Mcgrath Evanston Subaru review
McGrath Subaru is the best .. From the moment I spoke to a gentleman called Jeff Goldman until the day I walked in and bought my first Subaru I was overwhelmed with the professional and welcoming staff. Everything went smoothly and no pressure from anyone for any reason. I can't Thank Jeff for all his help and then Jeanette also. Both were amazing people and such a pleasure to deal with ..would recommend this dealership time and time again !!

Ana-Maria went above and beyond to help us secure the best possible deal. She was knowledgeable, professional, and truly committed to making the entire process smooth and stress-free. If you're in the market for a new or pre-owned Mercedes-Benz, I highly recommend visiting Mercedes-Benz of Naperville and asking for Ana-Maria. She provides exceptional customer service and makes the car-buying experience enjoyable from start to finish.
2021 Subaru Forester review
One of the best cars I have ever owned. It drives like a dream, has more get-up-and-go then I ever thought a 4 cyl. could have. I make a 3000 miles trip from Texas to Utah in may and averaged 34 miles per gallon. I would recommend them to everyone.

My Forester is roomy enough for me and several passengers, yet small enough to park easily. It’s reliable, responsive, and I get 35 mpg. The safety features are excellent.

I recently purchased a 2016 Audi A3 from AG Autohaus and had a great experience from start to finish. The staff was friendly, professional, and made the buying process smooth and stress-free. The car was exactly as described, clean, and in excellent condition. I'm very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend AG Autohaus to anyone looking for a quality vehicle.

My purchase history has been that of a General Motors enthusiast. My wife worked with Subaru owners; they had no complaints. Decades of commercial truck driving exposed me to witnessing the site's of too many bad accidents. The Subaru safety record has earned my loyalty.

2019 Subaru Forester review
I recently had my car stolen and totaled. I actually work for the dealership and enjoy the work I do with the company. Mr krohn has been helping me out for the past month and a half with a car. It has been difficult but with the patience and time he has given my mom and I, I could not be more grateful for him! He worked with my mom and I till the very end and has been nothing but helpful. I ended up getting a 2019 subaru forester. Lots of room and a perfect vehicle into the middle of my adult life. I hope this car lasts me through the next few years. Thank you Mr Steve Krohn for your hard work and the kindness you have shown us.

I like the solid feel of the car and the sturdy and high ride. Good acceleration. It would be a better SUV if the ground clearance was at least 10” or 12”, with the exhaust pipe properly tucked away!

2025 Subaru Forester review
My first Subaru although each of my kids had a used one as their first cars. Very well made, It is quite comfortable but I wish the seats went up a little bit more. I bought the Premium model and it has everything you could ask for. Handles great, has more than enough oomph, and I am averaging around 26.5 mpg in mostly city driving. Took a 200 mile out and back trip, and averaged 34.8 mpg. I will certainly buy another Subaru when it is time, usually every 2-3 years.

2023 Subaru Forester review
Overall, at 60k miles, I’ve had no problems and am very happy. I average around 34 mpg’s with mixed driving. I’m happy with the acceleration as well, even though Subaru’s without a turbo are sometimes labeled as slow. I have no problem merging onto highways. The Forester is an easy to live with SUV/car. The rear room is adequate, although the CRV offers about 10 cubic feet more rear capacity. Visibility is excellent. The CVT is smooth and has simulated shifts, just make sure you change the fluid every 30k! I own the Limited with leather seats that are very comfortable. Sometimes the response time on the radio/touch screen can feel a little delayed. I also opted for the dimming driver/rear view mirrors which is great during winter commuting. It saves your eyes from glare. Very view cars offer this which is why I went with the Subaru. My only “major” complaint with the car is a slight rattle coming from the dash board area. It isn’t always there, but is present enough to bother me. Aside from that it is an excellent vehicle and value for the money!

Fast and easy experience here was greeted by Joel who was very friendly after flying in from NY pick up my beautiful bmw m5 would highly recommend!
2020 Subaru Forester review
The Forester is the first SUV I ever owned. It has had a few issues, but the dealership, Kenny Ross in Irwin Pa, has always been top notch in customer service. First issue was the orignal tires went bald after only 10,000 miles. I called Kenny Ross and they said they would contact corporate. Got 4 new tires at no charge. Next issue I did not even know I had. Took it in for an oil change and they tell me I need a new CVT. Didn't know I had a problem. No charge again. Last issue was a radio that kept giving an error message and would not work. Took four visits to isolate the problem, but now have a new radio that brings in more stations. Again for free. Highly recommend the bumper to bumper warranty. Money well spent.

