My experience working with Jake Olson with the sales team at Luther North Country Ford Lincoln was positive from the beginning. Initially I was just looking to see what the new 2026 Ford Ranger Lariat had to offer over my 2021 model Ranger Lariat and not so much into making a purchase on a new one. After hearing what Jake could do for me with an offer for my 2021 model in trade my interest was piqued and it was a matter of finding one in the right color. They had one that was just ready to be shipped from the factory in the Carbonized Gray Metallic and I was sold. Jake was able to give me a great deal on my trade-in 2021 model and for the additional tonneau cover and spray-on bed liner accessories. The shipping time dragged on a bit longer than anticipated, but it arrived in time for closing on the deal with Jake and getting a basic introduction to all of the bells and whistles. Then finally finishing the paper work with David Latta just before a planned vacation. Needless to say, but I highly recommend Jake and the rest of the sales team at Luther North Country Ford. Getting used to all of the electronics is the most time consuming particularly when it comes to the navigation system, but once you get it all figured out it is a big plus. The system saved time when I was traveling recently and encountered a potential 20 minute trave delay because of construction work. It sent me to a short alternate route to bypass the delay and as a result I arrived at basically the original planned arrival while saving myself from that delay time.

Everything went well and I was able to buy the car I wanted at a good price. The only annoying thing was the “certification fee” they introduced when we got ready to buy the car. It was like $1,350. Anyway, even with this fee the price was good but it was still kind-of a weird way to do business, in my opinion.

All the people were very nice. The deal happened very quickly. Shipment was fast. Price was in my range. biggest problem with recharge is the AI phone receptionist. She never understands what I’m saying. The car did have 1000 more miles on it than the listing when I got it. the new car could’ve used a detail. there was still a french fry in the center console, blocking the charging port for the wireless charging.

A special thank you to Michael Maxey for making the financing process simple and transparent, and to Clara McLamb for her excellent communication and support throughout the process. I was very impressed by their honesty. They sent me a detailed video of the vehicle and showed its real condition, including small cosmetic imperfections. That gave me a lot of confidence. The delivery was also faster than expected. I started the purchase on Monday, and by Wednesday the car was already at my home. Now that I have received the vehicle, I can honestly say that Recharged exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy EV dealership.
