Performance Honda review
Needed to have a damaged wheel cover replaced. Because it's a 2007, OEM part cost was high, but repair was quick with minimal labor cost. Satisfied with the work and customer service.
2021 Acura RDX review
Best vehicle Acura has made in last 15 years. Test drive an RDX Advance SHAWD package on sport mode for 15-20 mins and you’ll be sold. Beautiful airy cabin with pano, and the ELS sound system is killer! 2.0 turbo engine + 10 speed trans are bulletproof. Have my RDX Advance for 2 years now and will enjoy it for at least another 5 years. These are made to last, much like my 2006 TL that I have for over a decade, with 200k+ troublefree miles on the clock.

I absolutely love this car and all it’s features even though it doesn’t open and close trunk via keyphobe. Kids love the car especially the panoramic sunroof.

2021 Volkswagen Tiguan review
I really enjoy my 2021 Volkswagen Tiguan SEL! It's a great SUV with a perfect combination of comfort, style, practicality, and technology. The interior feels premium, the seats are comfortable, and the ride is smooth and quiet. It has plenty of space for passengers and cargo, making it perfect for daily driving and longer road trips. The SEL trim comes with great features, and the Tiguan handles very well for an SUV. Fuel economy is also reasonable, and the overall driving experience is enjoyable. Overall, the 2021 Volkswagen Tiguan SEL is a great choice for anyone looking for a stylish, comfortable, and practical SUV. I would definitely recommend it!

The BMW Store (Cincinnati)Reviews
2025 BMW X3 review
I've had the 2025 X3 30 now for 5 months and it is great! It replaces our 2022 X3 that was recently totaled and both passenger walked away with just bruises so it is a safe car! This is one reason I purchased another X3. Big difference on the interior panel than the 2022 as everything has gone to touch screen for all controls which I not real fond about, even the owners manual is on the touchscreen software, The twin turbo gives plenty of power and the gas milage has improved from the older model. The gears change smoothly and the ride is also smooth. You now get a spare tire since BMW did away with the run flat tires which I hated as they did not wear great. The accessories offered in their package covers everything you want in an auto. I don't understand why the rear exhaust are hidden though as I like the chrome exhaust on my old 2022. This year the 3 was redesigned and it is slightly bigger.

Columbia Hyundai review
I see that all reviews here seem to be negative but it is now 2023 and hopefully things have changed. I have nothing but good to say about my sales guy Dean Tower, at Columbia Hyundai. I purchased a 2022 Hyundai Tucson and he was very helpfull and informative also helped me set up the system which nowadays can be very confusing. I would recommend him if you need a sales guy.
2017 Subaru Forester review
The Forester is a great value. It is roomy yet extremely nimble. Our average fuel economy is 30mpg with plenty of power. It has great visibility with no blind spots. The all wheel drive works well. It is great when you have to drive in bad weather. My only complaint is dealership service costs seem high, even for routine services. Independent garages have more reasonable costs. There have been no major repairs needed on our Subaru. We were a Honda family ( 20+ yrs) so changing to the Subaru was a big deal. We were not disappointed.

2022 Hyundai TUCSON review
I have had zero issues with this car since I bought it in 2022. I only have one complaint that it has to do with a recall. The recall has to do with removing the wiring harness for the trailer hitch but the problem is, there is no replacement wiring harness.

Mazda of DaytonReviews
Mazda of Dayton review
I am very pleased with the extensive selection of Mazda vehicles and the attention to service and detail provided by associates of Mazda of Dayton. My purchase transaction and experience were thorough and satisfactory. However, there was an extensively hours long delay in completing all transactions due to a large number of buyers at the same time. Our representative was attentive, considerate and patient in completing my new Mazda purchase. I drove my new Mazda for 4 hours back home to Northern Indiana, and I enjoyed the great comfort, performance and advanced features of my new 2025 Mazda CX-5. My previous car was a 2016 Mazda CX-5, and I am now a very pleased, delighted and satisfied repeat Mazda owner. Mazda offers exceptional performance, quality and style. I would definitely do business again with Mazda Dayton.

2019 Mazda CX-5 review
This is my second CX-5. This first was a 2016 I bought in 2019 and loved tremendously and then it was totaled when I was rear-ended by someone texting and driving during Covid. I drove a sort of hand-me-down Jeep for a while during the weird Covid period when everything was uncertain but knew I wanted another CX-5 as soon as I felt financially comfortable. The car is extremely comfortable, handles well and has a beautiful streamlined and simply classic look. My partner who is a die-hard Mercedes snob even loves it!

