Used 2023 Subaru Outback for sale near Hackensack, NJ

Came in to purchase a new car after 12 years and the team at Jeep Chrysler Dodge City was very attentive, not pushy and very informed. Christina Granchelli provided a stress free car buying experience. She was especially helpful the day i picked up my Cherokee and was well informed on all the features. Would definitely recommend this dealership.

Turn signals do not have a loud sound. They are very low My 2016 Outback has nice loud turn signals. You cannot turn your radio off. The only way not to hear it is to put the sound real low. Two major complaints I have

The salesman, Johnny Brown, was very personable. He didn't pressure us to do anything which was refreshing. The dealership, however, added approximately $4,000 to the price for miscellaneous fees (not including tax) which if very high in my opinion. We were able to come to an agreement, but feel we maybe should have paid a little less. The care needed a small touchup in two places and an A was missing from elantra . Still waiting for the "a" to arrive as well as touch-up paint.

2023 Subaru Outback Limited XT. A great station wagon (it’s not really a SUV). Comfortable leather seats, smooth ride and extremely quick with the turbo. If you don’t need seating for eight, you have no need for the Ascent. Same engine and cargo capacity and ground clearance, lower to the ground, faster, better handling and several thousand dollars cheaper. Standard all wheel drive. Full safety suite. 11.6” infotainment system is really closer to 8” as the climate control takes the additional 3.6”. The Harmon Kardon sound system will blow your doors off. Good in car navigation. Wireless Apple Car Play and Android Auto. Hands free tailgate. 0-60 in 5.8 on regular gas. Standard roof rails. Even has heated outboard rear seats. If you’re considering a midsize or smaller SUV you owe it to yourself to drive this first.

I love my new Subaru Forester! It has everything I need for a car... Working w/ Kyle was a great experience. He answered my questions, was very polite, honest and very patient w/ me from start to finish, considering I have hearing disability, he used texts to make sure I got all the informations I need. Even after I bought the car, he texted to follow up if everything is ok and to reach out if I have questions.. I admire his diligence at work.. and I'm pretty sure he'll make a good Manager.. The Touring XT has all the bells and whistles of a luxury SUV for a lower price point. The extra turbo thrust is impressive! It has a very comfortable ride for long trips.

Lorrie was particularly helpful and friendly. She explained my charges clearly, and was very pleasant and polite. Word, word, word, word, word, word, word, word, word.

I traded in my 2015 Outback and am now one month into driving my 2023 vehicle which I quite like. But I have a serious complaint about the new headlight system Subaru is using. I drive many unlit country roads that have quite a few short but somewhat steep hills. When heading on a flat the low beam lights do an okay, not great but okay, job of illuminating the road in front (the2015 was better). But when heading downhill, the line of decmarcation between the lit and unlit field of vision area often does not seem to extend far enough forward to allow me to see even 25 yards ahead. When traveling at 35 or 40 mph, I find this dangerous and unnerving. While driving 35 mph downhill on a 40 or 50 yard stretch of the road on 2/18/23 I was unable to see far enough forward and therefore slow down in time before hitting a cat. Additionally, the display screen requires me to take my eyes off the road far too often to see what control I might be touching, be that a temperature control, a radio station, or something else. Those things not withstanding I like the car.

Beth Hicks service dept was amazing very sweet and helpful she is the best if you need service go see her. I traded in my honda for a Rav 4 Philip Hicks. What a. Smart young man and friendly got me in my Rav 4 fast.. And the main man. Ken Hicks wonderful to deal with this is the 5th time I bought from him and will always do so.. The whole staff is A++++++

It’s a great car! The interior is very nice and easy to use, the car looks amazing, it heats up quick and handles great! Also lots of cargo space and plenty of space for your passengers…highly recommend the 2023 suburu outback

I had an extraordinary experience at the Honda in Tarrytown. Initially, I received poor service from a Honda dealership in New Rochelle. I inquired on buying out my lease and the previous dealership stopped showing interest in helping me. I felt so defeated and stressed after receiving discouraging emails from the New Rochelle dealership. I took a few days to brainstorm on where to go next. I decided to call the Honda in Tarrytown dealership and expressed my concerns to the finance manager Jose. Jose was empathetic and apologetic about my experience at the previous dealership. He assured me that I would be treated with care. He stood true to his word. I spoke with one of the salesmen Anthony who was very professional and helpful. I made an appointment with him on Sunday to discuss financing options. Due to unfortunate personal circumstances, Anthony could not be present for our appointment. I did not mind and completely understand. When I walked in on Sunday, all staff members were so welcoming and friendly. Offered me water, tea, or coffee. I had the opportunity to sit with a kind gentleman, Bobby Zimmer. I was very nervous walking in, and Bobby has to be one of the kindest salesmen I have ever met! He put my mind at ease. He certainly was genuine, addressed my concerns, and was very detailed with me providing me with paperwork so I understood the process fully. Although I did not buy a new car, he made me feel equally as important as someone who was. This means so much to me. I also want to give a shout out to business manager, Carlos who was equally as helpful and kind. I could not stop thanking them. I got approved for financing and officially bought out my car! It felt like a huge weight was lifted from my shoulders! I have to write, if you are someone who wants to deal with an honest dealership who truly cares about providing great customer service then Honda in Tarrytown is the dealership for you! Our experience at Liberty Subaru was, from start to finish, quite fine. Our sales consultant, John Clarke was excellent, indeed. He provided thorough explanations of the various features of our new Forester. Thorough, clear and patient--never rushed or pushy. He didn't just explain the car's features; he took us to the car itself and demonstrated some of these features. For example, the connection to the navigation system. This was reassuring, given all the new technology in the 2025 Forester. It is clear that he is very knowledgeable about the car and because of that knowledge, seems to genuinely like it. A lot! He has an even and warm personality. It was such a pleasure to have him introduce us to our new car!
