for its distinctive look outside and inside, The vehicle handles much better than my older Forester the steering is much more responsive and the ride is what I expected. Mine came with extras that I really enjoy using and the newer safety accessories are really informative and very useful.

Bought a 2011 Outback which had a steering issue, Elijah promised it would be fixed by their service department. It did get fixed, but another issue popped up on the day I came to pick up the car. I couldn't be happier that Elijah caught a maintenance problem twice and told me about it, getting it fixed without passing the buck or pretending it didn't happen. Top-tier, above and beyond service. The sales process itself was one of the fastest and smoothest I've ever experienced, and although I'm frustrated that I still can't drive my car home, I'm immensely relieved that the staff at Autonation are taking care of it with integrity and professionalism.
