My only issue is it uses a lot of oil they had a 2008 recall on oil consumption they did not do anything for the 2009 with the same. Uses a quart every 500 miles. Bad lower rings, Toyota knew that in 08.

Tony, the General Manager, accommodated my request to push up the timeline of when I was able to pick up my vehicle due to me and my family’s vacation. He does a great job running the dealership. Tom in finance worked hard, and overtime, to make sure that all of my paperwork and financing was all set to finalize the sale! I also need to give a shout out to Keith who manages the service department! Him and his staff are awesome! I highly recommend Acura of Berlin!
2025 Ford Explorer review
I purchased a 2025 Ford Explorer Platinum with the 3.0 liter 6 cyclinder. The car has lots of power and drives well. It has lots of acceleration and easily pulls a 5000 lb trailer. Things I like about the car: 1. Heated and cooled front massage seats. On a long drive the massage seats are fabulous! 2. Very good radio/sound system 3. Wireless Apple/Android connectivity 4. Lots of cargo space What I dislike: 1. Gas mileage between 19-22 mpg 2. Lane departure system annoying 3. Had a rattle noise in the front of the car at 9000 miles that the dealer could not find. At 11,000 miles, the rattle mysteriously went away. No idea what is going on here. 4. Sometimes when I open the rear hatch, the chime sounds loudly, The next time it does not sound at all. Wish I could just turn it off. ??

2022 Toyota Corolla Cross review
I LOVE my 2022 Toyota Corolla Cross. I don’t think I’ve ever enjoyed a car more. It’s the perfect size for me. It has great visibility and I love the amenities like having parking sensors and navigation. It has mood lighting inside, auto brights which my previous car did not have. There are so many little things I love about this car. Also, Toyota came out with many “Easter eggs” with the Corolla Cross logo, which are always fun to find! The ride is comfortable. I’ve done a 14 hour drive to Colorado within the first year of owning the vehicle and it handled perfectly. It also snowed while we were there and we had no challenges navigating the mountains while in my FWD Corolla Cross. This was my first new car and I’m so impressed! Toyota has great reliability and I’m glad I chose the Corolla Cross as my first new car!

2026 Mercedes-Benz GLE 350 review
The Mercedes Benz GLE 350 is by far the best luxury SUV we have ever owned. I truly can't praise it enough. I honestly didn't need to take it out on the road to be convinced, I was still in the parking lot and knew I wasn't leaving without this vehicle. The interior ambient lighting and the personal welcome message when I get in is 2 of my favorite features of this vehicle. Also love that we can program the seat adjustments too, no more having to adjust the seat back to where I need after my husband drives it, just hit a button and my seat is back on the position I need. And I have never drove anything that drives this smooth!!

I say to my self I want to get another Escalade. But when I get into my 02. With 214.000 Miles on her. She is awesome. 6.0 v8 so Strong and ride like you on clouds. I think I'll keep her for a little longer.

2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee review
What a great look. I have bought several cars and trucks over the past few years, from 2 trucks for me and helped the family with other cars. I wanted to get something for looks and the 2025 Grand Cherokee fit the bill. Style and looks, 10 out of 10 in my opinion. Good on the mileage and performance. I bought a 2013 VW CC Sport from them. I am from Binghamton, NY & this car was located at their showroom in Hartford, CT. I saw this car?s listing online and immediately liked it but wanted to test drive the vehicle before putting down my money. I had arranged for my own finance so needed the purchase order for this vehicle. They agreed to give me the purchase order if I put a refundable deposit of $500 on my credit card. I agreed to that. So I put my paper work in order and drove down with a friend on Saturday to their showroom. The condition of the vehicle was good just like I had imagined from the pictures. I took a test drive. The gentleman who was with us on the deal was knowledgeable & helpful. I noticed that above the front passenger headliner there was some black smear. I pointed out this to the salesman & he took care of it immediately. Also the engine bay & the underside of the vehicle looked dirty as if it was not washed so they gave the car a complete rewash before I left. I was unclear on how I would be able to register a CT dealer plate vehicle in NY State. I was told that I would be getting NY plates which I did. Only place where the dealer needs to improve is communication. I had no clue what was going on with my registration & upon calling/emailing I just got the answer that ?A third party company is taking care of it?. This is my first car in this country and it should not be assumed by dealer that everyone knows the process of buying a car over here. It is nice to maintain some transparency during paper work as I am paying for that service as well. Now I got the plates from DMW NY however I never got the title for my car. Upon asking the dealer, they say they mailed the title directly to my finance company and it?s normal. Here?s the thing, my friend got his car a week later mine, went through the same finance company as mine and he got his title from the dealer (different car dealer). He just made sure he added the finance company name as a lien holder on his car?s title & mailed a copy for their record.
2024 Cadillac LYRIQ review
It’s really a pretty great car. For the price, the car is quite luxurious and well-made. I had a glitch or two when I first got it, but they were quickly resolved and have had no further problems over my first year of ownership. The car is smooth, quiet, very powerful and quick. I’ve been getting close to 3 miles per kilowatt hour over the long haul using the regenerative braking system. There is a little adjustment to drive an EV over a gas engine car, but the advantages are easily stated such as the smooth power and low maintenance required. The lower range is an issue for long trips, but if you’re not in a real hurry, the stops to charge can be quite pleasant. That said, my wife and I usually use her hybrid Lexus when we go road tripping as it is just more comfortable as it is what we are used to. Kudos to Cadillac for a job well done.

