I came to Carmax looking for to test drive a Nissan Leaf I saw on cars.com. Actually, I tried another dealership first for the same type of car, but that dealer was closed on Sunday. CarMax is open seven days a week. That’s a plus if you, like me, have weekends off. I was able to get my credit pre-approved in just minutes. It turned out the Leaf wasn’t the car for me, but it’s neighbor, a Mercedes B Class was my glass slipper. Once I had decided which car I was buying, the process was really quick and easy. The representative asked a lot of probing questions to help confirm that I had researched the car I was buying (an all electric vehicle), which made me feel like he cared that I got the right car for me. It was a good experience and I’m very happy with my car.

2017 Subaru Impreza review
Front mid console is a bit awkward in placement, making it difficult to put two drinks in the designed locations. Its also awkward for the passenger to open the compartment because the fit is too close to the front seats. The lack of any dedicated sunglass compartment is frustrating. How about as part of the overhead info center?

Even though I was a several hundred miles away, the entire experience was smooth, honest, and well worth the trip. From the very first interaction, Devin was outstanding. He was responsive, informative, incredibly easy and even fun to work with. He answered all my questions promptly, sent detailed information and photos, and made sure I felt confident about the vehicle before I even arrived. His transparency and professionalism really stood out and was much appreciated. My second interaction was just as outstanding. Kyle was there to quickly address any questions and was instrumental in making sure all the paperwork was processed making the transaction quick and transparent. Behind the scenes, Sam helped every step of the way making it as smooth as possible.
