Early in 2025 (11 months ago) I wrote a lengthy review of Berge on Google and now when I try to update it, it does not give me the "post" option again so I am putting the January 29, 2026 update here. Updated Jan. 29, 2026: I really enjoyed my 2025 Crown Signia Limited, but I decided I wanted a vehicle that was a little higher for ease of exit and entrance - I'm not getting any younger....so today I went back to visit Ernie Beler at Berge and decided to purchase one of the new 2026 RAV4's since they have a new attractive design, are slightly higher and are getting excellent gas mileage! I worked with Ernie and the "team" and ended up with a good solution! Thank You Ernie, John, Enrique, Scott, & Jeffery for treating me like "one of the family". My new vehicle is en route from Japan and I should be driving it within 2 weeks! I have referred a number of people to Berge and one of my last referrals resulted in Ernie selling a new 2025 RAV 4 to my snowbird neighbors from Iowa. They also tried working with a local Toyota dealership in Iowa but they found Ernie and Berge to be much easier to work with and Ernie was able to find just the right vehicle for them! They were quite happy with their experience and shared their pleasure with me. Need I say more??? This is a TOP notch dealership and their goal is to have many happy customers.

I ended up test driving a Forester and Ascent with Griz and felt completely comfortable at ease with no pressure to make an immediate decision. After visiting other local dealers and test driving a few other vehicles, I settled on a Forester a week later. We returned to the Chandler location and Kris ended up helping us find a great deal on a touring trim. Brian, in finance, walked through all the paperwork and it was a very easy process. From start to finish this was the least stressful car buying experience we've had and I will absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a Subaru in the future. They were able to get the truck we wanted at the price I was looking for. The deal was as expected. No surprises, except I had expected more for my tradeins. We closed the deal anyway as I felt they were treating us well, and the price was probably better than most dealerships. Finance was straightforward, and we appreciated that.

Recently purchased a new truck from this dealership. The main team member that helped and initiated contact with me was Art Manni. He was fantastic. Not once did I feel pressured with the purchase process. Art followed up with me, multiple times, even after I left the dealership, providing information to help me make a fully informed decision. Last minute I decided to look at another vehicle in their inventory, despite Art having cleaned/prepped the vehicle I initially chose. Art didn’t bat an eye and showed me the vehicle without giving me any grief. Art and his team made this otherwise tedious/burdensome process rather enjoyable.