2026 Subaru Forester review
I bought this 2026 Subaru Forester Premium to replace the 2026 KIA Sportage that we had bought back in November 25. The KIA wasn't bad but the service department sucks. It had peeling paint on the bumper, and they denied the warranty claim, I started thinking if they are going to deny peeling paint what happens when something goes wrong with the engine or transmission. So much for their 10-year 100,000-mile warranty, what a joke. We currently own a 2024 Subaru Outback and now the 2026 Subaru Forester. All of the Subarus that we have own have treated us good, just make sure that keep up with maintenance and they last a long time. Landers Mclartys Subaru in Huntsville, AL, treated very fair with our trade-in and price on both vehicles,

Napleton's Schaumburg Subaru review
The process to buy a new vehicle at Napleton Schaumburg Subaru was a positive one and I would buy from them again in the future. David and Joshua were great to work with. Everyone I spoke to was very nice. Everything from the test drive to the final signature was quick and efficient. I went in the spur of the moment without making an appointment, and there was no issue with me requesting the test drive. The vehicle that was advertised on their website was there, no games. It’s also worth noting I had an appointment to drive a vehicle at another manufacturer later, and cancelled that because I found the vehicle for me at Napleton Schaumburg Subaru and was happy to give them my business.
2026 Subaru Forester review
Rid is my third Subaru since 1984. First was a Subaru station wagon, had for 20 yrs, 220,000 miles. Second was a 2004 Subaru Forester. Just sold to another individual for $2,000 with 184,000 miles on it. Still running, original air, only issue was check engine light being on and couldn’t find what issue was. New owner thinks he may have identified and hoping to be fixed. I was hoping he might get another 100,000 miles out of car. He said he would be thrilled with 50,000. Just bought a brand new 2026 basic Forester. Love it even with all the new electronics on it.

Wife had 3 Subaru's maintained at Ziegler since 2014. We also bought a used car for daughter in 2021. All good!! Service Writer Lauren Gaines is Exceptional! Wife's car blew out a rear wheel brake cylinder in 2023. We limped in & explained the problem to Lauren, she checked the puddle of brake fluid around the rear wheel & immediately put a hand written sign, NO BRAKES, on the dash before finishing the repair order. Adults can't be taught common sense or personal responsibility ...

2019 Subaru Forester review
I’ve driven the Forester before and have been wanting one for two years. So now that it was time for me to give up my 2010 Legacy with 222,000 miles on it, I chose the Forester. The dealer is very customer friendly and very competitive in their pricing, even though I paid 25K plus for a four year old car…vestiges of the used car pandemic pricing. The car drives beautifully, smooth and quiet. I am very happy with my purchase.

2020 Subaru Forester review
This car is so comfortable! The driver sits up high, with great sight lines in all directions. The seats are comfortable. The features are very intuitive. My car has automatic door locks so when I walk up to the car with my key fob, put my hand on the door handle the doors unlock. It has automatic headlight dimmer which works great. It has plenty of power for freeway acceleration. All wheel drives makes it great in snow. I’m very happy with this car.

Tasca Chevrolet Wheeling review
Brought my truck in for an oil change waiter. Tom Boyer set up the time, was greeted promptly by George, Tom was out on a test drive. The job was finished in a timely fashion, I received a pleasant surprise when I paid the bill, in the form of a discount from Tom! Tasha Chevy always takes care of my needs. Tom has been a tremendous help over all these years- he is the reason I won’t go anywhere else for service.
2025 Subaru Forester review
Bought this car and took off for a 2000miles trip so learned along the way, Not a speed demon but enough to get into traffic and gas mileage is great...over 30 on highway. my only complaint was I couldn't see during a bad storm because the center screen was so bright it was blinding me and had to turn it off. I have over 15000miles on it and owned for over a year and I would buy another one,

Brilliance Subaru review
First time purchasing a Subaru and the experience at Brilliance Subaru was great. Ed and Dan were absolutely great to work with, answering any questions/concerns we had with knowledge and professionalism. As a whole, everyone at the dealership was exceptional, making us feel welcome without adding pressure. Overall great experience!
2021 Subaru Forester review
Other than battery replacement , car has been amazing ! 1 exception cup holders are located too far aft and require driver to look down to locate cup without removing eyes from road ! This issue has been partially addressed in later years by offsetting passengers holder slightly forward of drivers, but still awkward position ! both should be more forward nearer to dash !

