At first I was a little hesitant about looking at Mercedes, but Cathy Wirta did an excellent job of finding the perfect car for me and the price was to my delight well within my budget. I now own a new Mercedes A220. I could not be more pleased with the Dealership, the car, or with Cathy.

I am thrilled with the service I received from start to finish and will be a new customer of Feldmann Imports Mercedes-Benz. My engine light went on late Thursday afternoon. When I called the service center at the dealership, there was a "live" person that immediately answered the phone to discuss the reason for my call and schedule my appointment. I was able to have my vehicle inspected and serviced the next morning. The service consultant assigned, John, was awesome. John and the technician researched to find that the issue causing the engine light to go on was covered under an extended manufacturer's warranty and the repair was completed within just a few hours. They even provided complimentary Lyft rides from and back to the dealership. I am so impressed by their customer service that I am switching to this dealership going forward for my annual maintenance service.

Great car, terrible dealers and maintenance costs. I have had two GLA vehicles, a 2016 GLA45 AMG and this one a 2018 GLA 250 AWD. I have a love-hate relationship. The car itself is really enjoyable and the 208hp dual clutch drive train is nearly perfect in my mind for sporty but efficient driving. It has good acceleration, little to no lag and I can consistently hit the high 30’s for mileage in the mountains of Colorado. I have gotten 38mpg over a 250 mile trip. It is mid 20’s around town which is good because you need premium gas. The storage areas are small-ish and funky but doable and has two USB ports in the center console with no grooves for the cables but they will pass through. I recommend blind spot detection as a must because the side mirrors have a large blind spot you cannot dial out. The car runs very smoothly, absorbs bumps well and decent sound proofing for this size. The power lift gates, keyless doors on all four doors just touching the handles is perhaps my favorite comfort feature. It drives like a car so if you like high SUV seating positions this is not for you. Air works great, electronics are kind of odd for 2018 so having Apple Car Play is a must in my mind if you are buying used. I really love the car for it’s details, lovely interior and performance and can recommend it to others based on those things. The huge negative for Mercedes is they are hands down the worst dealerships and I interacted with three. They do all the classic dealer tricks and the maintenance costs on a car running perfectly fine will make you bleed. An A service (odd years) was $933.00 and they wisely will not tell you that till you show up. Shop around as another dealer was only about 60% of that. I just replaced a dead battery today and it was $639.00 and done in less than an hour. I would go to an independent shop for half price maintenance unless a warranty item (I have extended/CPO). In the end this makes me give up on Mercedes. Cars are wonderfully engineered and truly enjoyable and look great but dealers and everything associated suck. Yeah, I know there are probably good ones and if you don’t mind a siphon in your wallet and typical dealer tricks then you will love them and they will love you. So, 100% recommend the car and a 100% thumbs down on the dealers. Research yours carefully and if good or if you can go to an independent then jump on the car if you like sporty, elegant and fun.

I came in at 530 they close at 6 as I was unaware. yet unbegrudgingly My salesman Devin stayed until 930 and I drove home that night in a new car. its very refreshing to meet people who treat their customers so well this is my third Mercedes but first time purchasing at Feldman's but henceforth will be the only dealership in MN that I will do business withy for the forceable future as well as recommend them and my salesman Devin to anyone I know looking for a new vehicle.

I leased mine about a month ago and I absolutely love it! The dash display is great I love all the features! I got everything I wanted in a new vehicle. Heated seats, heated steering wheel, back up cam, lane assist, smart cruise control. I went from a 2013 Outlander Sport, which I loved btw, and let me tell you quite the upgrade!

I really was not sure what make or type of vehicle I wanted. Had an excellent experience at Luther Bloomington Hyundai. My salesperson, AK Abdi was excellent. I purchased this car in the spring of 2022 for my teenager driver. This is a fantastic car for a young driver. It won't win any street races (nor do I want it to for a teen), gets fantastic mileage, is nimble (particularly nice for them parking at school) and is packed with features that you find on more expensive cars (such as wireless Apple Car Play0---which my wife's 2022 Audi Q3 doesn't even have). Add the long term warrant coverage and this is a very good buy. At just over $21k, I am very pleased with this car almost a year after buying it.

They are up front that ALL of their vehicles have had some sort of damage, and salvage titles. We found a nice car there and we were treated very well and answered all our questions. The deal was easy to make and we hope to have this vehicle for many years.

We purchased a 2024 Jeep Compass Limited Elite. This vehicle has far surpassed our expectations for comfort, handling, road noise and quality. There is very little road noise we hear inside the vehicle, and this allows us to keep the radio turned down to a comfortable level. Handling is exceptional and very responsive. The driver safety features of lane guidance, adaptive cruise control (my favorite) and 360-degree backup camera are now features we will not go without after experiencing first hand performance. I recently purchased the Kia Niro all electric Wind from Luther Kia Bloomington. This is the fifth car that i have either leased or purchased from this dealership and the second all electric working with Christine. Christine is knowledgeable and energetic. She and Evan provided a thorough orientation to the specifications and the features of the car. The financial process was painless and actually fun. Bobbie clearly explained the options and the terms and was very personable. Since the purchase, I have had several opportunities to “sell” the car as people approached me with questions about the Niro because they liked the looks of it of it and/or were interested in electric.

We almost got in a wreck just now, the car in front of the car in front of US slammed on their breaks. Our Kia Seltos 2024 beeped and then my husband pushed the breaks...none of us hit each other!! I have had my 22 High Altitude for about 4 months now and the only issue(s) I find are the following: MPG is not as advertised, it's not that great. It's around 24 average, I am about 50/50 city/highway driving - It's fine. It DOES ride like a Jeep - so it's not as "luxurious" as your higher end cars, but YOU BOUGHT A JEEP - The last snow storm we had in Cleveland was about 10" in 2 hours - No problem, even with 235/45/19 tires - Would be way better with not so wide tires. It's slow. Who cares? Are you driving in the F1? Nah - It's plenty. Interior is baller. Infotainment is great, comfortable. Heated steering wheel is a plus. IDK - I read these reviews and everyone is so picky - It's a nice ride. If you find you like it, give it a shot.

I had a fantastic experience buying a used TDI from this dealership. Karen, my salesperson, was extremely helpful and customer centric. She even came back into the dealership to close the deal later that same night. This dealership also was the only that I found that replaced items such as brakes, battery, wipers and tires knowing that these TDIs sat for several months in a lot during the manufacturer buyback. I highly recommend buying from them. It too no more than 15 mins when I returned to ink the deal. Fantastic!

I have owned my HR-V for about a month. Did have to tint my windows was no big deal. I think it had great power has alot on get up and go. Just the right size for me. Still learning what all the buttons do. Overall I am very pleased. First Honda owned.
