I had an excellent experience working with this dealership and their salesman Nikko. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted professionally and made to feel comfortable without any pressure. Nikko was especially outstanding, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right car for my needs and budget. He took the time to answer all my questions, explain my options clearly, and made sure I felt confident in my decision. What really stood out was his honesty and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure I was satisfied. The entire process, from browsing to finalizing the purchase, was smooth and efficient. I truly appreciate the level of customer service I received and would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a reliable and stress free car buying experience. Thank you again for making this such a positive experience!

This was my very first car buying experience on my own. In times past even as recent as 5 days before I purchased my lovely Lexus, I've always known the car buying experience to be long, drawn out, and frustrating. 2025 Toyota Corolla review
Decent but not outstanding. Had a problem with the passenger side motor mount causing a rattle that was fixed under warranty at the 5000 mi service. The part was backordered, so there are probably more than a few with this problem. A discoloration of the dash appeared by 2000 miles. Since it read "Toy" it was likely from the factory. There is still a small bubble in the rear window tint film. It drives well. I like the automation now that I'm used to it. It brakes too hard using adaptive cruise control when traffic slows down, but I guess the radar is doing as well as it can. It's not particularly comfortable, but Toyotas aren't known for that. Had to turn the driver's headrest around, as it pushes my head too far forward. I think that's required by law. The infotainment center works fine. They started using a new one after the 2024 debacle. I bought the car to keep it for a few hundred thousand miles. We'll see.

Victory Toyota of MidtownReviews
Victory Toyota of Midtown review
Ricardo S and Gloria P were exceptionally gracious, patient and helpful so I could understand the latest RAV4 lineup, gas versus hybrid, test drives, etc. Subsequent to my visit, they responded promptly to my phone calls and texts. Before stepping inside Victory Midtown, I was skeptical of the sales tactics I would encounter at an inner-city dealership. Instead, I was surprised and delighted to encounter transparency, no pressure, no nonsense, and no hidden fees. I ended up needing to go to an out-of-state dealership to find the unique color combo and options package I was looking for. Nevertheless, I feel compelled to give Ricardo and Gloria the appreciation and review they deserve to expect.

McGrath City MazdaReviews
McGrath City Mazda review
I shopped here for a used Mazda3. The person I scheduled the appointment with was not available when I arrived. I was given a new sales associate. We test drove the car together. We discussed pricing. I was fully expecting them to tack on a bunch of useless add-ons that were non-negotiable. Instead, he added a few optional add-ons and a small fee for reconditioning the car. I thought the fee was reasonable. It was simple to remove the optional add-ons. I was shocked by the experience. It went really well. The manager was really nice. Unfortunately we were still a bit apart on the price so I left to sleep on it. I was pleasantly surprised by their behavior. Maybe there is hope that dealerships can be straightforward and professional. I recommend these guys even though I didn't buy from them in the end.
