I was shopping for a new CRV and contacted AutoNation Honda in Valencia CA through their website. In my email I asked for a price on the 2018 CRV EX. I quickly received an email from Gidomer Francia with a price that was very favorable. And that's the reason I drove 25 miles to AutoNation in Valencia, bypassing numerous dealers closer to my home. Gidomer's straightforward answer to my email immediately set AutoNation apart from the other dealers. Because the other dealers, when asked the same question, all wrote back with some variation on the following theme: "We're going to give you a really great deal. Please give us your phone number so we can call to tell you all about the deal." And when I met Gidomer and the others at AutoNation, it was clear to me that they were interested in getting me the car I wanted at a good price, with no hidden fees or add-ons. And, everything they told me they would do, they backed up in writing and delivered on it. I don't think it's possible to have a better car buying experience than the one I had with Gidomer at AutoNation Valencia. And I'm telling all my friends about it.

Incredible car and value - loaded with technplpgy and safety features normally found, or as an option on expensive German cars. All standard equipment here. Great handling, braking, ride, acceleration and visibility
Donna was my sales person. She was super nice and very knowledgeable on the traverse. Took the time to walk me through all options on the car. Autonation has a streamline process and the experience was enjoyable.

This car is nuts. I bought it about a month ago and it's an absolute thrill to drive. It's super fast and can get up and go whenever you need it to. The interior is clean, the exterior is mean. I love this car. The only problem I have with it is the stereo. It always looks for an HD version of the station you're listening to but if it's not a strong signal, it will go back and forth from HD and non-HD, resulting in a fluctuation in volume that's pretty annoying. I just listen to music on my phone instead.
This is my families 5th car purchase at Autonation Chevrolet Valencia. Closing out my first lease with Fred was a great experience he took the time to explain the process and help me move on into purchasing a car. Brandon is one of the nicest salesman I have ever meet and he is both professional and knowledgeable he was able to answer all my questions. Thank you Autonation for having such great staff.

Good small family car. Wasnt as stable as I thought it would be on highways next to big cars. Maybe because it is a small car and the wheelbase is small.
Great experience - Brandon Hill was a Super Star - he did an amazing job with his follow-up and lightning fast communication. Will be recommending him to anyone I know purchasing a car.
The Dealership was well laid out and everyone I talked to was friendly and approachable.

this vehicle is very exhilarating and it makes you wanna drive spiritually at times. One of the most Comfortable rides I’ve been in and is the best overall car you can get for this price range
I verified availability and made an appointment for the next day @ 10am. I arrived on time but the salesperson was late. No problem! They quickly replaced him and we moved forward. A quick walk around and test drive, and we moved almost immediately to finance. Every step of the way Rickie the salesman was very attentive and informative. Jennifer in finance made the process painless and smooth even when we had misplaced the title for our trade-in. The entire staff at every point of the process was very friendly. This was our second purchase in a year and I couldn’t have had a better experience.
Bearing design problems.

We’ve own a 2003 and 2013 Foresters and both of them had extensive wheel bearing problems at around 40-60,000 miles, costing $1500 ea. Came to learn from a Subaru auto mechanic that Subarus have a design problem with bearing seals. We will not ownanother one in the future.

Ive never been a fan of sedans , but this car is simply amazing ! It’s awd, mid sized and turbo charged engine is everything I could ask for. The cars drive is so smooth I casually do 70+ mph without even feeling like I’m doing over 40. This car is beautiful and constantly catches people’s attention in its stock set up. I highly recommend this car for anyone looking for a beautiful, reliable, fun daily driver.
I purchased my vehicle from them over three years ago (which was a wonderful experience) and only go to this dealer for my services and repairs (prices are reasonable). The facility is clean and the people who work there are friendly and helpful. It also a bonus that it's close to a mall that I can walk to if I don't want to stay at the dealership while my car is being worked on. They will call me if there are any issues or when my car is ready. If I do stay, the lounge area is big with a nice size tv. There are free refreshments available.

Power is not that high, but comfort ease of driving, leg room heated seats, 6 speed, gas mileage 37.8 mpg, great little car but not for 10,000 ft in elevation
Selling my car was difficult in many ways physically and emotionally. Mark and the team not only handled everything professionally but took the extra steps to help out my family in arranging everyhting that needed to be done shows their true colors. I would recomend Mountain Motors to anyone who wants to deal with reputable people.

This car meets and exceeds all of my needs. I looked an numerous wagon-like models, because my old car was . VW Passat wagon. I looked at the Outback and the Forester, and immediately chose the Forester because of the feeling of space (more head room, bigger windows, and the moon roof).
Vasny and Beverly were a great help and great sales rep. They were able and willing to work with me and able to work out a great deal. They have been very attentive even after the purchase of vehicle. Great experience

This car handles snow with fun! Basically it handles like a charm and there is nothing I would change. I have the Limited w/ Eyesight which I highly recommend. The downside are the HVAC controls. They are not intuitive at all and I find I have to take my eyes off the roads to make simple adjustments. The screen also reflects the sunlight and can be difficult to see at times. Comfort is excellent, front and back, and ingress/egress is great for folks w/o arthritis. Trunk space is also a plus.
We are repeat customers for Galpin Honda. Mr.Ali referred us to Chaudry Ahmed to work with him. Very helpful, nice, and patient. We are very happy and we will refere our other friends and family to Galpin Honda. Go to Mr. Chaudry.

Heater Fan Reliability

I have had 2 heater Fans in this car. Getting ready for third one now. To make things worse the Dealer cannot seem to fix it. According to the Manual this is not a safety defect. I completely disagree. Cannot defrost windshield or drive in cold weather with defective fan. Also
wheel Covers do not protect brakes from excessive corrosion or wear. Causes premature brake rework due to excessive exposure to road salt used in New England. . DO NOT BUY THIS CAR (2014 OUTBACK.)

Love this vehicle, I bought it for my son who needs it to commute to college. I have managed to drive it more than he has. My family loves Honda’s my husband has owned a civic and an accord and I own a Pilot. I would Rather this because of smooth ride and all wheel drive

What's not to like about a WRX? It's looks are great, gas mileage is great, it's AWD, it's a safe vehicle, it's roomy for a 4 door, it's turbocharged so it can get out of it's own way pretty quickly, it handles like a racecar and is a monster in the snow.
The ONLY bad thing I have to say about this car is that it's a little like riding in a shopping cart. The ride can be very bumpy... However, I will sacrifice a little comfort (which you get used to pretty quickly) in return for all the benefits of this car. I will forever own a WRX. I'm a lifer.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. This car is amazing . Driving it is an incredible experience . The only problem is that the rear seats part is a litle small.
My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!

My Outback is very comfortable and convenient, and has all the bells and whistles I need. It is very reliable and goes through all kinds of weather. The drive is quiet and smooth, and my 2 golden retrievers fit in the back.
I posted my car on Craigslist. Never heard of Caravana before. Tom Perkins called me and told me about Caravan. He send me the link. Put a few information and walaaa, got my reasonable offer for my car. I attached a picture of my drivers license and the title of the car on the website. Made appointment to have them pick up the car, gave me my check......done. Seriously, it was that easy. Tom Perkins followed up the whole time with a text how the process is going. Best service. 6 months after purchasing my Outback, I was involved in a serious accident. It did it’s job protecting me and my 4 legged passenger. It is my tank, and I love the AWD. I work in rural Home Health care and I have yet to get stuck or stranded where others have been. I love the space of the hatchback as I travel for a living.
