To make this as short and accurate as possible, I was in the car buying process for about 3 months. The very first time I went to Subaru of Gwinnett I went only for a test drive. Nelson, my salesperson acknowledge my intent and was very respectful of it. After several weeks, Nelson Never did once try to push me or rush me into deciding to buy a car. He allowed me to test drive another model I was interested in, and over the course of a few weeks, we worked together to find the perfect car. Once we determined what car was best, he did an outstanding job at finding the car and getting us a good deal on it. When it came time to purchase the car, the process was very painless and quick. Overall, an increible experience, I cannot recommend them enough

Imprecise steering, especially bad at highway speeds, needs constant correction. Stiff, at times jarring ride around town. Awful entertainment system, radio and navigation cannot be turned off only turned down until car is restarted. Ready to cancel lease and walk away from $3000 down payment less than 2 months into lease.
Just like the first time in and out with ease no pressure they showed us what we wanted. We settled on a price then we drove it home.
Love my Outback!

My Outback is very comfortable and convenient, and has all the bells and whistles I need. It is very reliable and goes through all kinds of weather. The drive is quiet and smooth, and my 2 golden retrievers fit in the back.
Highly attentive team of specialists, very efficient. My wait time was very short, shown into a owners coffee/tea room whilst service was performed.. Also included a car wash.. would recommend!👍👍
Only seats two adults

I would give this car a much higher rating but for one FATAL flaw--adults cannot fit in the back seat. the sides slope so far in where they meet the roof that no adult of any significant height can sit back there. my daughter is only 5'10" but her head hits the roof in back unless she tilts her head toward the middle. such a STUPID mistake. i wish i had test driven it with someone in the back seat. i would NOT have bought it. now it's only good for two adults in front and children in back.
I requested a price on line. Mike Quigley responded very quickly and from there the process was quick, smooth and seamless.
Mike was excellent to work with and Lance Willhite, Finance Manager, was equally excellent to work with.
Our Dream Legacy

I use to own a 1994 Subaru Legacy but lost it in a car accident. The car was totaled but all passengers were in fact! Safety is priority in these vehicles . After 18 years I was able to buy another Legacy. They are beautifully made, safe, reliable, and stylish! What more can you ask for?!?
I have taken my Subarus to this here since I moved here in 2006. I am always treated as if I am the most important customer there. All of my questions or concerns are answered and if the answer is not readily available, they will find the answer and get back to me within a reasonable amount of time.
AWD is great everything else is below average

Headline says it all. The EyeSight system isn't superior to anything else I've seen. The infotainment system is the worst I've ever seen or used in a car - constantly freezes or glitches. The AWD is amazing.
I came in for a prepurchase inspection of abused Forester from another dealership. I felt I was treated as if I were buying the car from them! They were very polite & professional in all our dealings. What impressed me the most was how many of the sales and service people were very polite to the custodian cleaning in the lounge area. Several greeted her by "Mrs......" many places I've been to I have witnessed the custodial staff being invisible to the other staff!
I love my Subaru

This car is more than I expected. It has a fun, smooth ride.has plenty of ports for my electronics, bluetooth, sirius accessibility. Gas mileage much better than my previous vehicle. I usually have buyers remorse, but not with this car. LOVE IT.
This SUV is a great vehicle for the money, and is extremely comfortable on long road trips. It has a smooth ride with ample power for around town use. I would have preferred an analog fuel gauge instead of the digital one.
Our 2017 Subaru Outback limited 2.5 has been a very practical and reliable vehicle for us. Extremely safe with eyesight safety suite. However, the interior needs to be a bit more luxurious. The engine, road and wind noise were basically unacceptable. I remedied that by extensive soundproofing on teh doors, floor and cargo area.
Brett Bauer was lovely to work with. He coordinated our delivery and put a personal, friendly face on the car buying experience. We appreciated his open, honest demeanor and willingness to work with our busy schedules. A pleasure and would recommend to anyone!
Great car, good gas mileage and very comfortable.

This car met all my needs, is stylish, comfortable and has great gas mileage. I love the car! It’s a great car if you have dog!
Hat's off to James Kesler and his sales team for making our first Subaru purchase a pleasant, value centered and efficient buying experience. No hype, broken promises or pressure. Zero. What my wife and I did experience was their patience and willingness to educate throughout the entire selection process. And as one who likes to fully investigate his options, major purchases are always a process. Yes, our 2019 Outback is our first Subaru, but if this car performs as expected it certainly won't by our last. Thanks James!! We wish you and the rest of the Troncalli team every success...

