2024 Ford Expedition review
Purchased new July 5, 2024 now have approx 16,000 miles recently took a trip that was total 4,000 miles. Wife states as the most comfortable vehicle she’s ever had especially on this long trip pulling a 6x12 enclosed motorcycle trailer from Chicago to Scottsdale, AZ. Nimble handling even in the mountains and plenty of power! 5 Stars Ford!!

10 Stars to Sales Joyce Bitaraes! She was amazing. Detail oriented and very attentive-despite being there on a busy holiday weekend she was always checking in with me! The negotiation process is never pleasant when buying a car but despite that, Joyce was on our side and made sure I was listened to and taken care of. She was an excellent customer advocate! Joyce has been awesome at follow through with things promised to be done on the vehicle and made sure my vehicle was delivered safe and complete! Her continued communication has been comforting. I also want to give a shout-out to Todd Parks in finance. Not only professional but personable. He made sure I understood everything and my questions were answered, even clarified items his upline Frank tried to explain. A thank you to Nic who delivered my vehicle 3hrs from the dealership safe and took the time to go over the vehicle and answer my questions! I gave overall 4 stars because of the dealership's process of negotiating and some impersonal interaction with the leadership team. The first sales manager Erick came across as detached, did not come across as caring and I did not feel heard. I felt uncomfortable talking with him and it felt as if I was an inconvenience to him. After further negotiations a second sales manager Kagan sat with us. I did appreciate Kagan 's attention, and he did a good job keeping the deal to benefit the dealer. I felt the actual price of the used vehicle was over-priced, however he did remove other line items to help make the bottom line better. Despite the hard line in the sand, he sat patiently with me. Finance Frank was all about business, in and out and selling that "extended" warranty. He made some demeaning remarks while reviewing my loan terms. After 7 hours, I have a new to me vehicle. Thank you to those who were patient with me! Especially to Joyce!

2025 Lincoln Navigator review
We traded up to our 2025 Navigator from a BMW X7. Much more room in the Navigator and more amenities. We did sacrifice some fuel economy, but we expected there would be a difference. The 48" dash screen is awesome! We thought the X7 spoiled us, but this is even better! It is a bigger vehicle and drives/handles as such but not complaining.

2023 Chevrolet Tahoe review
I have a 2023 Tahoe after driving a Mercedes ML350. Husband wanted something bigger. While I really like my Tahoe, I do have a few complaints. The side mirror moves to a weird position inside the case every time I start the car and the preset button does not move it back, I have to reset it manually. I have had this "fixed" once only for it to start doing it again. I hate the auto stop option and am trying to train myself to push the button to turn it off whenever I get in it. The breaks squeal when stopping, I absolutely hate it! Was told since break pads used to be asbestos so they do not use them anymore and now it is metal on metal and living in a humid area makes them rust and that's what make them squeal. Was told to hard stop every so often to knock of the rust. What??? And my biggest complaint, it will not read my text messages to me without and internet plan. Why will it connect to my phone for calls, maps and music but won't read messages?? One of the biggest causes of wrecks, people trying to text while driving. Just one more way to get more money from us as if we didn't pay a fortune for the vehicle itself.

2023 BMW XM review
This car is absolutely stunning I’ve owned mine for a year now and I love every single bit of it. The interior is 10/10 everything’s comfortable and high quality and even tiniest details like the seatbelt and the sunvisor is amazing quality, they really put thought in every decision designing this car. The exterior design is controversial but I love it, the interior design is simply perfect. Performance wise it’s absolutely amazing, getting launched from 0-60 in 3 seconds in an X7 sized vehicle is an incredible experience. BMW’s used to be unreliable but the new ones are more reliable than Honda, including this one! I absolutely love this car and the only slight downside is the depreciation but, most high end cars have that issue.

The entire team stayed well after closing to complete the purchase without ever making me feel rushed. Our BMW X7 is gorgeous, exceptionally well cared for, and looks brand new. 2024 BMW X7 review
Most comfortable ride in an SUV I have been in. Handles very well, accelerates very fast and does not feel like you are driving that fast. Gas mileage has averaged 22 mpg. I like that the X7 has a third row and many features to it and really like using the My BMW app instead of carrying a key with me. There is a lot of technology in the X7 which takes time to understand on how to use.

2025 Dodge Durango review
I recently rented a 2023 Dodge Durango GT RWD for a summer-family vacation. I was impressed by its smooth ride, comfort, and overall refinement. The SUV felt economical yet luxurious, with surprisingly wide interior space. I particularly appreciated the third-row seating, which was designed thoughtfully to provide ample legroom without increasing the vehicle’s overall length. As someone who had just immigrated from Korea, I had to purchase a used car due to budget constraints. While I would have loved to buy a BMW, I ended up purchasing a Hyundai Santa Fe that BMW had taken in as a trade-in. The dealer I worked with, Gennaro, was exceptionally kind and responsible—so much so that he genuinely influenced my perception of BMW as a brand. One of the main reasons I chose this vehicle over cars from general used-car dealers was the trust I had in BMW’s basic inspection and standards. However, the way Gennaro handled everything afterward gave me even greater confidence that I had made the right decision. Having just arrived in the U.S., everything felt unfamiliar and overwhelming at times, but this experience reminded me that there are truly good people here. Honestly, when the time comes for me to change cars in the future, I sincerely hope to return to BMW and purchase a new car from Gennaro. I would even say that owning a BMW through him has become one of my mid- to long-term goals for my life as an immigrant over the next five years.

2025 Chevrolet Tahoe review
Drives like by last one, a 2015. Only I went with high country 6.2 v8. Man, it has some horses! Many enhanced safety features a comparability with google, Apple car play and android. So much to learn! The expansive 17” menu system and the customizable DIC will probably take me a tank of gas just learning it. But it’s SO.MUCH.FUN!

2020 Nissan Armada review
We just bought this car from Tim Dahle Nissan Southtown in Utah. And we loved this car. we were pretty hesitant because cost and family budget but now that we have it we cant look back it is an awesome car to run, very smooth and comfortable even though I am only 5'2. love the fact the third row is pretty comfortable. The downside is the gas consumption but the power the V8 gives makes it all worth it. Hands up for Jose Escamilla and Seth Petersen they are awesome at what they do and help you all the way.
