I just bought my wonderful certified preowned Nissan Maxima from Nissan Universal City. I really enjoy my car and I want to say my "thank you" to my sale person Zury and to the sales manager Mike Saklawe. These guys were incredible! Without them this purchase would not be possible - the car was really a bit too pricy for me, but Make was able to arrange for a very comfortable payment. Zury was very helpful and professional as well, there was no high pressure, but Zury made me feel very welcome, she made sure that I would find a car that I really like, she was able to accommodate my schedule and provide for a very smooth and pleasant car purchase experience. Ross and Ramsey were absolutely FABULOUS to work with! Super kind, very informative and honest. I was a first-time buyer and they were able to give me a KILLER interest rate and a great payment plan for my financing. Both gentlemen walked me through of all the paperwork and what options I could choose from. I was very impressed by how this smaller family-owned dealership conducted business! As I was shopping for a used car, I went to two other dealerships (bigger franchises) first and did not have the same quality experience that I did at Royal Auto. Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
A very pleasant and positive experience with the vroom team. We found a car we liked and it was about to ship when they did the final inspection which they found an issue with the engine. At that point they called and let me know. We picked out another vehicle went through the process of signing everything with that one and went through final inspection. Within signing for the second vehicle and having it at our house was 7 days. Everyone on the team was very responsive and quick to answer any phone calls or emais. Overall very happy and will consider vroom again in the future. One thing that would have been better was if they did the inspection before the vehicles are on the site or before the paperwork is sent out just so it doesn???t waste as much time if the vehicle doesn???t pass inspection.
These guys are simply AMAZING!!!
Let me tell you why:
1. They have an AMAZING inventory. As I noticed they had cars for a wide price range, from cheapie ones to really expensive cars. But all of them were amazingly clean and looked very sharp.
2. They have AMAZING people working there. Jack greated me and showed my (it’s mine already) car. Very nice guy. I talked to Eddie and Ed (sorry guys if I mix up your names). One of them was extremely knowledgeable about the car and the other one just made an impossible deal for me. The finance guy was very nice as well and made the paper signing process smooth and easy. I met a lot of their crue members and I felt like I’m among my friends. There was a period when we were making jokes and laughing all together at the main office.
3. Overall I had an AMAZING experience with them. I can’t remember all the details but the overall impression is very very positive.
And all this happened on the Halloween day so I drove to a party with my new car. I still enjoy driving it. I just love it.
I will recommend this dealer without hesitation. Go there if you want good deals and best cars out there. Thanks to my aunt who recommended this place. Five Stars to Car Stars! :-)
I literally recommended my friends by a volt from your dealership because not only do i love my car (i'm on my second Chevy Volt !) but also becusae of the excellent sevice dept and they are open very early and stay open late at night !

My car was serviced in the amount of time promised. John was clear and thorough in his descriptions of the service. Sometimes in the past I have felt mechanics/car dealers were too pushy or condescending and I felt the opposite here. John explained everything and I felt he was trustworthy. I like the waiting room and got a lot of work done while waiting for my car. I even enjoyed a cup of good coffee. The vibe was pleasant and I could tell the people who work at this location are happy. Good job!
I was really nervous about the whole car buying experience but the staff at Galpin made the experience quick and painless. I received the best deal and a car that was better then I dreamed. I would recommend Galpin to my grandma. I???m so pleased!!!!
