My fiancé and I are currently in the market for a larger vehicle that balances utility with a premium feel, and I’ve been torn between the capability of the new Land Cruiser and the sheer space of the Sequoia. While other dealerships I visited previously seemed content to just read me the window sticker, Lawrence operated on an entirely different level, providing a wealth of technical knowledge and comparative insight that was nothing short of a darn encyclopedia. What truly stood out was how Lawrence went above and beyond the call of duty; he didn't just show me the cars, but instead took the time to meticulously dissect the differences in drivetrain, interior and configurations, ensuring I understood exactly how each model would serve my needs as I transition into this next chapter of my life. It's rare to find a Fleet Manager who is willing to invest that much time and energy into a client without the immediate pressure of a "deal today," yet his patience and genuine desire to educate me made it clear that he values the relationship over everything. Even though I didn't drive home in a new SUV that same day, there is no doubt in my mind where I'll be heading when I’m ready to sign on the dotted line. Even though my sliding door wouldn’t close and it was raining, Renae went above and beyond by wrapping the entire door with a plastic nylon cover so rain wouldn’t get inside my van while I drove home. She didn’t have to do that, but she did anyway, and I really appreciated the extra care. A few days later, I called back to follow up and spoke with a supervisor named Henry. He was also very professional and took the time to work with me to help resolve the issue. You can tell he really cares about customer satisfaction. After this experience, I feel confident trusting this Honda dealership with my vehicle. They’re honest, professional, and willing to work with customers—something you don’t find at every dealership. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone

2019 Toyota Camry review
My husband an I bought a 2019 camry in 2020 with 35k. It's now 2025 and besides replacing the o2 sensors, this car is extremely good on gas, very comfortable, sporty, very reliable, and timeless. We have the le model with 148k on it. We've done all regular maintenance. We haven't had time to have the transmission fluid serviced, due to health issues. 100k of the miles are all highway miles. I'm a mechanic that rebuilds vehicles to flip. By far this is the best vehicle for the money and we will keep our camry and keep her going until it's time to replace the engine.. I don't see that happening for years to come. These little 4 bangers are bullet proof. Oh, I absolutely love the trans shifts, a cross between regular clutches and cvt. Would highly recommend

In 2008, my folks bought a new Chrysler Pacifica Limited. The car sales man was great. He knew all about the car and showed us everything about it. The dealership it's self is beautiful and super clean. They also have AWESOME cars inside in which you can sit and mess around in. The overall rating is a 4 BECAUSE, it is so hard to get a hold of these guys to take the car in. We've called 4 or 5 times to only leave messages that have never been responded to, so we are planning on just going there whether they want us to or not!
