Wonderful experience with this dealership, Tyler and Jake helped put together a deal that was much better than the offers we received in Pittsburgh. While we had to drive 1.5 hours to Morgantown from Pittsburgh, it was well worth the service and price. Tyler helped organize the deal how we needed it, put together documentation, and answered our questions all before we ever went in person. We spent a lot of time on the phone and texting to get everything sorted out and they even found the exact Crosstrek, trim, option package, and color we wanted and brought it to the lot just for us. Subaru offered a great financing deal on a new vehicle which helped us move from a used car to new car, but zero pressure from the dealer to do this. We never felt pressure and never pushed to take their existing inventory, compromise, or up-sold. Distinctly different environment than other dealerships that I've visited, the Subaru team here are truly working to get people the best vehicle for them at the best price possible and they seem like a big family. My wife is super happy with the Crosstrek we got, thank you Tyler and Jake!

My front tire was loosing pressure and the warning light came on. It was late on Saturday afternoon and it couldn’t be fixed until Monday. They took my car and arranged for a loaner car. I had scheduled a regular maintenance visit for later in the month and asked if they could just do it now as they already had my vehicle. The tire turned out to have a faulty valve and was under tire warranty. The regular maintenance was completed on Monday and the car was ready on Monday afternoon.
