I was looking for a specific car that was at this CarMax. Problem was that I live in Minnesota, not Chicago and would have to traveling a great distance for a car I had not seen other than in pics, potentially risking wasting a great deal of time and money. I had to trust Jonathan, my salesman, to tell me the condition of the car where the pics could not. He was completely honest and the car was exactly what he said it was. Between Jonathan and Adam, the sales manager i was able to close the deal and drive back to home within an hour. I am completely pleased with the car and 100% satisfied with the dealership. I guess you can trust a car dealership. I did and they did not let me down. Thanks guys.

This is our third Rav4. Love it comfort, handling, mpg. Etc. Handles great in all Driving conditions. Like the comfort package Option and the drone mobile app.

Needs oil filter conversion so oil doesn't drain back, Google it..good power, goes anywhere , better than the 2 door for smoother ride,, I would buy again

Overall, the RAV4 is a great car for commuting, families of four, and space. The RAV4 is the best when it comes to reliability. The RAV4 is very spacious in the second row and the trunk and the car offers comfortable seats. The RAV4 gets okay fuel economy but it does do decent in the snow. However there are some things that it lacks. The RAV4's navigation system is very frustrating to use, just use google maps instead. The RAV4's interior quality is not that great either, there are tons of fake buttons and plastic throughout the interior, but no one who buys a RAV4 cares about the interior. The RAV4 has decent styling, but it is not as stylish as the Mazda CX-5. The RAV4 only has 1 engine option, but does not feel underpowered. The RAV4 also doesn't have a very quiet or comfortable ride. Even though the seats are comfortable, the ride is loud and the inside rattles frequently. If you don't care about luxury and want a practical, reliable car, the RAV4 is perfect.

Was at dealership shopping and this new Jeep Cherokee Lattitude came in on transport. Wanted it the minute I saw it. Jeep dealership had ordered it custom with every option I wanted. Blackout package, V6 a true dual exhaust, sport, power everthing, 4x4 etc. The 4x4 is excellent and never failed me! Its been flawless, aftermarket tuning has turned it into a screaming black speed machine. 112,000 miles so far. No issues with anything! Would buy another if they still made this Cherokee Latitude Special! One very satisfied customer!!!

Customer service could be nicer. I was reminded that I was too early. When I mentioned that there was an oil change coupon on the website that wasn't on the invoice, I was reminded again that I should have reported it sooner.

2018 Rav4 was totaled by someone who ran a stop sign. Miss this car every day. Every single airbag went off and me and the other passenger were safe and able to walk away alive. Thankful for this car.

This is the best Jeep Wrangler model ever made. The past YJ, TJ, JK models are great, but this Jeep JL 2018 Wrangler Sahara Automatic V6 is the best one yet. The comfort and modern amenities are top of the line. The 8” infotainment head unit and Alpine sound system is out of this world. The interior fits my family of four and has enough cargo space for a stroller, scooter, Onewheel XR and beach chairs. The exterior needs no introduction with its iconic round headlights and seven slot grill. Followed by a three piece removable top, which I managed to take off and put back on by myself. FYI, don’t try doing this by yourself. My final favorite thing about my Jeep JL is the ability to customize the Jeep with all of the amazing aftermarket parts and pieces. This allows you to take the best looking car on the road and make it your own.

Id payed 17,500 for it in 2017 Rav4 and when I traded it in I got 18,000 for it when I brought a new 2025 rav4,Keeps its value..... I had 2 2017 rav4 and got the same deal 18,000 for it. So I payed 32,000 for 2 rav4 2025...... 34,000 price minus the 18,000 trade in made it 16,000 each one. Like I like got 2 for the price of one.

Good handling car in all weather. Blind spots in back causes me to pay extra attention to people coming up on my sides. Great mileage if you avoid excessive speed. Quite riding vehicle.

Bought used in 2018. Car has been incredibly reliable. Besides one brake job, one set of tires, and one battery I have not done anything except oil changes. Not even a taillight.

I own a 2024 EV6 Wind AWD (traded in a 2012 Subaru Legacy Limited) and it’s probably the best car I’ve ever owned. And it can go 0-60mph in under 4½ seconds, which is on a par with some of my dream cars (Ferrari and Lamborghini from a few decades ago). Charging at home with a $150 charger that plugs into a regular power outlet is quick and adds power to the battery as I sleep. After having a less than positive experience at a different Hyundai dealership, I was extremely relieved to find such a helpful and honest salesperson in Darko. And while I did have to bring the vehicle back upon realizing that the door jambs had not been properly cleaned before I was given the keys, I am loving my new Palisade! I have had this vehicle for 3 weeks and have been extremely impressed with the comfort, ride quality and performance. Interior is aesthetically pleasing, well-appointed with leather and wood accents and high-grade plastic components. Seats are extremely comfortable and supportive. The engine is more than powerful enough, and ride is comfortable yet sporty. The size is perfect for someone looking for more room that traditional sedan, but not and oversized SUV. AWD has proven to be effective in the wet weather and I anticipate good performance in the snow this winter.