2024 Mazda CX-5 review
This is my first CX-5. I love it. Previously I drove a mazda tribute which was a 6 cylinder. I was reluctant to purchase a smaller vehicle with a smaller engine, but I’ve been pleased. My only negative comment is regarding the leg room in the back seat. It’s not great but workable for most average size adults.

BMW of Cincinnati North review
BMW North of Cincinnati is a perfect example of excellent customer service. From beginning to end Roger helped us identify, test drive and eventually buy the perfect car for us. He made the process easy, flexible, comprehensive and enjoyable. He gave us honest, candid and well informed advice and did so in a manner that made us feel he had our best intentions in mind. Compare this with the less than satisfactory customer service we received at The BMW Store of Cincinnati, BMW North is ABSOLUTELY the best place to buy your new (or pre owned) dream car. All in all, if you’re looking to buy a new BMW, I highly recommend going to BMW North and asking for Roger! Thank you BMW North!!!🩵💙❤️
2023 Audi Q5 review
This is the quietest interior at 70 MPH that I have ever known. It is also very powerful and a joy to drive It handles like a sports car staying flat in turns at high speed and going exactly where you point it like it's glued to the road with no tire sequel . It's an amazing car and after owning more that 65 cars over the years this is by far the best.

2016 Mazda CX-5 review
Whether you’re an enthusiast or not, you will enjoy this thing until the wheels fall off. Now, if you’re an enthusiast, or just someone who loves the feel of the road underneath you but needs something fairly practical? This is the car for you. With ample power, and steering feel that would put some sports cars to shame, you will feel confident, and often joyous when behind the wheel of the CX-5, especially with the Manual version that came in the “Sport” trim! Although that engine is suggested to be fairly gutless. However, if you prefer the automatic versions with the larger engine, like in my Grand Touring trim, you will absolutely be able to enjoy the road, regardless of the local speed limit. The CX-5 may not be the fastest car in its class, but it surely is the most fun, and the best value among its competitors.. but it’s mainly just fun. I recently got my CX-5 at my local dealer, and it has done nothing but get me to work when I want it to, taken me on small trips to wherever I want, and without any real complaints. Only times it gets annoyed with me is if I need to pass anybody at highway, but that’s what makes it so much fun to live with in my opinion, especially with the little rev-happy 4-pot motors that it can come with. In conclusion, if you want a sub-compact crossover.. but also want the feel of Mazda’s own roadster? Get the CX-5. It will bring you as many smiles per gallon as you need it to.

When my RAV4 was destroyed in an accident, I found the Tucson to be a much better value than the new RAV4. All the latest technology at a reasonable price. Better warranty, and no subscription fees for connected services. Good, reliable, basic transportation.

"2025 MAZDA CX-5 TURBO SIGNATURE" FULL Suite of Safety Features/NAPA Leather/NAV/All LED Lights, etc ... Owned Mercedes-Benz vehicles for the past 25 years ... Quality and reliability have DECREASED SUBSTANTIALLY; while the price has INCREASED ASTRONOMICALLY ... Alongside my current Mercedes-Benz GLC Coupe, I purchased this 2025 MAZDA CX-5 Turbo Signature ... For under $45,000, I have a "Gem" that stand far above the MB in reliability, with Safety Features, Power, and Interior Quality EQUAL to the MB, with a price $25,000 LESS!

2024 Nissan Rogue review
I've owed the rogue SV for some 9 months and I'm very pleased with the ride, performance and reliability . Prior to me purchased this car I rented a bunch of competitors to narrow down my choice. The Rogue has alot of features that really come in handy. It's a very thought out vehicle. On long highway trips it holds the road very steadily at 90 MPH and my gas consumption was in the low 40's. For the money to me it's the best value out there

2023 Subaru Forester review
Overall, at 60k miles, I’ve had no problems and am very happy. I average around 34 mpg’s with mixed driving. I’m happy with the acceleration as well, even though Subaru’s without a turbo are sometimes labeled as slow. I have no problem merging onto highways. The Forester is an easy to live with SUV/car. The rear room is adequate, although the CRV offers about 10 cubic feet more rear capacity. Visibility is excellent. The CVT is smooth and has simulated shifts, just make sure you change the fluid every 30k! I own the Limited with leather seats that are very comfortable. Sometimes the response time on the radio/touch screen can feel a little delayed. I also opted for the dimming driver/rear view mirrors which is great during winter commuting. It saves your eyes from glare. Very view cars offer this which is why I went with the Subaru. My only “major” complaint with the car is a slight rattle coming from the dash board area. It isn’t always there, but is present enough to bother me. Aside from that it is an excellent vehicle and value for the money!

