We had a truly wonderful experience at Muller Subaru. We worked with Stan Fooks, John Rabenda, and Joseph Lee. We had initially had a difficult experience at another dealership where games were played with pricing, but after we headed to Muller we were treated exceptionally well. Stan was so exceptionally knowledgeable and really cared to make sure that we really understood all of the ins and outs of the process and the car we were interested in. John Rabenda was thoughtful and helpful explaining financing. Joe Lee got us in the door and helped facilitate and was responsive and helpful. Overall, it was a really great experience and I certainly recommend the Muller team.

Did place was amazing, tell answered all of my questions and helped me find amazing deals to get the car that I wanted. Ryan Livingston was our sales person and he was awesome. He had a wonderful sense of humor and helped me find the car that I wanted. Everyone at this dealership was very nice and welcoming. i was helped by a gentleman named Xavier Miller. He was helpful by answering all my questions and getting my into a car i wanted at a reasonable price. He helped my set up my phone and waze for the Subaru and gave me tips while driving/using a Subaru! Would highly recommend!

They are very friendly but I don???t give 5 star because it takes time to wait a while. Almost 2 hr for oil change and rotate tiles. I made reservation to do so. If they can do a bit faster, that would be great!
My Beetle wouldn't start. We jumped it and brought it in. Scott in Service couldn't have been nicer. He had my car looked at and a new battery installed within 2 hours. I appreciate the attentive service.
Second car purchase in the last 2 years . Great dealership all employees are very nice & polite the customer service is the best. We were lucky enough to have Mario as our salesman on our 1st purchase & happily went back to him for the 2nd. These 2 purchases were the most pleasurable we've ever had. Buying our 2019 Outback at Autobarn is hands-down the best new car buying experience we've ever had. Our sales rep Mike was a pleasure to work with to get us the right car and the right deal - knowledgeable, polite, professional. He volunteered to pick up the title from our home so we wouldn't have to make drive it back to the dealer with it - that's really personal service- and he arrived at our house exactly when he said he would. Paperwork was handled professionally and efficiently. The dealership facility is clean, comfortable, friendly, we got a very good feeling there. We're animal lovers and were delighted that the dealer was generously sponsoring a community pet event that day. The Encore re-delivery is a wonderful program, very beneficial to have a review after spending some time getting acquainted with the new car.
At a recent Subaru Service Clinic , Sam Schwager took the initiative and checked to see if there were any TSBs concerning my infotainment center "black screen"problem. Upon finding one ,he immediately set up an appointment and had the software of my radio updated.
Manny my new sales guy was amazing. He treated my wife and I like family. He made the options available to us so clean and concise. He explained every point and change in the car purchase to us. He left room for asking questions when we needed to do so. Manny was the best!! The finance guy was cool with explaining the details of how and what was needed to be done for the our new vehicle. It was a pleasure to work with him too.