McGrath Elmhurst Toyota review
I had a very pleasant experience at McGrath Toyota because of my Service Rep Evan. Not only was he personable and friendly, Evan also had infinite kindness, patience and understanding. I will definitely be back, because even though Dealerships are usually more expensive, the stellar customer service that Evan displayed is absolutely priceless and makes it all worth it. All Dealerships and mechanics offer the same things-- part and repairs-- the one and only difference being customer service, the way a person is treated, and Evan of McGrath Toyota just won his team the first place trophy.
2023 Subaru Forester review
LOVE this car, maybe a little biased since this is my 5th Forester, my 2nd Wilderness. My first Wilderness was totaled in a head-on collision when a young driver spilled coffee and veered into my lane and struck me head-on. That was my 1st Subaru Forester Wilderness and IT SAVED MY LIFE. Full curtain all-around airbag deployment with a roll, the Wilderness coming to rest on it's right side, me still strapped into seatbelt, and the Subaru automatic crash notification with a live person on the speakers asking me if I was ok and needed 911! Smoke still coming from the airbag deployments, and there is a live person coming over the speakers asking me if I'm ok. It was surreal. SUBARU FORESTER WILDERNESS SAVED MY LIFE! TYVM Subaru! LOVE this car! Gets 25+ MPG with conservative driving, a great ride and suspension, superior traction in mud and snow, load-out practically anything/rack bikes (or whatever on the roof racks), sleep in the back with ample room, superior rear-gate lift mechanism with memory, seats super-comfortable and easily adjustable, solid rear-seat leg-room, easy rear-seat fold-downs for massive cargo area that takes my full HVAC tool load-out for servicing ice baths all over the NorthEast US. A great value, especially CPO with +10K mileage (vs. new) MONEY WELL SPENT! SUBARU FOR LIFE

2021 Subaru Forester review
[Most satisfied] All imported, all full-time four-wheel drive, horizontally opposed engine. [Most dissatisfied] The car system is too old. Without Carplay, Carlife is also more laggy. [Space] The wheelbase is 2670, and I sit at 1.78 in the front, so there is enough space in the back and plenty of space in the trunk. [Power] It is very easy to overtake within 0-100. [Control] The horizontally opposed engine is blessed with full-time four-wheel drive, and it drives like a car. Braking performance: The automatic brake is a bit sensitive, [fuel consumption] It has only driven more than 300 kilometers. At high speed, the fuel consumption is 12L. Everyone said that if it is within 10, it will fall off after going out for a self-driving tour and running at high speed in the later period.i got this car from idealauto last year ,that was a marvelous experience . that dealer so reliable .

Castle Subaru McHenryReviews
Castle Subaru McHenry review
This was my 11th Subaru purchase, and without question, it was the most memorable buying experience I’ve ever had. From the very beginning, Olivia set the tone. On my first visit, it was absolutely pouring rain, but she never let the weather slow her down. She gladly brought out multiple Outbacks for me to compare, answered every question with patience, and made sure I had everything I needed to make the right decision. At no point did I feel rushed or pressured. Her professionalism, positivity, and genuine care were evident from day one. Nicole made the business side of the process equally impressive. She was transparent, fair, and solutions-oriented throughout the negotiation. Rather than making it feel like a transaction, she made it feel like a partnership. She listened, communicated clearly, and demonstrated the kind of leadership that creates long-term customer loyalty. Nate wrapped everything up with the same level of excellence. He took the time to thoroughly explain every detail, answered all of my questions, and made what is often the least enjoyable part of buying a vehicle surprisingly comfortable. His emotional intelligence and authenticity stood out, and I truly appreciated the way he treated me throughout the process. I’ve purchased eleven Subarus over the years, but this experience was different. The vehicle is outstanding, but what I’ll remember most is the people. Olivia, Nicole, and Nate each played a role in creating an experience built on trust, professionalism, and genuine customer care. Thank you all for reminding me that exceptional customer service still exists. You’ve earned not only this sale but my continued loyalty and enthusiastic recommendation to anyone looking for their next Subaru.
2026 Subaru Forester review
This is my second Subaru, I just returned a 2024 Crosstrek, after three different Rav4’s I lease. I got the 2026 Subaru Forester Onyx Sport Edition. It’s all blacked out, with 17 inch wheels and Harmon audio, remote start, panoramic sunroof, all the safety features you name. I am in love with this thing so much higher up than the Crosstrek, more pick up, roomier, just all around better. I even like it better than any of my Ravs.

Easiest car purchase ever! Frank Degiso is a great guy and I LOVE my new car! Donny was VERY helpful also. Great experience all around!
2020 Subaru Forester review
I have a 2020 Forester with 19000 miles. I love it, especially as a tall and aging man. It it easy to drive, easy to get in and get out. Miles per gallon is great, typically well over 30 mpg in day to day city driving. I have noticed a number of complaints about batteries. I think in 2019-2020 they had a bad supplier of batteries. My experience was total battery failure at about 10000 miles. I had to purchase a replacement from AAA. Such stories were common during that period. I was irritated but received reimbursement even though it is not typical for a dealer/car company to do so. Smart dealers want to keep your business. The only other expenses were created by potholes knocking the car out of allignment and nails in parking lots puncturing the same tire twice! Sweep your xxxx parking lots retailers and restaurants.

I recently purchased a Volvo XC90 and have been extremely impressed with the entire experience. The care is absolutely what I was needing for my busy family. I also want to specifically recognize Geyselle and the dealership for making the buying process so easy and enjoyable. She was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire experience, and the dealership provided outstanding customer service from start to finish.

Car drives very well and has many nice safety features. It is good on gas mileage and has been dependable. Subaru service at the dealership is all you could ask for. So far at 29K miles, tires & brakes are still good.
