I came in to test drive a Passat in July 2016. In making contact with Kevin Dixon, I let him know what my concerns in purchasing a VW were. Kevin listened to my concerns and addressed them; and he listened to what I wanted in a car and acted.
Last weekend, Kevin located and delivered precisely the car that I sought and was able to bring it in at my budget. He and his colleagues at Uptown VW did this all professionally, with multiple options that would have met my requirements, and without pressure.
I know many people will dismiss this review given how recently I made the purchase. But I can say without hesitation there has been no buyer's remorse on my part. The car we got suited our needs, the financing we got suited our budget, and the process we got from Kevin suited what we want in a buying experience.

I recently purchased my second Subaru Forester from Don Miller East (Madison). I found the vehicle on-line and my questions were quickly answered by the Internet Sales Manager. The Sales Representative and Finance Manager treated me with respect and assisted in completing the deal with humor and in a hassle-free manner. The ending price was exactly as that quoted by the Internet Sales Manager - there were no hidden costs. I drove off the lot with a smile on my face and a low-cost monthly payment. The qualities of the vehicle and of the staff have made me a life-long customer.
Exceptional service from start to finish. We made an online inquiry about a 2018 Forester and was contacted by Nick Clough who was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. We explained to Nick exactly what we were looking for in regards to vehicle and price point. Nick went to work and found us the perfect car. When we came to the dealership for our test drive we were greeted at the door as if we were a returning customer. We were not bombarded with pushy sales people but were asked who our appointment salesperson was. It was a class act all the way around. Completing the financing was as simple as signing a few documents. Nick took care of most of the detail work before we ever came in. This was a nice touch and made our experience much more pleasurable. I would wholeheartedly recommend this dealership and Nick Clough for all of your Subaru needs.

I hate buying cars. Everyone does, but the last time I went through this process I ended up having an emotional breakdown in the middle of a dealership. Needless to say, I was not looking forward to the car buying process. I would have rather gotten a root canal with a dentist that doesn't believe in painkillers.
I can honestly say Minooka Subaru changed my panicked thoughts on car buying. From the beginning, they were honest and forthright (they actually advertised their cars at the price they offer you, can you believe it?). The entire experience took less than two hours and I walked out with a smile on my face, a new car, and a great deal.
If you are looking for a dealership that won't make you feel like you just gave up your firstborn son when you leave, look no further. I drover an hour and half based off a friend's recommendation, and it was worth every mile.

My experience at Mercedes Benz was awesome!! As a female, I felt as though many of the other dealerships didn't take me seriously as a buyer. I wasn't given adequate time and attention which is extremely frustrating. Javier showed me his full respect and made sure I was fully taken care of. I have been car shopping for a while now and have came across a lot of people who simply just didn't take the time to work with me, that was not the case here! I finally left a dealership not feeling pressured, I would highly recommend this place if your looking for a friendly and easy process to buy a car!!
Coming in for my 30,000 mile maintenance check has been a very smooth process. I called last minute for an appointment and they were able to squeeze me in ...i decides to wait for the car and hang out in their waiting area, coffee fruit and cookies is provided, just sit and relax and watch tv. My service advisor was John and he was very courteous/attentive and well informed with the needs of the car. Ill be back again within 10,000 miles.
Everyone was very helpful in finding the right vehicle for me. The salesman, John M. was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and helped narrow down my search and get a deal that was acceptable to me. The finance guy, John L. worked hard to secure the financial arrangements getting me the lowest interest rate possible.
We have always leased or purchased our cars from Park Ford for as long as I can remember. Our salesman, Bob D'Andrea has always been helpful and knowledgeable. He always explains everything we need to know about the new car. Always an excellent experience!!
I travel 10 miles to go here for service because the dealership is small and has a friendly atmosphere. It is easy to get too and even in high rush hour traffic times there's no problems getting into the driveway and finding parking. Unlike the larger dealerships across the Island, Metric is an independent (just Subaru) and is truly hassle free. It has less customer volume which enables them to focus individually on getting things done. Service is typically done faster than the original estimates. When they say an hour it usually means 35 minutes. Its the dealers job to make money on services. I get it. However it is cost competitive with other dealerships in the area. I'm still waiting on their new facilities proposal to be built as the building is old and needs updating. The service waiting room is small and you will need to walk about to stretch your legs as it's too tight for tall folks to extend knees locked. The waiting room chairs need to be updated for longer sit ins, they serve their purpose for 30 minutes tops. What really is nice, is your free to walk the facility and grounds while waiting with out an employee asking if you need help every 5 minutes.
Compared to the dealer I dealt with the day before, this place was a stark contrast. I was at easy and didn’t feel pressured at all. Shannon was top notch and took her time to get to know me!
