After meeting Paco, and 4 hours of test driving cars and trying to find the right car for us, we settled on the Mercedes GLA 250. We got a great price for our trade-in and a great price for the car. Everyone we met at the dealership, including the business manager. We’re very nice plate and professional. Definitely trust to do business with them again which is very important to me. My experience with Paco was probably the best and easiest I’ve experienced in all my years of buying cars.

Tim Everson was wonderful in the financing department. We have purchased many new and used vehicles in Florida and we would spend the entire day just in the financing department. Matt and Tim were all prepared for us when we picked up the car. This was the most amazing experience we have ever had purchasing a car. We look forward to working with Matt Spencer again.

The team always takes great care of my 2025 Mini SE Ive named Chase. They have even on occasion began calling my mini by the name I gave him. Waiting in their lovely lounge full of complimentary snacks and an automated espresso machine makes me forget I’m waiting for my car. I was in distress mentally emotionally physically and spiritually and confused but Jesse knew how to help me in my crisis and put me in a brand new car Prius 2023 I feel brand new mentally mostly physically and spiritually because now I'm able to function and work for doordash Uber eats Walmart and that's what I do for a living not only that but they provide the best maintenance for my job without Toyota I would be homeless thank you Toyota thank you Manny thank you Jesse and my review is no longer five star it's 10 star 20 star top star so for those that are out there that are desperate need try Toyota at West Covina off of Azusa right off the 10 freeway this is the spot come see Jesse and Jesse will hook you up with Manny and the crew and this crew right here they treat us with high respect and they understand our situations like I said whoever reads this review I hope they take to heart the situation I have no special interest except trying to survive out here in this economical structure and it is difficult out here to survive without the tools I need and Toyota provides that if I get broken down I got roadside assistance in my car breaks down it's fixed in in automotive whatever I need for that car and for my job to get it done Toyota's got me and that's what I need there's my support team thank you Toyota and all the reviewers please take heed 😎😀

2022 Toyota Highlander review
We have the 2022 Limited edition. Love the heated and cooled leather seats, very comfortable. Overall vehicle is very quiet, except on concrete roadway surfaces. The rain sensing wipers don't function as well as the ones we had on our 2019 Rav4. I will say, the 3rd row seats are for young kids or very small flexible adults. Also, front doors need more of an arm rest higher up on the doors. The tri zone heat and cooling is great. I like how the adaptive cruise will even slow you down some when entering curves. The 11 speaker JBL sound system is very good. Overall, the negatives listed are fairly minor issues, because we really enjoy this vehicle and the features. I am disappointed that Toyota will not be offering the v-6 in 2023. I much prefer the smoothness and power and torque curve of the 6 versus the turbo 4. The 8 speed transmission is butter smooth, although the kickdown response could be improved. This is our 4th Toyota and will keep coming back because of the higher quality standards and overall reliability. Also, Toyota seems to listen to customers better and making adjustments or corrections better than a lot of the other auto makers.

2022 Toyota Highlander review
I bought my 2022 Highlander SE in November 2021 when selections were limited. It was not my first pick after researching and not my preferred color. I financed outside of Toyota and received a much better interest rate and my credit union said I was paying more than a reasonable price. But I was desperate and needed to new vehicle. I will see if the resale value keeps up with current value. So far it has performed well with a slight exception for the all wheel disk brakes. Sometimes I hear noises from the rear when backing out of my driveway when applying brake pressure. Also braking while driving seems a little soft and squirrelly. Just doesn’t feel quite right. The technology options are too numerous to mention and still learning but love the blind spot notification features. Fuel mileage is good compared to my V8 but performance is lacking even with sport drive feature selected. And in reference to one of the other reviews, the console storage is deep but too narrow. Overall I am enjoying my Highlander very much. I haven’t made a road trip in it yet so we will see. I can say it is a great family vehicle for short trips around town where a lot of start stops occur.
