Travis, our salesman, is a great guy, and an honest asset to Luther Burnsville. He went above and beyond for us on our used vehicle purchase. His description of the vehicle, which was a realistically priced, was spot on, and actually why we bought the vehicle sight unseen. It was a true pleasure to meet everyone we dealt with. I was happy while there, I was still happy when we left.
I put in an order for a 2018 Toyota Highlander without AWD. It had all the other features I wanted, especially the color and trailer hitch. I thought I could live without AWD. After a few days I called back to cancel and get a refund of my deposit. The salesperson asked why and I told him the car did not have AWD and I decided not to buy because of that. He said ok and forwarded my call to the person who would refund my deposit. I got the refund in 3 days.
Very easy to purchase, the entire thing happened over email and the papers were signed via overnight FedEx. Less than 1 week later, the car was in my driveway. It does take longer than a traditional dealer, but you don't have to sit there for hours while the paperwork and financing takes place. The car came in immaculate condition, no paint chips, no scratches. Interior was perfectly detailed and cleaned. Good price, low mileage, clean history report.
I am in love with my new to me BMW 535xi! I want to thank Alkon for such an easy process and walking me through my first finance car deal. (Without my parents) I saw the car online and it was a fantastic price. When I came in they pulled the car up for me as I waited quite excited.. The car was amazing, but being a beemer I decided to take it to my mechanic (which they had no problem with me doing so) Besides the car needing a light bulb my mechanic said it’s a great car and not to pass up the good deal. He did recommend for me to do regular maintenance to prolong the life of the car. I came back to the dealership and they replaced my lightbulb by the time I was done with the paperwork and guess what! My first oil change at Import Auto is free! This has been such an amazing experience. I am definitely recommending these guys to everyone and when I’m ready will come back for another car once I’m done with Gunter (yes I named my car!) We bought a 2017 Chevy Volt after almost a year of communication with your salesman, Brett Banaszewski. He was very patient with us and we let several opportunities pass us by before we made our purchase. He was clear and accurate about all the characteristics of our used car and the various warranties, etc. He went out of his way to help us find a hard copy of the Owner's Manual. He also volunteered to ask your mechanics for a recommendation for a Duluth Chevy dealer to service our car, since our local Ashland dealer has no one certified to work on hybrid plug-ins. Good work helping us move into the new car future which we should all be considering with the dire freight train of climate change barreling down upon us. Keep buying and pushing those electric cars. We now have solar panels and are working for public charging stations in our area. Had a hard time not jumping right into a Chevy Bolt or Nissan Leaf, but coming from deep rural we felt it was still prudent to buy a hybrid. Thank you. Everyone I worked with went out of their way to make sure I was happy. We discovered a problem with the used vehicle I purchased and they worked very hard to resolve it. I would do business with this dealership for future purchases.
Steve was so professional and took great care to cover all the details with us. Craig was a pro at getting us in the car and on the road. We loved our entire experience. We did visit two other dealers and having connected with Steve, just did not return. While the price may have been lower the value with this team was truly superior!

We bought our 1st VW there when we lived in Wisconsin. Then we moved to Texas and we drove all the day to Minnesota to purchase our Golf Wagen 4Motion. You might ask why? In Texas, we have VW dealerships but not as friendly, professional and with a staff who helps you to have the best deal. We had only four days to bring the car home and the staff they gave us a great car with an awesome deal. We had a good time and a fun trip. We would drive again for our next VW.
My first new car service trip, ever. Very professional and cautiously expedient. Like a controlled, chaos. I was left impressed how everybody worked together. The facilities are nice. I can't come with any bit of a negative comment. They even washed my car....
I brought my Outback in for a couple things and I was thrilled with the service. Remote starter fobs were fixed, cabin filter replaced and mouldings around the wheel wells are on order. The last item is promised under warranty even though my car is 36,000 miles and 14 months PAST the warranty period! Wow! Not only that I received an email with a link to a video showing the mechanic measuring tire tread depth and pointing out things under the car, like tie rods, that are in good shape. He gave the underside a clean bill of health.
Great service. My tire needed replacing and reps were concerned about me driving on the spare. They offered me a loaner car if they could not find me a tire. It turned out another dealership had a tire. They drove to the other dealership to pick up the tire I needed, and was able to install it in just a few hours. It is nice to know that Morrie’s Subaru was concerned about my safety and not just the bottom line.
First time in 10 yrs that I’ve enjoyed buying a car! Anthony and Tina were great finding me the car I wanted. Mario in finance was also great. I highly recommend going here if you’re looking for a Subaru. Professional, patience, knowledgeable and kind.
Very professional, respectful, consultative/not pushy, don't need to be a negotiator to get a good/fair deal. It was an enjoyable experience and a dealer I am recommending to my friends.