Excellent car for safety and performance. A repeat buyer.
Subaru has added latest safety features like Blind Spot Monitor, RAB, Land Departure warning and Excelent Sound System.
Bobbie was a pleasure to work with. She is very friendly and she explained everything in detail. We would recommend her to all of our friends.

6 months after purchasing my Outback, I was involved in a serious accident. It did it’s job protecting me and my 4 legged passenger. It is my tank, and I love the AWD. I work in rural Home Health care and I have yet to get stuck or stranded where others have been. I love the space of the hatchback as I travel for a living.
My husband and I purchased an Outback at Trancolli Subaru and Charlie Saines was our sales representative. He was able to answer any questions that we had and was patient and courteous in the process. He was an extremely good listener. We felt very comfortable throughout the entire process of the purchase of our car. We went away feeling like the dealership would be available to help us in any way as we learn about all of the amazing features that it has. I would recommend that if you are in the market for a Subaru, go to Troncolli Subaru in Cumming, Ga. and see Charlie.
Bearing design problems.
by Davido from Columbus OH
January 14, 2019
We’ve own a 2003 and 2013 Foresters and both of them had extensive wheel bearing problems at around 40-60,000 miles, costing $1500 ea. Came to learn from a Subaru auto mechanic that Subarus have a design problem with bearing seals. We will not ownanother one in the future.
We went to Troncalli after having a failed negotiation at another local dealer. We were just going to test drive an Outback again to see what our options were. But when Brett agreed to every part of our list of things we wanted, it was a done deal with no pain. For those using USAA as a car buying service, this dealership is not listed. However, they honored the USAA price no questions asked.
Heater Fan Reliability
by Working Electrical Design Engineer from Wallingford Connecticut
December 11, 2018
I have had 2 heater Fans in this car. Getting ready for third one now. To make things worse the Dealer cannot seem to fix it. According to the Manual this is not a safety defect. I completely disagree. Cannot defrost windshield or drive in cold weather with defective fan. Also
wheel Covers do not protect brakes from excessive corrosion or wear. Causes premature brake rework due to excessive exposure to road salt used in New England. . DO NOT BUY THIS CAR (2014 OUTBACK.)
Mind you, my wife and I are sales directors,, and we despise being "sold". Working with Brett Bauer, was like talking with a friend, about what we really wanted AND needed. He listens, makes suggestions and delivers the kind of rexperience, which respects our time and our needs. He's the kind of person you want to work with; knowledgeable, accommodating, trustworthy and funny. Thanks for your help, Brett!
Powerful and comfortable and stylish

Comfortable and smart interior, sporty handling. Looks good on the outside, plenty of space in trunk, seats fold down very easily. Good all round visibility
Personalized selling at its best. Brett listened to our needs and offered suggestions which were appropriate. He seemed to be very knowledgeable about the Ascent even though it is a brand new model.
Basically a good vehicle with bothersome flaws
by Daktuh from Harrisville, NH
December 23, 2018
Mechanically sound, good fit and finish. Excellent fuel economy for an awd suv, excellent safety assist features (Eyesight)
Horrendous user interface for all infotainment - I have never sworn so much at a car - all electronic controls were counter intuitive. Some were just plain stupid such as when putting car in reverse, as rear view camera comes on there is no way to mute stereo which is set at same level/station as when the car was last turned off! Even the window controls operated the opposite way I have been accustomed (down position of switch feels like it should be up, etc.)
Another con, I found the seat cushions to be too short (inadequate length under thigh towards the knee) for long trips.
Very odd that a car that could have been so good, struck out in such basic, easily correctable ways. They should fire their electronics designer and borrow some seat ergonomics know-how from the Swedes or Germans - and they will have a very good car!
I worked with Brett Bauer and Casey Cash. Both were professional, nice and willing to go the extra mile. I would not hesitate to recommend them and this dealership. Very happy with my new car; Subaru Crosstrek

This was a pre-owned vehicle used lightly as a loaner. It looks, runs and even smells like new. And we paid a great price, no BS