Robert my salesman was incredible in helping me. Took his time out of multiple days to make sure that my experience was everything it needed to be… I honestly have never had such good service from a dealership before. I was in a bad situation with my old car and they acted out of good faith to help me get into a new car safe for my child and I, even with not the greatest credit score! I appreciate this dealership more than you’ll ever know and we will be back for future cars !!

Purchased pre owned with 56k miles. Everything seems to be great thus far. The only thing is I’m not sure the AC actually works as I normally keep it set to the “Auto” function. And when the temperature got up a little warmer than normal it didn’t seem to make the adjustment.

2022 BMW X3 review
It's all about the B58 in the M40i. I dinged it one star on comfort because this little SUV rides quite "sporty" even in Comfort mode. I absolutely love this about the car, but I could see how some would feel this is too harsh as it is not a luxurious, cushy ride. But tuck this little beast into a fast corner and it's just...wow! This little German SUV is a sleeper. While the X3M is very nice, the M40i is the perfect balance in my opinion. BMW has really stepped up their game in the X3.

2023 Hyundai TUCSON review
I've had this vehicle limited fwd edition over a year now and it's still awesome as the first day I bought it. Smoother ride and quieter ride than the Honda CRV or the Toyota RAV4. I love that it has GDI and multiport injection which the competition does not. I also love that it has a regular transmission and not a CVT. This vehicle comes with all the luxuries my old Cadillacs had plus a lot more features. This car has plenty of pick up and go. You just have to learn to push down on the accelerator not punch it. I would highly recommend this to anyone in the small SUV class. Cause believe me I test drove them all, and this was by far the quietest smoothest ride and most comfortable car that I test drove.

2024 Volkswagen Tiguan review
I got interested in this car when I rented it for a couple of days while conducting business out of town. I discovered that it suited my auto needs 100 percent, and at such a reasonable price. I am of a certain age and I find it more of a challenge to get in and out of cars. I don't like climbing up into and sliding down out of trucks and SUV. I don't like bending the slipping into sedans and having to pull myself out of them. The Tiguan comes closest to walking into the driver's sit and walking out. As for stowage, the stowage in the rear also is at perfect mid-thigh level, minimizing bending and lifting. So comfort was of highest priority. But economy comes in a close second, and so far the MPG is great. So is the pickup; it's plenty peppy.

2022 Buick Envision review
I have had no real problems, except maybe the cheap tires they put on when its new. 23,000 miles and down to the wear bar. Sometime the info screen is frustrating to get the right pressure to find songs with the music channel I have. I do worry about the short warranty. 3 yrs 20,000 miles which is over. I cant believe that I overlooked that. I worked at GM for 8 yrs so I got the discount and that was why I bought it. If I had to do over I would by one of those Asian cars with 10 yr 100,000 mile warranty. Though I have had no problems so far. I only put about 7500 miles a yr on my car. I have 23500 now.

Performance Kings Honda review
This review isn't great. I had gone in to have my oil changed, the windshield wipers replaced and the window seal on the passenger side. I arrived at about three o'clock, I left around seven. I was the last person to be seen. The person that I saw first and gave the information to did not put anything about the passenger side window seal. And that was one of the main things I wanted done. It was not even put on the report, we talked about it twice. When i was finally informed that my car was ready. The gentleman told me that the window seal wasn't on the report. So of course it wasn't done, and now it was too late to do it. I was very unhappy. So now I have to go back just to have them look at that window seal. I have never been unhappy with their service, but this made me plenty unhappy.

Just had my first major car repair at 44k miles. Some steering sensor that could cause me to lose power steering. Had I not had the extended warranty I would be responsible for the $5k repair bill. We are barely out of the manufacturers warranty! Other than that, I love this car but already expecting to get rid of in the next year due to the unknown.

A coworker Carmax to me. I enjoyed that you could walk around the lot and actually get inside the vehicles to check them out. No one followed you around the entire time unless you wanted them to. If needed I'd buy and shop here again. The salesman Britt P. was pleasant to work with too. I wanted a better finance rate because my credit score told me I could get one. I was advised to check around. In the end I was able to get a lower rate from another source and get the vehicle I wanted. I'm scheduled for some detail work on the vehicle and I trust it will be done well too.
