I arrived at the lot almost at closing time. The staff approached me immediately with a warm, welcoming smile. They patiently showed me every vehicle I wanted to see, maintaining a high level of professionalism that stood out compared to the other dealerships I'd visited earlier. Their positive demeanor at the end of the day convinced me to make my purchase here. I highly recommend them and will gladly refer family and friends.

2024 Subaru Impreza review
Bought the car 3-4 weeks ago after 16 years with Nissans, and this is heads and tails above the Nissan, and i loved my Sentra's But the body lines are better on the Impreza, i like the Hatchback over the sedan, i have the base model and frankly i prefer the 2 screens over the 1 huge one, i do wish they had the android play wireless in the base but i still have it, just have to plug in, People say the 2.0 boxer is slow, they never owned a 1.8 sentra lol, this car feels smoother, it is a tad noisier on the highway but a better ride over all, as to dependability full discloser i was once a Subaru mechanic at a dealership, but always assumed i couldn't afford a subaru and i was wrong, but they are as if not more dependable than a Toyota and a lot less money.

Ciocca Subaru of Philadelphia review
So far every person I’ve interacted with at this dealership has been wonderful! It became time for me to take my car for its first servicing- I have never taken a car to be serviced before, so I was a little nervous and unsure what to expect. Matthew was fantastic! He answered my questions and helped me understand the process and my cars needs present and future needs. They finished my car lightening fast too, which I was impressed by. I also found it super nice that while I was waiting for my car, Kenny, who helped me purchase my car, came over to check in with me and see how I’ve been liking it since I bought it. I am more than happy to keep bringing my car here for future needs and would recommend to anyone who will listen!

Faulkner Subaru Easton review
My wife and I have now purchased two vehicles from Chris Sterner since November, and earlier this year I helped my parents secure a deal with him as well. That kind of repeat business doesn?t happen by accident ? it happens because Chris delivers something rare in today?s world: trust, consistency, and a genuinely modern customer experience. Chris doesn?t rely on pressure or outdated sales tactics. He builds relationships, listens, and understands what a customer needs before they even realize it themselves. The internet can sell a car with a click, but it can?t replace the confidence you feel when you?re working with someone who truly cares about the people behind the purchase. Chris brings positivity, professionalism, and a fresh approach that makes the entire process effortless. Subaru builds incredible vehicles, but it?s people like Chris who make customers proud to drive them. I also want to highlight Edwin, the finance manager. He brings clarity and calm to a part of the process that can easily feel overwhelming. Edwin makes financing simple, transparent, and stress?free ? exactly what you hope for when you?re finalizing a major purchase. Faulkner Subaru Easton has moved into their new location within the last year, and I sincerely hope they continue building on the incredible foundation they?ve created. The store looks great, but it?s the team ? people like Chris and Edwin ? who make the experience exceptional. The car can only take you so far; it?s the people behind it who make the journey unforgettable. If you want a dealership that treats you like family, earns your trust, and delivers every single time, go see Chris Sterner and Edwin at Faulkner Subaru Easton. Subaru has a gem in them, and they?re the reason we keep coming back!
