Had a pleasure doing business with Russell Westbrook CDJR for my new 2021 Dodge Challenger! Zaman, Moses, and Jay worked with me tirelessly to make sure I was happy with the car and our deal for it. This is the second vehicle I've bought from them and I'll definitely be back for a third in the future. Highly recommended!

Mazda Thousand OaksReviews
Mazda Thousand Oaks review
I had an excellent experience buying my car at Thousand Oaks Mazda. After several frustrating experiences at other dealerships, the entire process here felt refreshingly uncomplicated, straightforward, and pressure-free. Matt was fantastic to work with: friendly, relaxed, accommodating, and never pushy. I felt like I had room to ask questions, think through my options, and make my own decisions rather than being pressured toward a sale. I had a similarly positive experience with the finance department. They clearly explained the optional products available to me, but when I decided which ones I did and didn’t want, there was no hard sell or attempt to make me feel like I was making the wrong decision. I really appreciated being given the information and then allowed to choose for myself. The manager also took the time to check in with me during the process and make sure everything was going well, which was a nice touch. What stood out most was how uncomplicated the whole experience felt. Car buying can be exhausting, and after walking away from three other dealerships because of the way the process was handled, Thousand Oaks Mazda was a huge contrast. Everything felt transparent, respectful, and remarkably free of the usual dealership nonsense. I came in prepared to be cautious and ended up having a genuinely enjoyable buying experience. I would absolutely recommend Thousand Oaks Mazda, and especially Matt, to anyone shopping for a Mazda.

Glendale Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAMReviews
Glendale Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM review
Glendale dodge jeep and John Morovitz made this the best car buying experience ever. After having a terrible time with salesmen at other dealerships, I tried Glendale dodge and jeep. John was clear and honest with me , the price on the internet was the price on the purchase order. No nonsense , no haggling , no games. Easy and fast. Glendale dodge and jeep offered a friendly and welcoming environment and John Morovitz went the extra mile to see to it all our needs where met and we are happy with our purchase. I highly recommend this dealership and recommend talking with John, a cool guy and a great salesman.

Kia Santa Monica review
Fantastic car-buying experience at Kia Santa Monica, all thanks to Jason who is the most non-salesy salesperson (thank you!). Appreciated that he was authentic, timely, and genuinely cared about helping us find the right fit without any pressure or awkward drama. He made the process smooth and stress-free, and we got a great deal on the car we were looking for. Honestly wish we could buy all our cars from him and then go out for a beer afterward. Highly recommend!

AutoNation Ford ValenciaReviews
AutoNation Ford Valencia review
I had an outstanding experience working with Austin, the Sales Manager, Peter, and the entire team. I was searching for a very specific Ford Raptor in a particular color, and although they didn’t have exactly what I wanted in stock, they never tried to steer me toward something else. Instead, Austin went above and beyond to locate the exact truck I was looking for at one of their sister dealerships. What impressed me most was their dedication to customer service. Peter was absolutely fantastic—he personally drove over two hours to pick up the truck and made sure everything was completed the very same day. Anyone who has shopped for a Raptor knows how difficult these trucks can be to find, especially when you’re looking for a specific color and configuration. The entire process was smooth, stress-free, and professional from start to finish. They listened to what I wanted, respected my preferences, and worked hard to make it happen. It’s refreshing to work with a dealership that genuinely puts the customer first instead of simply trying to sell what’s available on the lot. Thank you again to Austin, Peter, and the entire team for going above and beyond. I couldn’t be happier with my new Raptor and the overall buying experience. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle and exceptional customer service!

Recently I had to get a newer car and believe me I was stressed because of the situation but when I went to CarMax which this is my second car from them it was once again amazing to work with them! I had the pleasure of working with 2 amazing sales associates. Helen Mayo who was my main sales associate and Cheyeene Toliver who helped out my wife and myself when Helen was off! They both were very kind and helpful and made the process an ease! I was thinking of other options but since they were amazing I went with them instead if your looking for a car I highly recommend you ask for either of these two women they are a great help!

I had an excellent experience purchasing my vehicle, and I especially want to recognize Brigitta for her outstanding service. From the very beginning, she went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable. Brigitta’s knowledge, professionalism, patience, and attention to detail were truly exceptional. She took the time to answer every question thoroughly, explain all my options clearly, and make sure I felt comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. I never felt pressured... Instead, I felt genuinely supported and valued as a customer. Brigitta went out of her way to accommodate my needs and made sure everything was handled efficiently and professionally. Brigitta's positive attitude, honesty, and dedication to customer satisfaction really stood out and made a lasting impression. Andrew and Matt were also great to work with and helped make the experience even better, but Brigitta truly exceeded all expectations. I highly recommend asking for her if you are looking to purchase a vehicle. She delivers exceptional customer service and truly cares about her clients!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :)

I had nothing but a great experience with his dealership from start to finish. The whole process was easy and wonderful. Anthony helped me through every step, and I can't say enough about his professionalism, patients, and kindness. Even the finance department was amazing. This was one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. I will definitely be coming back here in the future. The car was everything I claimed to be online, and Anthony was quick to answer any questions I had. The car was very clean and it's obvious they take great pride in what they are having you drive away in.

CarMax San Gabriel Valley/Duarte review
So i went in already knowing what i wanted. Had my appointment already made and he was there waiting for me no issues. It was kind of strange to me how he didn’t know where the vehicles were so we had to go look for it. We walked for a bit then got into another vehicle to search for the vehicle. I think the lot and vehicle locations should be better situated. The buying process was easy and smooth. When the car was purchased i was waiting for a final cleaning and check of the car. This took forever. When i finally got the car. The inside of the windows were still dirty you can see the finger prints and the rear emblem had some chemical in it that oxidized the emblem. It took them a long time to seem like nothing had been done properly. I did appreciate the person helloing me to keep checking on me and letting me know the status instead of leaving me. The clean process and check process of the car needs to be better managed. It shouldn’t take that long for a half xxx job.