Incredible vehicle. Especially if you put a manufacturer 3 inch lift on it and aftermarket wheels and tires and running boards. A total beast if you can’t afford the Renegade or if you are too upside down on your trade. If you don’t know the Jeep go get one. It’s life-changing.

2016 Mazda CX-5 review
Whether you’re an enthusiast or not, you will enjoy this thing until the wheels fall off. Now, if you’re an enthusiast, or just someone who loves the feel of the road underneath you but needs something fairly practical? This is the car for you. With ample power, and steering feel that would put some sports cars to shame, you will feel confident, and often joyous when behind the wheel of the CX-5, especially with the Manual version that came in the “Sport” trim! Although that engine is suggested to be fairly gutless. However, if you prefer the automatic versions with the larger engine, like in my Grand Touring trim, you will absolutely be able to enjoy the road, regardless of the local speed limit. The CX-5 may not be the fastest car in its class, but it surely is the most fun, and the best value among its competitors.. but it’s mainly just fun. I recently got my CX-5 at my local dealer, and it has done nothing but get me to work when I want it to, taken me on small trips to wherever I want, and without any real complaints. Only times it gets annoyed with me is if I need to pass anybody at highway, but that’s what makes it so much fun to live with in my opinion, especially with the little rev-happy 4-pot motors that it can come with. In conclusion, if you want a sub-compact crossover.. but also want the feel of Mazda’s own roadster? Get the CX-5. It will bring you as many smiles per gallon as you need it to.

2016 Honda HR-V review
Overall, it's great! It's a Honda and it is reliable and holds up well over time! It can be parked anywhere! However, the heater is terrible - takes over 20 minutes to warm up the car inside (my 1996 Civic and 2002 CR-V had fantastic heaters, I don't know what Honda's done to ruin their heaters). It is also bad for road noise, it is difficult to hear passengers because of all the road noise on a highway!

2015 Ford Edge review
I bought 2015 used and am impressed with my edge. I had an explorer before the edge that was totaled in a crash. The explorer was a very safe vehicle to be in when unfortunately totaled and with the edge being the little sister I feel safe and secure almost. Just uneasy because of recalls.

2023 Hyundai IONIQ 5 review
The Ioniq 5 is the safest and most comfortable car I've ever driven. Now that I have a Tesla charging adapter, the charging infrastructure is less of a challenge and my range-seasonal variations from 190 to 290 miles-is sufficient. I have had an issue with the 12-volt battery unexpectedly failing but otherwise the car has been extraordinarily dependable.

2024 Toyota 4Runner review
I have yet to get this 2024 4runner TRD Pro stuck, and I have tried. Love this thing. Its already made it across the country and back. Ive had it since April of 2024 and about to break 20k miles. Had water to the bumper and mud to the frame and this thing keeps on ticking wheels keep turnin.

it is 2023 and it has 146,000 miles on it with no major repairs. I change oil ever 5K miles and do all scheduled maintenance. My wife loves it. She can carry lots of her stuff and it easily converts to handle passengers.

Purchased new July 5, 2024 now have approx 16,000 miles recently took a trip that was total 4,000 miles. Wife states as the most comfortable vehicle she’s ever had especially on this long trip pulling a 6x12 enclosed motorcycle trailer from Chicago to Scottsdale, AZ. Nimble handling even in the mountains and plenty of power! 5 Stars Ford!!

2016 Buick Encore review
I have not had any problems with my Encore. I drove it to Nevada, California, Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, Kentucky and Arkansas and have not had any problems with it at all. I have had the standard maintenance on it, Radiator Flush, Oil changes and put a new battery on it in 2022. The battery it came with lasted 6 years, can't complain about that. And I just put a set of tires on it too. I am very happy with this model and would recomend it anyone looking for a GREAT SUV.

2023 Lexus RZ 450e review
Absolutely love this car! Smooth, quite and just the right size. Beautiful interior and exterior. Some people complain about range but for me this works great. I'm getting between 3.7 and 3.9 kwh and a range of 255. It's a 2023 RZ450e AWD premium with 18 inch wheels. Not the longest range and not the fastest but true quality.
